紅燒豬蹄鮑魚煲的豬手份量十足,冧軟易入口,炆得很入味!


超級推黃金荷葉包,荷葉包外脆內軟,酥香十足,夾上鬆軟的肉絲及洋蔥同吃,美味非常!


莆田荔枝肉的甜酸汁味道剛剛好,荔枝肉香脆鬆軟,肥瘦適中,完全沒骨!


蟶子是他們的推介菜,新鮮肥美,當造的真的要多吃,特別是椒鹽哆頭蟶炸後,香脆惹味又彈牙,而鐵板鹽焗蟶就最能吃出鮮甜味,廚房更刻意下刀令蟶子不開殼,肉汁都保留在殼內!
