沒錯,這次又去吃蟹了,不過這次出街吃,貪方便🤓,不用自己處理。✅清蒸大閘蟹現時是吃乸的季節,大閘蟹的size 都不算小,清蒸一人吃剛剛好,留點肚吃其他。✅蟹黃燜豆腐本身以為是類似蟹粉豆腐,但其實不是!上面鋪滿了蟹黃,然後下面是蒸蛋加豆腐,然後還有肉碎,口感豐富很特別,第一次吃到這種做法。✅砂鍋黃花魚湯他們家的黃花魚湯真的一流,每次來都會叫。要知道,我平時很少很少吃魚湯,因為很多都不好喝又腥。但這碗超鮮,再加上老豆腐,超滿足。✅酥炒芋芯鹹鹹甜甜的口感,和想像中很不一樣,但是好吃的。芋頭夠粉,不知不覺會忍不住吃多了。有趣的是,開餐前還送了我們兩片文旦柚吃,幾開胃。如果有興趣,更可以即場購買。
