我最推薦雞煲,內有豆卜、菇類,個醬好香好香好香,所以我連續叫了2次雞煲,第二次叫佢少過半隻,雞好香好滑,又可以慢慢咬。之後到蒸海鮮,海鮮有蝦、蟶子、扇貝等,個盆很大,但係烏冬唔得,太淋,用黎扮大份,食幾條已棄。最後,打邊爐,料唔多,但有兩個手打丸好出色,手打墨魚丸、手打魚丸,哎落去粒粒野,好新鮮。最後,飲品都多選擇,有埋台灣得米荔枝烏龍,選擇多,正啊😄價錢$300,抵😍服務都好殷勤

呢個湯,真心推介!口感好清甜,唔係求求其其煲個湯就算個種!可以飲完個靚湯先打邊爐,不得了!

呢個都估佢唔到,好多火鍋餐廳都係求其煲少少蕃茄比你就算,呢個係真係搵到好多蕃茄,而且味道都好正👍🏻

其實都好多選擇,各式各樣嘅野食都有,丸、菜(2-3款),墨魚滑、蝦滑、菇、支竹、鵪鶉蛋、粟米、魚皮、響鈴⋯⋯⋯都一定夠哂飽!

我地由7點食到10點幾,生意都真係幾好,如果係附近住或者黎開石塘咀都不防試下👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

這天致電訂位,店員已告知已訂滿,只有八時半後來搏 walk-in。我們相信精誠所至,所以七點左右就出現在門前。除了二至四人的細枱,還有兩三張較大的圓枱,都已有客人或被預訂了。報到之後,我們周圍逛逛 (是,下山之後再次上山!),到八時一刻再來門口視察,不久之後就有枱了。一切,還不是為了牛頸脊!

到了店面角落的一張小圓枱就座,急不及待便詢問和落單。其實也不用點菜或剔紙,因為只有一個享用流程:雞煲 >> 海鮮盤 >> 火鍋,食法與之後會另行撰文的「家嫂」相當接近 (包括價位)。這個晚上,店子很是熱鬧,讓我感覺到久違了的𤋮攘和高興;電視正重播「鏡仔拉闊」,主觀上覺得更增添了氣氛。

打頭陣的雞煲先上枱,店員解釋是未煮熟的,請我們DIY,計時四分鐘 (還是七分鐘?) 打開攪拌,四分鐘後重複動作,再四分鐘便可享用。想想看,又餓又攰 (因為上山下山又上山) 的我倆,面對「睇得未食得」的雞煲,是怎樣的心情?

店員隨即端出那煲湯底⋯不,是「盆」才對:是懷舊銅製洗臉盆一樣大小的盆!看到旁邊四人或以上的湯底,反而就是一煲煲上的。事其實大部分的火鍋食材,都被我們變成雞煲一品鍋、盡情享用過了;事到如今,撐著快飽的肚子,專心等待手切牛頸脊的駕臨。2009年的某天,同一地點的一碟牛雙拼 (頸拼腋),價錢$158,到了今天任食,又是怎樣的賣相?

店員拿著⋯pizza盤出來,那在高街西式食肆司空見慣的容器,竟在這裡出現!成個飛碟咁車埋嚟的牛頸脊,單是懾人氣勢已是攞足滿分!

近年少有機會吃到牛頸脊,但一入口,那軟腍而帶勁、又充滿膻香牛肉味的感覺,不單叫人精神一振,更喚起我的鮮活記憶,特別是那不復見的英記⋯化淡淡的憂愁為食量,倆口努力把一整碟牛肉掃光,同伴都舉行投降了,我還再接再勵,來多一碟⋯噢不,一盤!

雞煲是頭炮,頭一次上菜份量頗多,且可以無限任添。上菜時店員會比一個時計,要自己計時炒。味道方面我們叫了中辣,大約有譚仔小辣左右,且帶有小麻,惹味過癮。雞肉口感不會霉不會嚡口,而且帶有小小雞味,對比街外雞煲都有中等偏上水平。

海鮮盛宴有鮑魚、蟶子、扇貝、蜆、蝦、龍躉片,以及中間要來填肚的烏冬。味道方面以蔥和金銀蒜調味為主,部分海鮮加上粉絲清蒸,十分家常。味道上較為突出的有鮑魚和扇貝,食得出十分新鮮;中間的烏冬爽口彈牙。而蝦和龍躉片的表現較一般。

有三款湯式可以選擇,分別是蟲草花竹絲雞、芫茜皮蛋,以及番茄薯仔花甲湯。由於兩人叫蟲草花竹絲雞要加錢,所以我們選擇了芫茜皮蛋湯。湯底方面比較清淡,至於比較精彩的是免費任食牛頸脊(要FOLLOW並讚好店家的社交平台)。其他火鍋配料都是中規中矩,鴨血同手打滑可以一試。

Crazy fair for value all you can eat 3 course spot!

Was attracted to try this new spot by fellow foodie’s introduction. And oh my, it is super high in CP value.

First, you are served with a big chicken pot. You can choose the spiciness and you just simply need to cook it for 8 mins. You can choose to add or not add cilantro if you don’t like it. The flavor was good. I actually don’t like chicken pot as it is often too salty but this one is just right. The chicken was good quality as well! You can even ask for a refill if you want more!

The second course is the show stopper, the steamed seafood platter. If you are a garlic fans, you would love it as it’s covered with garlic! The seafood were steamed well, not over cooked at all. The udon and vermicelli soaked up all the flavors! The only issue with it is that it’s not hot enough. But hey, can’t complain much with this price!

By the third course, you are more than full but then they give you this huge ass black chicken herbal soup base for you to drink and as hotpot base! It’s got a whole half chicken inside and a bunch of 蟲草花,桂圓 & 桃膠! And that’s not it! They gave you two huge ass beef platter! You can also ask for pork and chicken too! The beef quality is even better than the last hotpot place where I ordered by à la carte!

There are a bunch of average hot pot stuff and veggies that you can get from their fridge as well! All you can eat! 🤯

Finally, they even include a bowl of dessert. We had 椰汁雪燕 that day. Way too sweet but for what we are paying, we are not complaining!

And did I mention, a wide range of drinks are included! Tea, soda and juice! Crazy!

If you are looking for high CP value cheap eats, you have to give this place a try! But you have to adjust your mindset cause it ain’t no fancy place and you can’t compare it with those fancy hotpot place given it’s price point. Quite crowded too!

Price: HK$300 pp dinner for weekdays; HK$330 for Fridays and weekends
