約左朋友在九龍城食飯,原想打消這個約會,因近日總是下著大雨,走一步都濕身及衣服。滂沱大雨下的九龍城比平日靜左小小,但並不減卻我們的約會,朋友有事上大陸工幹,都趕回來應約。可想而知,我們的朋情多麼深厚。相約食越南食物,除左泰菜外,這也是我喜歡的,就是這份味道,當然是與朋友分享啦!地方小小,缺有著一份人情味道,殷切的招呼,暖在心頭!除左散叫,亦設有套餐選擇,我地兩人,也選了二人套餐,份量是足夠的。小食:越式春卷,即叫即炸,非常脆口,皮薄餡鮮,淋上酸甜醬、生菜,入口卜卜脆。咖哩牛腩河粉,湯底香濃,咖哩味濃郁,牛腩炆煮得好稔滑,份量十足,河粉好順滑,湯同河粉溶在一起,美味可口!馬拉盞炒椰苗,夠青脆,鹹香味夠香,越食越開胃。甜品是焦糖燉蛋,清香蛋味,好滑,一點都唔老,蛋面上好香焦糖香味,少甜,好啱我口味。

本身我想食海南雞飯,點知賣晒,就叫左佢個生牛肉湯河,佢寫明係用美國安格斯牛肉,但價錢唔貴,都只係46蚊,而老公就叫左個越式扎肉炒金邊粉51蚊。由於無食早餐我地仲叫左兩個小食,越式豬頸肉56蚊,仲有芝士蝦丸62蚊。跟餐叫青檸梳打都係加8蚊,抵呀!

九龍城確實是一個美食大集中之地。西餐、泰國菜、越南菜, 什麼也有。今次, 我到了這間越南餐廳吃晚飯, 本來很想吃越南的米紙卷, 但這間越南餐廳竟然沒有這道菜式, 所以我們最後點了一碗湯河粉、撈檬粉、 炭燒香茅豬扒、椒絲腐乳炒通菜吃。到越南餐廳, Pho是必叫的食物。我很喜歡這兒的湯河, 味精不重, 吃完不會即刻感到口渴。牛筋牛湯河粉的牛湯味頗濃,牛筋炆得不夠淋,是屬於爽口的那種。炭燒香茅豬扒的份量也頗多的, 我喜歡香茅的味道, 豬扒較為乾身。椒絲腐乳炒通菜是我至愛的炒菜方法,我很喜歡腐乳的味道,這碟菜的腐乳很突出和惹味。

好大碗啊~而且那個湯好香啊~

因為他就默默的吃,一口也沒有分我耶! 
他說那個豬扒也是JUICY的,很好吃!
而且那個撈蒙的汁也是自己下的,

除咗點咗188蚊2人晚市套餐之外我哋仲點咗呢一款沙爹雞肉串,呢道嘅沙爹雞肉串係即叫即炸嘅, 仲有跟沙爹醬,沙爹雞肉串肉質爽口, 唔會太油, 雞肉應該係炸之前已經被醃製過所以呢個雞肉串本身就有啲鮮甜嘅味道, 就算唔掂跟餐嘅沙爹汁, 味道同埋口感已經好好, 有埋個沙嗲汁就簡直係一流,嗰個沙爹汁係偏重花生味嘅!

呢個二人餐嘅生牛肉河份量都幾大下,絕對足夠兩個人食, 如果將呢一大碗嘅生牛肉河分出嚟擺喺細碗仔上, 可以足夠分出四至五碗, 呢度嘅生牛肉河, 牛肉嘅份量都幾多下, 肉質都幾爽口下, 追問之下佢哋係用咗美國牛肉嘅,十分之適合我呢啲喜愛食牛肉嘅人士! 而佢嘅河粉爽口,喺啲湯裏面浸耐咗都唔會變得淋pat pat, 至於湯底方面佢嘅鹹淡味道適中, 用完餐之後亦都唔會因為飲咗湯底而覺得口渴! 生牛肉河跟餐係配咗兩粒青檸同埋金不換, 喺食用嘅時候要將啲青檸同埋金不換放落個湯底到攪勻佢, 之後先好進食, 咁樣嘅話個湯底就會有啲甜甜地同埋金香嘅味道啦!

呢度嘅椰汁涼粉紅豆冰做得十分之好, 佢嘅內容有椰汁,涼粉,紅豆, 適量嘅冰塊. 呢杯嘢飲好就係好在佢既比例做得十分之好,紅豆夠綿, 涼粉爽口切得夠細粒, 椰汁嘅比例亦十分之多,杯嘢又唔會好似其他餐廳咁樣落咗好多冰, 飲落口嘅時候絕對唔會覺得佢好水!
呢間餐廳嘅晚市套餐真係幾抵食下188蚊嘅套餐有咁多嘢食, 但係呢一個套餐只係星期一至五先有供應,星期六日同埋公眾假期係冇嘅! 

今次用餐計埋加一,兩個人總共食咗264蚊! 以食物質素同埋用餐環境嚟講性價比都算高!

無論食越南野定泰國野,都中意一開頭跟過沙律,因為相比起西式既沙律,佢地唔係就咁用菜,用木瓜絲等等加埋酸酸辣辣既汁,開胃也!!呢個木瓜絲份量多,而佢個酸辣度比較低,反而偏甜,所以我呢個唔太食得辣既人幾滿意!花生好碎唔係粗粒~

鮮蝦米紙捲

米紙捲係我必點架!喜歡越式春捲皮既黏韌度,呢到一碟切左6小件,幾岩一齊分享!入面有常見既檬粉,蔬菜絲,算新鮮。配料較普通,蝦肉幾爽,反而覺得最特別係個醬,濃味得黎帶甜,係街無食過呢種味道,問返店員先知呢到既醬都係自家製。

其實我係撈檬既fans,但因為見到呢個餐牌介紹所以好難得咁叫左湯河黎試佢個味道!

香茅豬扒烤得香就梗係唔想比湯浸住,所以要求左另上。香茅豬扒表面烤得香,有少量脆邊,相比起有啲重口味啲既赿南餐廳,呢到算無咁熱氣,而且味道亦唔太濃烈,香茅味如果可以更突出就好喇!不過肉質都偏實在中有咬口,唔會好韌,切成條狀方便食


至於湯本身期望好濃味,但飲落較淡,反而有啲雞味,所以問下店員,原來係生牛河先會自動配牛湯
所以我地果個係自動跟雞湯...無緣試牛湯
其實除左牛湯仲有蕃茄濃湯揀,都係幾特別之選,唯有留返下次食啦
