同朋友一直好喜歡去九龍城搵食,這次發現了一間超級美味的越南美食,十分驚喜呀!鮮茄牛腩河($50)濃濃的番茄味,酸酸甜甜的,十分開胃,配上爽口的河粉,真心推介呀!新越火車頭粉($79)真心足料!在上台一刻已經十分驚喜!不愧是店內主打,湯底清甜,令人回味!特色越南大頭蝦($168)蝦非常鮮甜美味,肉質鮮嫰,又大大隻,對於海鮮控而言必選呀!海底椰冰($8)口感清爽,香香甜甜,有濃郁的椰子味,解渴一流呢!整體上,環境相對舒緩,店員有禮,食物質素不錯,性價比都幾高,絕對可以有下次!

探完朋友~同朋友行去九龍城食飯本身打算隨便就間茶餐廳就算但被這間越式餐廳門口吸引到我們就選擇這間越南餐廳入到去,餐廳裝潢很美看到餐牌有套餐,而且包飲品價錢都算平民,所以都見有不少客人我跟朋友點了一個飯,一個撈檬,兩個小菜炭燒豬頸肉飯跟豬扒扎肉撈檸不算特別,都幾普通撈檬的醬汁亦不算酸跟辣但小食方面真的值得推介炸軟殼蟹:炸漿開得很好,而且椒鹽炒,十分惹味馬拉盞炒椰菜苗:馬拉盞很香,同鮮甜的椰菜苗很夾另外我還點了一杯龍眼冰~非常清甜埋單總共295兩個主菜,兩個小食,兩杯飲品這個質素真的不錯!

又係一個人出嚟搵食啦,今日去九龍城食越南粉!九龍城雖然好多嘢食但係越南餐廳就好少,幾乎係冇乜選擇! 今次來這一間位置都好容易找到容易泊車!不過開12點,對我來說有點遲,行咗半個鐘先可以有得食內裏裝修的確帶點越南感覺,白色簡單為主!正宗越南粉不能少的兩樣醬汁,是拉差同埋甜醬海鮮醬,食牛肉可不能缺少,如果冇咗佢這一間一定唔好食,好在這裏都有提供另外一樣的正宗越南粉不能缺少的就是香葉同埋檸檬,這個餐廳都有!不過本人就不大喜歡落太多香葉一兩片就夠主角來了生牛肉湯河,湯底屬於濃味的一種,牛味重香料味道夠,這個湯底的確不錯牛肉都嫩,生度啱啱好,河粉都不錯午餐來食$50埋單,的確抵食!

碗麵份量都夠大, 不過我就覺得啲餸太少,得兩三塊

九龍城一直憶我既感覺都係食泰越菜,所以想食越菜點會唔去九龍城呢?今日接女朋友收工,就直接去啦,而且九龍城又多錶位泊車,真係好方便。入正題,價錢都好大眾化,款式又算多。軟殻蟹米子卷,岩岩炸起,唔會有油味,夾埋菜食,配答非常好。皮又夠薄,掂呀。香矛豬湯河,湯底濃郁,香矛又夠野味,而且仲額外有芽菜食,夠曬飽肚,睇相都知好味啦。最後呢個不得了,西蘭花本已是我最愛既菜,夠爽口火喉岩岩好,牛肉夠冧夠入味,呢個番茄都好新鮮。必定番食

今晚去左九龍城食越南菜,這間餐廳樓底幾高,感覺幾舒服碗碟都很有特色柚子蝦沙律唔記得叫走花生,加左花生口感不太好因爲我唔食花生的。但這個沙律很清新,酸酸地,好開胃落左越南既酸甜汁馬拉盞炒芥蘭好香鹹魚香,味道很入味,不過食到底就有點咸,d汁沈哂底蟹肉炒粉絲呢碟粉絲炒得好夠火喉好好味呀,而且味道剛剛好,唔會好咸食得好少野既我都食左大半碟炸春卷春卷皮炸得好鬆脆熱辣辣食至正,而中間是有粉絲、少許肉碎、木耳絲,所以感覺唔會太heavy

