今日是公司請食飯,俾咗$3500出嚟,八個人食所以就經過一番商討之後,有同事話依間私房菜海鮮好正所以趁今次有老細,所以就決定食好啲,特意試吓依間,咁大約早一星期前訂定,睇咗菜單,果然係海鮮餐,有幾款海鮮,當然包括有魚,有蟹,有蝦,有魷魚,有鮑魚,有聖子,有貝殼類,有賴尿蝦,仲有煲豬肚湯,最後仲有炒飯,但因為我哋有幾個女仔所以就決定改炒菜,飲品是任飲的,今日是閑日,想不到都坐滿,一入到去就好快上菜,海鮮好新鮮,味道超正,至於我自己就覺得$3500,價錢尚可接受,下次一定會再來,特別想介紹鮑魚,超正超鮮味。

同長者慶祝又不可过油及过於脂肪,所以找了這間私房菜,這間可以自己選寫菜單,於是為了健康自己選了8度清淡菜色菜单😍,首先第一度上的准山响螺头保豬骨湯,湯用了豬骨煲出來不太油脷,但我觉得材料不夠又混了太多水,雖然准山已煲容了,但湯味道太淡,出不到味变成例湯模樣,所以麻麻。第二度上的椒鹽尤魚豆腐,尤魚及豆腐都沒味道,當中还混了一些白飯魚扮尤魚,第三度菠蘿生炒骨,顏色好靚,但排骨没炸过,只是把酱料混了一起炒般,好像吃了有汁肥豬肉般,很差。第四度上粉絲蒜容蒸扇貝,扇貝都大粒,但不新鮮,吃落有点像冰鲜味道,好彩蒜容多。第五度菜脆皮芝麻雞,這度菜式買相好好,好吸引,吃了脆皮不夠脆,亦不是每件皮都脆,雞肉淡,但整体用淡味作標準都可以。第六度菜式清蒸红斑,試了第六度菜式此魚十分新鮮,魚肉貭及配料都OK。第七度菜上湯蒜子浸菜心,菜心好清甜,蒜子有爆过才放在上湯上。最後第8度菜式炸搖柱絲荷葉飯,味道及材料都好,只是飯蒸得过爛,黏口,不過味道OK。雖然8度菜只有2度菜式可以,但這店令我最喜愛地方就是每度菜式都是即煮即送出來,即使味道麻麻,不夠新鮮都有口感的感党,但在工厦私房菜环景真的麻麻,這店我只会光顧一次。

很多荃灣的街坊,甚至鄰近地區的朋友,都聽過荃灣楊屋道街市出名海鮮多,且價錢便宜。但如果不是附近街坊,不想買回家慢慢處理,荃灣區其實也有不少食店到此入貨或幫客人烹調,其中一間就是傲嚐了。傲嚐的地點在工廠大廈裡,情況有點像私房菜。訂座時只需告訴店方人均消費約多少,有甚麼特別要求,大廚就會幫你安排妥當。海鮮中我最愛本地青龍蝦,一般酒家吃到的都是波士頓龍蝦,本地貨無論肉質味道都更好,上湯或芝士,都同樣好吃。很多港人都喜歡椒鹽鮑魚,我也不例外,香口彈牙,應該沒有人會不喜歡吧。串燒虎蝦是我每次來都必點的,爽口虎蝦配上爆香過的蔥蒜,滋味也惹味,吃這一道,直接用手吃才是最美味的。師傅每天都會到街市親自挑選游水海魚,所以清蒸海魚每次都不同,如果真想要特別的魚類,可能要碰碰運氣,還預早通知街市預留了。時值秋季,更可要求店方幫忙代訂大閘蟹,吃大閘蟹最麻煩是清理現場,在外吃就可免除這些煩惱,乾手淨腳。 連加工費在內,傲嚐也比一般坊間的海鮮收費便宜,收費絕對公道呢。

有同事介紹大伙兒在這裏慶功,起初諗唔明點解會去荃灣食海鮮,但食過一定會再試。因為事先book位、訂餐,所以仲寫埋菜單,我地12人,每款海鮮數量跟人頭,所以全部好足料,大大件,全部都好好味。埋單每人只需約500,以食海鮮計,仲要係飽肚,抵食。只係環境有啲大排檔feel, 坐滿人時都幾嘈😅大大隻鮑魚豉油煎大蝦勁蒜蒸扇貝聖子配麵蒸石斑,好大條的,睇睇同匙更既比例芝麻雞椒鹽鮮魷、豆腐

快快上碟清蒸海魚,講真,三條友食私房菜只係$1050,Menu仲加埋條石班仔,真係冇邊一間做到。但係條魚好似浸個水,浸魚係會滑D,But...... 冇晒魚鮮味呀!
講咗魚同蝦,冇理由冇蟹。避風塘炒蟹除咗蟹要新鮮,仲要講齊三樣嘢:香,辣,惹味。呢碟蟹夠鮮,份量足,香味不足因為蒜蓉似超市嗰D,辣味剛好因有落紅椒,惹味欠奉因為豆豉唔多夠,可惜!
最後係碟青菜,no comment.
睇完 comment大家就明白,如果好肚餓又好想食海鮮呢到真係首選,但係你唔係太肚餓又好想食好好食嘅海鮮呢到我三甲不入,講完!

好友回港,一定找好野吃。指明要食龍蝦伊麵,網上尋找此荃灣私房菜~傲嚐。位於工廠大廈內,格局似一般飯店,但空間感不錯!當然之前已預定菜式。冰鎮鮑魚Size 大大隻,很爽口。可以沾一點日本醬油及wasabi 來吃。上湯龍蝦伊麵龍蝦肉質豐厚實在。唯獨同伊麵味道麻麻,有點美中不足。蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子澎湃的蒜蓉粉絲,但聖子較over cooked。清酒煑花甲內有芹菜及白蘿白,湯頭很清甜,可惜花甲非常over cooked,有點失望。生炒骨顏色吸引,但肉質一般。最尾的惹味炒通菜。價錢$1280, 4位。但覺得觀塘區私房菜水準較平均。
