新菜式 (起碼對本人而言) 洛神花烤鴨胸的確是頗見心思。鴨胸肉很嫩,弄出來的效果比填鴨來得更好,算是一眾菜式當中做得較像樣的。相反那個"洛神花醬汁",嗒起來卻沒如料想般的特別....

店方則提到芒果椰汁糯米飯 $68,對,這分明是泰式甜點,也不是新穎的食材配搭

推薦的理由原來因為最近Pinot Duck團隊來了一位泰國廚師,或者以此為試點豐富選擇

芒果味甜不酸,椰漿甜稠得當,並以黑芝麻點綴,配上綿糯感重的糯米未致膩

基底用上Vodka、Grand Marnier及Champagne,整體偏甜,酒味鮮明

帶紫紅的確與提子相關,加入提子汁及青檸的Fresh Grape Mojito $90有點酸感

選用巴西的Cachaça 51冧酒,薄荷及梳打攜來爽涼刺激感,比前者更加清新又易入口

Arriving Stanley after a long walk, did not feel like a burger to ruin my effort. Noticing there was a new peking duck restaurant so decided to try it. This peking duck restaurant is very different from all other peking duck place I have been in HK. Normally, only traditional Chinese restaurant would offers this dishes. I was so surprised that this was a new approach fusion creative restaurant. There menu was massive. Unfortunately, we only had two persons so we could not try most of the stuff.

桌上預先擺放的餐具是筷子。用膳的餐具可以預計食物菜式的設定立場,食店的定位應是以亞洲菜為主。不過使用的竟然是用完既棄的木筷子,食店在環保的考量上似乎還可以做得好點。

食店週一至週五有一個All day set menu供應,頭盤,主菜,甜品連餐飲也只是百多元的價錢,以晚膳來說算是經濟實惠,可惜主菜項目中完全没有鴨料理的菜式出現。

看看主餐牌,鴨料理的菜式佔了八成以上。菜式都是圖文並茂,揉合了東方與西方的煮理方法,有些菜式的食材配搭新穎,不常在一般食店碰見。

除了食物,酒也是食店的主攻項目。食店有供應手工啤酒,部份啤酒冠以中國神話人物為名字,噱頭是為外藉人仕而設。

至於使用The Entertainer 的優惠,食店自定了使用條款,優惠的上限是$98,即是説若果價錢較低的主菜價值大過$98的話,食客需要補回差價。

(還是頭一趟遇到食店在The Entertainer的優惠上自設特別的使用條款,下次在其他食店用膳時可能也應預先跟店方暸解清楚,以免換來不愉快的爭拗。)

八寶茶加了冰糖,第一泡茶甜度最高。隨着冰糖被溶解掉,第二三泡茶甜度減緩,其他材料的味道便慢慢滲出。每泡茶喝到的味道也不盡相同,滋潤甘香。

伴以甜柑與龍珠果,焦糖燉蛋賣相不錯,敲碎面層之際可充份感受焦糖層的焦脆感。燉蛋也富蛋香,不過没有用上正宗的雲呢嗱籽,香味層次略嫌平板。至於菜式提及到的陳皮,原來只是一丁點兒的陳皮梅顆粒灑在燉蛋上,味道不太明顯,變得可有可無,甜品純粹以夠大件取勝。

食店的食物水準不錯,菜式亦很具特色。不過若非本身有意到赤柱遊覽,很難想像一般市區食客會專程為了想嚐鴨而走入赤柱。可以想像食店的主要客源,應是以遊客居多,人氣度少不免會比市區的食店遜色。

一早諗住週未去赤柱行下,所以提前搵定食咩好,見呢間食鴨出名所以決定去試下。因為一心諗住去食鴨,所以訂位時預早訂左半隻北京填鴨。可能期望太高所以呢碟北京填鴨老實講有少少失望,鴨肉比較實,薄餅亦唔算薄,味道就正常。跟著叫左黑松露蠔仔燉飯,好重黑松露味但就偏少蠔,唔係好夠料。再來西蘭花炒蝦球,蝦好大隻同好爽口,味道偏濃味。見到佢地有手工啤酒,所以叫左蜂蜜黑啤,啤酒唔太苦好易入口。最後叫左甜品,陳皮焦糖燉蛋和杞子酒糟炖天津梨。燉蛋整得好滑,加入少少陳皮味都幾夾。炖天津梨都唔錯,食落幾清甜又唔會太重酒味。餐廳環境好西式,燈火較昏暗所以感覺比較浪漫。

因為工作的關係從台灣來香港差不多三年多了也沒有去過赤柱這地方,前兩天剛認識不久的本地朋友說要帶我去好好逛一下,就帶著一點期待的趁週末好好輕鬆一下唄!我們開車來到赤柱廣場的時候差不多下午12點多了,廣場內大部分的餐廳都是走悠閒異國風情的,但小妹我偏好中菜,逛了一圈最後選了這家— Pinot Duck。聽站門口的接待員說這家是Asian Fusion,中菜西餐都有還有北京烤鴨什麼的,那不正好嗎,我喜歡吃中式的,朋友喜歡吃西式的,加上做接待的女生態度親切可人,我們就挑這家了。我們叫了兩杯cocktails,菠蘿的Pinotini是我點的,葡萄的Mojito是朋友點的,不過不失吧,就普通cocktail的味道。接下上來的是黑松露安格斯牛柳粒,我說這一般是放在鍋中炒出來的菜它的賣相也太好了吧,比在菜單中看到的相片還好看。可以看出廚師們的心思喔。根據我的經驗來說,基本上到餐廳點牛柳粒準不會錯的,不會有驚喜也不會失望的一道菜。這個是香煎鴨肝伴花椒烤菠蘿,問了職員說在鴨肝外粘著的是玉米籽,整個菜都是偏甜的也不會太甜,烤菠蘿、蒸包和煎鴨肝三種不同口感的食物放在一起好特別!特好吃!壓軸登場的是這個八寶鴨卷

這個是香煎鴨肝伴花椒烤菠蘿,問了職員說在鴨肝外粘著的是玉米籽,整個菜都是偏甜的也不會太甜,烤菠蘿、蒸包和煎鴨肝三種不同口感的食物放在一起好特別!特好吃!

壓軸登場的是這個八寶鴨卷,這鴨卷的內涵可豐富了,有什麼蝦乾、栗子、糯米什麼什麼的,聽說是新菜式,吃起來口感很豐富很特別,不會說太多材料混起來會奇怪。還有牛油果作伴菜,我不太會形容就是了,總之也是好吃啦。

今日同老公諗住去赤柱拍拖赤柱海濱邊都好多餐廳但見啲款式唔多岩我地所以一路行入廣場見到尼間啲野食幾得意老公知我鍾意,所以就入去試下我地叫左荷葉包入面塊鴨肉幾大塊,鴨皮可以再脆口啲。花雕鴨肝醬職員特別推介嘅前菜其實個鴨肝醬唔錯嫁,配紅酒一流。桂花茶哈蜜瓜沙律尼款應該係Meun上買相最靚嘅一碟好睇又好食黑松露蠔仔Riostto因為我地想點嘅黑松露荷葉飯已經買曬,如果想試下鴨以外嘅菜式的話,可以簡尼個。洛神花鴨胸侍應提醒尼款需時25分鐘可惜個鴨胸熟過頭叫左兩款手工beer雷神啤酒同玉皇大帝IPA前者幾清新,應該有夏日果嘅成份IPA就濃厚左黎緊尼個德國節會再光顧
