由於真係太近屋企!又忍唔住再幫襯第二次~ 九龍城除左食泰菜越南菜都係不錯既選擇。我就一定要叫炒粉既~ 呢個係炒金邊粉,醬汁唔似平時食開,反而好似落左唔少醬油。有d似干炒牛河既味哈哈!不過大大碟又即叫即炒,好夠熱鑊氣都ok~ 配料都唔算少而媽媽就最鍾意食撈檬,同埋佢最愛既香茅豬扒,豬扒有點兒薄身而且唔算好嫩。同炒粉一樣呢個撈檬都係大大碗,除左檬其它配料好似生菜絲胡蘿蔔絲都比得好多,所以撈起上來配咁多蔬菜好refreshing~除左主食之外,相反小食質素就有點兒失準。呢個青木瓜沙律好一般,比較硬身,個沙律汁亦都調教得嘛嘛地,有d失望。好彩春卷都唔差,炸得夠酥脆,熱辣辣既時候包埋個生菜一齊食真係好正!不過春卷比較細條,入面唔算多餡。

而媽媽就最鍾意食撈檬,同埋佢最愛既香茅豬扒,豬扒有點兒薄身而且唔算好嫩。同炒粉一樣呢個撈檬都係大大碗,除左檬其它配料好似生菜絲胡蘿蔔絲都比得好多,所以撈起上來配咁多蔬菜好refreshing~

今日同朋友嚟九龍城食飯,唔想又食泰國菜,因此選擇咗越南🇻🇳餐廳,來點新意。店面不算大,晚市時間客人多,還挺熱鬧的。雞絲拼炭燒豬扒湯河 $56(可選牛湯底或雞湯底)朋友鍾意食清淡口味的,佢話河粉好滑,雞絲同豬扒都唔錯,呢個價錢可以話係相當抵食!咖哩雞翼湯河 $51我作為重口味人士,當然會選咖喱啦!雞翼真係令人一試難忘,肉質嫩滑又入味,非常推薦!蒜蓉牛油焗大頭蝦 $168店內招牌菜,估唔到蝦仔咁大隻!原本覺得價錢稍貴,但見到隻蝦重量級,頓時覺得合情合理!蒜蓉同牛油嘅配搭真係無得輸,蝦肉鮮甜味美,蝦頭嘅蝦膏梗係精華所在,我哋都食到大吮拇指呢!椰汁涼粉紅豆冰 $27 (升級特飲 +$8)凍奶茶(跟餐凍飲 +$3)

朋友話呢個鋪頭啲粉好好食,一大班朋友就一於黎試下啦。我地一人嗌咗一個粉之餘仲嗌咗唔同小食。生熟牛肉河有驚喜,湯底濃郁鮮甜,唔會似一般越南粉鋪頭咁,湯還湯粉還粉,呢間係做到連河粉都好入味。睇一睇menu,原來佢地係專登去越南取徑拎特許經營牛肉就係用安格斯牛肉,薄薄地都唔錯。雞絲河味道相對較淡,原來可以選牛湯,不過朋友無選到。雞絲幾滑至於咖哩牛腩河就好濃咖喱味朋友特意推介紅米牛柳粒飯,原來真係好好味!牛柳粒煎得好香,加埋啲汁甜甜地,送飯一流。酸辣鳳爪的辣味好出,亦夠酸;不過就硬身咗啲。燒豬頸肉無特別呢個都好好食,粉皮好薄,汁好入味。不過個牛肉卷就令人失望,菜同檬太多,牛肉味唔出,味道淡😕

九龍城一向都係美食嘅集中地,平時食泰國嘢、潮州嘢食得多,今日想試吓越南野。呢間新越越式料理餐廳喺福佬村道近衙前圍道,位置唔算偏遠,雖然呢區冇地鐵,但係從又一城搭小巴一落車就見到。餐廳嘅佈置簡約,人唔算好多,環境比較寧靜,餐廳座位坐得都幾舒服。1) 馬拉盞鮮蝦炒飯 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐): 蝦嘅數量唔少,食落有濃濃既香蝦味,而且蝦既顏色令炒飯賣相吸引。飯唔算太油,份量適中,作為主菜一定可以醫肚。2) 蝦醬炒通菜 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐): 用一個煲嚟裝,可以保留到菜嘅溫度。通菜唔算太鹹,講求健康嘅人都應該會歡迎。菜質地爽口,而且食到蝦醬嘅味道。3) 法包牛柳粒 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐): 味道酸甜,有牛柳配料,層次豐富。仲有沙律做配菜,以生菜為主。呢碟令人有啲喺西餐廳食野嘅感覺。另外,點咗椰汁紅豆冰,香滑可口。見到餐廳有二人餐同四人餐。不過為免太飽,我地就咁散嗌左幾碟餸。最後埋單,平均一人都係只需要$100多啲,都叫做幾抵食。
