今晚一行五人攪生日聚會,之前都去過旺角個間平昌不過不失,所以諗住試下佐敦哩間,因為款式比較多,地方又好似舒服啲,點知中曬伏。。。按鐘無員工理會,都諗住佢哋忙(因為食8點半個轉),但一路食都無人嚟收野,要自己整理啲碗碟!到9點8就話最後落單,但可以坐多半個鐘,心諗就算食兩個鐘任食,都唔洗甘早cut 單啊…啲野又成日漏單同俾錯款。。都算啦~最嬲嘅係唔爆場嘅情況下,都未夠兩個鐘係10點20分時就叫人交枱囉…真心覺得唔得囉,成3百蚊食野,仲人俾啲甘嘅態度我哋受,真係永遠唔會再食

OpenRice 預約6位為屋企人慶祝生日,下午有職員致電確認Booking,已經同職員講要國王餐,職員話ok。收工早左到,職員都好好可以比我入坐先,問職員拎國王餐牌時,職員話依幾日國王餐既牛都番唔足,所以唔好意思,已經好失望,因為係為國王餐而黎,最後我地點左世子餐。可以選擇既肉類其實好小,肉質(比漢和差) 環境煙霧瀰漫,仲要醃眼嫁🙈唯一好既係職員有禮貌既,最後職員比左9折。

上月已在OpenRice 預約!一行5人第一次去平昌韓燒,見佢有醬油蝦~滿心期待!我地目的係醬油蝦所以我地揀咗中間嘅價錢,無記錯應該係$278 + 1, 開始食時醬油蝦幾好又入味,但唔知係咪開始多人食嘅關係,醬油蝦已經完全蝦有蝦味,醬油有醬油味,味道完全分開哂無醃製過!! 另外中間價錢所包嘅肉類仲差過最平嗰個價錢嘅肉!! 最大問題係~!!!!!個抽煙機好似用嚟裝飾咁~完全抽唔到煙,攪到一邊食一邊流眼水就連邊都塞埋,無心機再食落去!! (但如果主打唔係醬油蝦又唔受煙影響,呢間都可以嘅~因爲佢地生日嗰位,生日正日前3或後3日5人以上生日嗰位免費! 侍應服務都好好

任飲任食韓燒在香港雖然都有、但以我試過的質素來說、這間是暫時最正宗最好食的。首先一入去的時候、已經有一位韓國小姐帶位、而且坐下發現隔離位的一台都是韓國人、可想而知正宗程度。我們選了中間價錢的、因為重點是中價就已經可以任食醬油蝦啦!!太開心了!然後你未開始點食物的時候、先來前菜,前菜食完可以再跟店員再要的他們亦會先來些少牛和海鮮。所以最好是食完他們安排好的份量再寫啊、反正食物來得很快、所以不需要太急。蜆好好食啊,又滑又甜、醬油蝦我食了半打左右。肉類包著生菜加少少泡菜就是我最愛的食法!爐邊蕃薯粒粒到最後食會有少少外脆內軟、記得最後食!然後自己可以去飲品櫃自取飲品,很多韓式飲品圖片的雞翼好像沒什麼顏色、但我想說的是非常好食、味道調製的惹味、叫完一輪又一輪。鯖魚可以燒到外皮脆、內肉滑、加上檸檬汁就是一流!鰻魚意想不到幾厚身、鰻魚汁一點都不吝嗇地滲透鰻魚肉、好食!還有我到韓國食店最喜歡的水冷麵,已經調好酸度、開胃到呢!最後當然不少得韓國雪條、我選了草莓乳酪味,酸酸甜甜太完美啦!所以食物都好滿意啊!

韓燒係香港食過唔少,第一次黎食呢間平昌,佢有幾款set可以揀,平中貴,不過都係任飲任食既。今次都叫左唔同類型既食物。肉類,有牛有豬,牛肉牛舌等牛類質素幾好 ,口感唔差,而且牛都有唔少款式揀,算多款。豬就五花腩不過我對於五花腩本身就一般,所以就無特別正唔正啦。豬皮反而口感唔錯,可以試海產海鮮類都唔錯,有帆立貝係幾正,蠔都大大隻,不過始終係韓燒就唔同蒸或生蠔咁食同味道,但係我已經覺得好好,味道又唔錯。蜆都大隻,所以質素係有既。有叫青魚鰻魚不過青魚都難燒,始終都係韓燒形式但味道唔錯。服務唔錯係因為服務員會主動換盤收野,而且都無甩單,有效率。食韓燒吸油煙機係幾緊要,呢度抽風唔算好勁,見到有部分煙都抽唔走不過又唔算成間店都係煙。總結唔錯既韓燒,食物有質素。服務又夠快,值得試一試。

熱盤還有韓式辣炒年糕~煙煙韌靭, 辣味十足, 食到停不了口; 韓式炒粉絲~炒得乾身Q彈, 味道剛好; 炸蝦香脆鮮甜, 大大隻的!!
本身食材已經醃製得很入味, 烤後加上多款醬料同吃, 更見惹味!!

沒有經驗的我們一開始便把大大塊的牛T骨放上燒烤爐, 眼見已佔滿烤爐8成位置,  不足一會便有'痴''底的感覺需要換爐底了

之後店員告知其實最好先烤豬肉等等較肥的肉類, 把油弄滿整個鑊才去燒牛是最好的


牛T骨肉味最濃,口感鮮嫩多汁又富肉香~
但緊記不要烤太久

即使係最平既plan,肉既種類都唔少,牛加豬有15款,雞加其他(如腸仔,餐肉)都有7款。海鮮有6款,仲未計9款熟食,同4款蔬菜,其實兩個鐘真係試唔哂~

我鐘意呢到既烤牛肉&豬頸肉,牛肉醃得好入味,不過燒嗰陣就要勤力炒,因為醃過既肉好易燶。豬頸肉爽口多汁,燒耐左都唔會乾。

另外都encore左燒雞肉串&烤鰻魚,兩樣野都用燒汁醃左,雞肉串燒完外面有少少脆,烤鰻魚更係第一次見,好特別!!

我地仲加左錢試傻豬任飲,其實傻豬=soju,即係任飲燒酒,不過我唔係好飲得,所以只係試左桃味&菠蘿味既真露(3%),當汽水飲都幾好飲,啖啖果汁~

職員好友善,叫佢地換鐵板都好快手,而且落完單都好快上野食,而且每張枱都有抽油煙機,所以燒左兩個鐘都唔會好焗。

When we sat down, we were asked to move table. Frustratingly, we were then asked to move table again back to the original table. Reasons weren't clear. Then the guy who looked like the manager told us to pay in cash as the card machine had broken. When I paid the bill, I saw other people were paying by card, so he must have fixed his card machine.

Food not bad. BBQ gets clogged up quickly, but they can change it. Korean cold noodles was poor. Lack of side dishes was a shame as that is a key feature of real Korean food.

Shame about initial service, but otherwise service was good.