餐廳特意從越南胡志明市的生牛河名店買來特許經營權 等我哋可以食到正宗嘅越式料理牛肉湯底 今次有口福了來到九龍城吾一定食泰國菜 越式料理都係一個唔錯嘅選擇 而且夠曬正宗 夠曬地道餐廳有多款湯河粉 湯檬粉 或者撈檬粉提供選擇 我當然要試下餐廳嘅招牌 生牛肉湯河喇 除咗粉麵類之外 仲有越式小食和主菜提供選擇 幾多元化㗎檯面有一堆越式醬料 包括酸甜辣椒醬 新鮮辣椒 砂糖 酸醋等等 其後職員還附送上 香葉和青檸 可加入湯可之中 簡直夠曬地道風味熱辣辣嘅湯河就在我面前 要將生牛肉浸透在熱辣辣嘅湯之中 整熟啲牛肉 牛肉細嫩 肉質林滑啖湯一啲都唔油 非常清澈 但味道相當濃郁 湯底相當出色河粉非常幼細 唔容易斷開蒜蓉牛油焗大頭蝦 滿滿嘅蒜蓉 鋪滿了整隻大頭蝦 牛油和蒜蓉嘅香味 令我垂涎三尺大頭蝦超級大隻 和男朋友一人一半 啖啖肉 相當滿足大大個蝦頭入面全部都係金黃色嘅膏 實在太好味了

很久沒有平日放假,難得休息就跟好友到九龍城吃下午茶,逛了一會發現新越越食料理的價目和餐牌最吸引,加上餐廳裝潢舒服大方,二人決定來個越式下午茶。下午茶餐四十有找(需要加一),而且款式多樣,點了越式春卷和雞絲撈檬,另外再單點了芝士蝦丸和柚子蝦沙律,務求吃一頓滿足下午茶!雞絲撈檬 $33-HKD (下午茶餐)天氣熱,湯檬實在吃不下,所以越南撈檬最合時不過~雖然已過中秋,但氣溫仍像夏天的時候,柚子酸中帶甜,越吃越開胃越式春卷 $35-HKD (下午茶餐)即點即炸的春卷,以生菜包裹來吃,外脆內軟的口感,大愛芝士蝦丸 $62-HKD (下午茶)跟傳統蝦餅的口感和味道都一樣,質感Q彈一粒粒的size更易分配蝦丸內藏芝士,吃的時候記得要小心吃別熨到咀。椰汁紅豆冰和海底梆冰 $24-HKD加錢轉的特飲椰汁味香濃,味道很不錯!

第一次踩入依到開始寫下食評,第一篇要好好紀念下,哈哈...眼見而家愈黎愈多不論越式定泰式既生牛肉河粉既餐廳開張,呢樣食物係香港真係好受歡迎,睇下有啲越南湯河既餐廳門口長期有條長人龍係到排隊就知啦。今日放咗工同朋友兩個人又出發去搵好味既生牛肉河粉,由於九龍城對我地兩個黎講都算就腳,就揀咗呢間Pho 試下。黎到已經差唔多8點,餐廳入面位唔算太多,但已經坐满咁滯,生意都幾好,我地坐喺比較入面既位。湯河有套餐可以揀,價錢唔貴,包埋野飲都係50幾蚊。或者都可以揀佢本身set 好既二人餐,有炒菜同甜品添我地每人都叫咗一碗生牛河,湯底濃厚甜美,生牛肉都幾新野同滑,熟咗都唔鞋,河粉亦都唔錯食親牛河都有送既配菜,千層葉同青檸我地仲叫咗個串燒豬肉三串同牛油雞翼,very juicy,惹味最後送上我地既特飲,青檸梳打同椰汁三色汁,食越南牛河必叫既,絕配。
