今日嚟到位於中環嘅莆田食飯,餐廳嘅佈置非常之優雅,座位亦都好闊落,令到我成餐都坐得好舒服。最近莆田做緊鰻魚嘅菜式,我哋亦都點咗蒜蓉豆豉蒸鰻魚,鰻魚肉非常之厚,魚皮彈牙,魚肉入口有油香,完全冇腥味,非常之好味。芋香鴨外皮炸得好酥脆,芋頭入口有少少甜味,加埋鴨肉嘅油香,真係令人食唔停口啊。農家擦粉呢個擦粉嘅份量都幾多,有唔少嘅材料,包括少量嘅海鮮,以及係部份嘅內臟,份量都夠晒兩個人食。蒜蓉蒸虎蝦虎蝦嘅蝦肉好彈牙,每一隻都唔算太細隻,加上落咗蒜蓉去蒸,令到成個味道都好惹味。冰心榴槤榴槤入口非常之香,外皮炸得好酥脆,連埋啲汁一齊食,真係好好味呀。整體嚟講,我覺得今餐嘅食物質素都唔錯,鰻魚嘅菜式都好有特色。

呢個擦粉嘅份量都幾多,有唔少嘅材料,包括少量嘅海鮮,以及係部份嘅內臟,份量都夠晒兩個人食。

蒜蓉蒸虎蝦
虎蝦嘅蝦肉好彈牙,每一隻都唔算太細隻,加上落咗蒜蓉去蒸,令到成個味道都好惹味。

冰心榴槤
榴槤入口非常之香,外皮炸得好酥脆,連埋啲汁一齊食,真係好好味呀。

整體嚟講,我覺得今餐嘅食物質素都唔錯,鰻魚嘅菜式都好有特色。

想喺中環食個晚飯,但又想太貴,就黎左呢度。環境無咁嘈雜,今期推廣鰻魚,叫左其中一款普寧豆醬焗鰻魚,鰻魚鮮爽,咸香豆香豆醬原來食鰻魚好夾。睇個樣似香港蠔餅,但呢個福建特色海犡煎有d mix左台灣蚵仔煎嘅感覺,少少香脆,非常好食。主食得叫左個類似銀絲卷味道口感嘅黄金荷葉包,餡料炒得好惹味,就咁食都正。我鍾意食芋頭,所以芋香鴨好岩食,因為芋蓉好香滑,一半鴨肉一半芋蓉飽肚又好味。其實仲有叫兩樣不過不失嘅菜,就係有少少南乳味嘅福建風味紅糟雞,同香豆味嘅芥蘭豆皮,中規中矩,但整體都係抵食。

莆田最初登陸香港嘅的時候已經光顧,最近發現菜式越來越多,每個季節都會轉餐牌,最近轉了以鰻魚為主的主打,今晚便來到中環分店。普寧豆醬焗鰻魚$118,平常吃的鰻魚,都以豆豉蒜蓉為主,今天便改用普寧豆醬做的鰻魚,鰻魚爽口彈牙,吸收了蒜頭和洋蔥的香味之後,層次感更加豐富。閩南薑母鴨$128,自從第一次吃過閩南薑母鴨之後,念念不忘,這個薑母鴨已經起骨,淡淡都是鴨肉,醬油味道香濃,帶點濃郁的酒香,如果味道淡一點更好。興發炒米粉$118,採用了類似新竹米粉的幼身米粉,加上海鮮的鮮味,內裏還有點蔬菜,配合自家製的豆瓣醬,層次感豐富。鹹香黃花魚$88,黃花魚外脆內軟,差不多有一條細的黃花魚份量,連魚頭都非常香脆可口。紅毛榴槤汁$38一杯,雖然名稱有榴槤,不過這杯飲品,沒有榴槤味道,酸中帶甜,非常美味。桂花陳皮燉雪梨$48,廚師已經將雪梨的心挖出,爽甜的雪梨肉內藏滿冰糖的香氣,加上陳皮和桂花的味道,這個甜品非常美味。👍👍👍👍👍酥炸冰心榴槤$58,榴槤肉經過雪凍之後,外表有層香脆的酥皮包裹着,另外亦都有南瓜汁配合,層次感豐富,如果南瓜汁改成其他果汁或榴槤汁,可能有不同的結果。
