行完PMQ帶朋友到哩度食lunch, 因多年前印象此地方濶落環境舒適。果然保持到水準,set lunch有前菜,主菜及一甜品。仲可以加錢飲白酒或非酒精飲品添!每枱有麵包6至7塊放在紙袋中,入座時同時倒 橄欖油及黑醋。女同伴和我各選風乾火腿及沙律前菜。份量足,每人可有5塊。沙律也新鮮,汁也味道適中。主菜有意大利雲吞及千層麵,雲吞茄汁味道很配合,不太酸。千層麵也很大碟,多芝士,是我的至愛!好彩大家share, 免太膩。甜品是tiramisu and pana cotta, 意外地是高杯,味道一流,奶凍口感非常幼滑,對女人來講是全個餐的亮點!服務人員也非常有禮和有笑容,話天氣太熱所以常常添水,值得一讚!午飯時段入席率高,九成滿,很熱鬧。只要不怕行斜坡應多來享受其他食物及其環境!

首先前菜我叫咗蝦沙律🥗醬汁其實好好食,不過食得多會肥,所以我撥開左啲汁嚟食🤣跟住就到主菜,我叫咗芝士煙肉意粉,意粉超級彈牙al dente🫣個汁係超濃郁嘅芝士🧀芝士控應該會好開心。而且肉嘅份量都唔少同埋係嫩🍖最後有我最鍾意食嘅tiramisu,係一貫嘅好食。中環呢一間店舖感覺比較chill,同朋友過嚟飲酒食嘢傾偈都應該好開心🥂

纷纷扬扬的黑松露碎搭配干酪,把咸香浓郁的属性发挥到了极致。酸豆、蛋黄酱、柠檬汁塑造出稠密的质地,跟其他牛肉tartare相比,这款主要吃调味。肉质和口感都是好的,柔韧中带筋,但肉味几乎被掩盖了。

用的是比较特别的竹炭细扁面,颜色跟金灿灿的酱汁形成对比,Pici 是懂配色的。点单时叮嘱了要Al Dente,咀嚼感正合我意。

海胆忌廉汁质地微浓稠,顺着拌面时冒出的热气溢出满满鲜味。份量刚好能裹上每根面条,又不会因为太多而发腻。柔软的带子切成颗粒状,这个搭配就不过不失。

服务也挺好的,我说想坐counter,就安排了一个正对着制作pasta的位置,全程观摩完包饺子之后——我下次要去吃Ravioli!

甜品方面就叫咗special menu入面二人份量嘅呢款布袋芝士蛋糕配士多啤梨蕃茄果醬。估唔到個蛋糕好大個,一拎起個蛋糕模,d士多啤梨蕃茄果醬就會喺蛋糕面流落黎,非常有心思。個醬汁因為係士多啤梨加蕃茄,除咗士多啤梨酸酸甜甜嘅味道之外,仲有蕃茄好清新嘅感覺,令個芝士蛋糕食落冇咁溜。
