P&P Pinco Pallino is always one of my favourite Italian in town. Food is always great! Atmosphere is always warm and homey. A pre X’mas dinner with the Italian gang. They picked here without a 2nd choice. But it’s really sad to know they will shut it down after 31st Dec because the rent is too high. They are planning to reopen in the future. A hidden gem in sheung wan (sai ying pun), very authentic and delicious Italian little bistro. What we ordered: - small cold cut and cheese platter (but it was actually huge😂)- baked cheese mushroom - tagliatelle beef ragu - bigoli alle vongole- slow cook baby pork rib - tiramisu Everything was quite on point, both pasta were great, I the texture of the pasta was so chewy and cooked perfectly Al dente ! Had Burrata & Parma ham for starter. The ham and cheese were atop a piece of bread, whose flavours just builded up and up among salty, fleshy and fluffy taste. Then Spaghetti with clams, garlic, parsley and white wine and baked salmon for mains. The taste of them were also terrific. The price was acceptable in terms of the food quality, environment and services. Worth giving this restaurant a go overall.

在太平山街附近閒逛，在新街路口處看到這家外表挺樸實，內裏布置精巧的意大利餐廳。因餐廳位處大單邊，兩邊大玻璃透進陽光，午下感覺很舒適寫意。店家沒有提供set lunch，全是a la carte，下午二人不想吃太飽，但友人給菜單上的cheese melts 奪了眼球，故點選了TOMINO SPECK E ROSMARINO 和TAGLIATELLE AL RAGÙ DI MANZO，後者則要看看這家店的pasta水準如何。TOMINO SPECK E ROSMARINO 的speck 是parma ham 的朋友，但我覺得speck肉質較堅實，亦沒那麼鹹。這家的cheese melts 以瓦砵保溫，芝士份量十足，先在砵底鋪平，然後在上面疊滿speck，附上的切片baguette 尚算軟熟。簡單的三者混合，已經大快朵頤。接着是TAGLIATELLE AL RAGÙ DI MANZO，有時很怕意粉在端上桌時已經冷掉，這裏的還能保持溫度。tagliatelle的質感特別，沒有很chewy和濃厚的蛋香，但還好口感厚滑。Beef ragù 有淡淡的肉香，而且每吋意粉都能蘸上肉絲。chef沒有把味道

Having had such a nice experience at Giabar, we decided to try another restaurant from the Capo group.Wine list seemed interesting, competitively priced, featuring mostly Italian wines we weren’t familiar with. Friendly Italian manager recommended a bottle of Pinot which we loved. Essentially the same food menu as giabar. Found this small cozy place since I miss Italy.Open kitchen, friendly manager Bikal and Italian chef from North Italy( forgot his name).Hand made pasta, Ricotta, real meat sauce pasta, great cold cut. A bit away from MTR station but worth my walk.

第一次幫襯，服務到位，食完大厨會走出厨房問問意見，以為自己去左米芝蓮。食物方面，意式小食拼盤有多種選擇，意大利飯尤推介。還境氣氛輕鬆，Friday night 首選。

I went there few days ago, that was not a good idea at all !! Omg The food is bad, the people working in there are not very nice and the waiting time was too long.I honestly do not think it is a wise idea to dine in there. Well, at least I personally will not go there again. Also, they need a app now? I do not agree with this idea as well.

睇完醫生自己去左食好野，嗌左個白酒蜆肉意粉，蜆肉好鮮味，都幾多。意粉一食就知唔係supermarket買嗰d意粉，真係食到彈牙嘅feel，$188果然有番D質素！再點埋杯gin tonic，埋單$300有找，算有D貴，不過上環黎講算正常價啦！

Recent favourite Italian restaurant in town 🇮🇹 Really liked how the pizza toppings balanced out without being too greasy 🍕 The dough had a nice fluff while maintaining its crunchiness. Baked cannelloni was a great surprise for us as it was our first time trying this dish – so creamy and cheesy! 友人生日早早預約她心儀的餐廳。餐廳以大窗配黑色店面座落街角，門口還擺方著舊式紅郵箱，非常有型。open kitchen 設計讓食客聞到陣陣香味，非常期待。坐下server 馬上招待我們餐前sparkling及飲品，我們都選了類似cocktail 的飲品，顏色味道也是很女性化，帶甜及富水果味。友人們都早早選好各自喜好的菜單。先點前菜cold cut 拼盤。火腿肉及芝士選配不馬虎，每款都有各口味，由淡至濃，質素不錯。當中用杏脯果醬代替了杏脯，杏脯醬味道濃郁，味道柔和，是百搭之選。眼見各食客都有點此拼盤，可想而知是受歡迎的選擇。再來選了我喜歡的沙律菜，簡簡單單用rocket配新鮮車厘蕃茄及芝士，混搭的黑醋沙律汁才是亮點，調配得剛好，酸甜咸爽都取得平衡，不錯。主菜是友人期待以久，由主廚特別處理的沒有黑松露片的黑松露Gnocchi。是一道很柔和的主菜，由薯仔製成dumpling狀的Gnocchi, 咬下軟軟又保留剛好的柔韌感。帶芝士味醬汁配黑松露醬吃很溫和，三人分著慢慢嘆剛好。另一主菜挑了Italian ribs，類似中式的炆排骨。醬汁很惹味，又咸又甜帶微微香草味，排骨不肥不瘦，不錯。最後是友人

We live nearby so have been here from time to time. The quality of food has always been great- not compromised even during the current tough covid-19 business environment. Also great service of Johnny, very friendly and funny guy! Recently launched lunch set during the covid-19 is a combination of delicious selections and good value. Highly recommend to try it out!

This small authentic Italian eatery in Sheung Wan seriously makes some of the best pastas in town! As Italian food lovers BF and I came for lunch and their set lunch menu is a very reasonable price of $108/2 courses and $138/3 courses.
