滿心期待到獲得東京米芝連一星拉麵店店內環境帶著簡單現代工業風,不像一般以日本文化為材的傳統拉麵店。坐下來後,店內亦能提供舒適、自在的氣氛與友人聊天。不像一些餐廳說話的聲音會聚在店內這次,我們選了2款不同的拉麵。貝汁醬油拉麵 $128坐下一刻就知道這款拉麵是Signature Dish因為每張枱上都會有一個座店卡,介紹這款2019-2020東京米芝蓮一星拉麵湯底是以蜆湯、豬骨清湯及魚清湯,3層湯底熬製成再配以低溫製成的叉燒、3層肉、黑松露醬、牛肝菌粉及牛肝菌油等整個外觀不錯,湯底亦濃而不太膩食拉麵時,才發現有部分拉麵未煮熟太過嚇人餐廳經理知道後只是簡單回應,換過新俾你賣相宣傳再好,但給一碗不熟的食物給客人是我最難接受的~煙燻黑椒豚骨拉麵 $115相對Signature拉麵,這款更濃味黑椒味太重蓋過煙燻味而湯底亦是十分普通整體而言,這個價錢可以有更好的味道及用餐體驗

因為每張枱上都會有一個座店卡,介紹這款2019-2020東京米芝蓮一星拉麵
湯底是以蜆湯、豬骨清湯及魚清湯,3層湯底熬製成
再配以低溫製成的叉燒、3層肉、黑松露醬、牛肝菌粉及牛肝菌油等
整個外觀不錯,湯底亦濃而不太膩
食拉麵時,才發現有部分拉麵未煮熟
太過嚇人
餐廳經理知道後只是簡單回應,換過新俾你
賣相宣傳再好,但給一碗不熟的食物給客人是我最難接受的~
煙燻黑椒豚骨拉麵 $115相對Signature拉麵,這款更濃味
黑椒味太重蓋過煙燻味
而湯底亦是十分普通
整體而言,這個價錢可以有更好的味道及用餐體驗

年初四去了趟又一城,好多食肆都等位,除了這間拉麵店,果然中伏⋯⋯只能説麵質硬,湯少又咸又"杰",我平時食飯只吃8成飽,但它的拉麵份量真的很少,如果是男士,真係兩注筷子已經吃完!沒有影食物相,因為之前已經好多食評貼上相片。附上單據,證明我真係有幫襯,12點左右吃完,下午2pm 已經開始找其他嘢吃!

貝汁鹽味拉麵 湯底用上蜆湯,豬骨湯和魚湯配搭,蜆味最出,鮮味十足,而且不像一般鹽味拉麵般油膩,用的是白松露油。另配上牛肝菌醬,混和前後有大對比。金色不如歸的麵是方麵,吃起來比較爽滑,而且可能用了全麥粉。配料有三層肉加低溫叉燒,香菜和煙肉碎,不過不失。貝汁醬油拉麵 比貝汁鹽味拉麵多一層醬油味,但又不會遮蓋貝汁鮮味。對比鹽味拉麵,醬油拉麵用了牛肝菌油,而且亦用了黑松露醬。相對比較重口味。味玉 做到溏心效果,味道正常和一般拉麵店沒什麼分別,下次應不會再加。

比貝汁鹽味拉麵多一層醬油味,但又不會遮蓋貝汁鮮味。對比鹽味拉麵,醬油拉麵用了牛肝菌油,而且亦用了黑松露醬。相對比較重口味。

Came here on a weekday afternoon, around 3pm? And thus there was no queue. Very happy to discover a new ramen place at Festival walk. Also the cold winds were so strong on the day we had it. Ramen was such a good option to warm the bodies and stomach.The outside of the restaurant. I find that the shop front is not very obvious - a bit easy to miss. The inside was still comfortable to sit though. Cause we had the booth seats.Liked that they provide detailed information on the ramen. At least you

This is what I had. And I like shio because it's a lighter broth, yet the richness of the soup broth still shone through. There's also a faint truffle taste, I almost wanted to finish the whole bowl of soup. The char siew was also very good, unlike other ramen shops where the texture tend to be on the harder or dryer side, this char siew was soft, fatty with the right amount and well marinated.

話晒都係日本過江龍再加米芝連,無理由唔食呀!你問我既話,味道的確見仁見智,貝汁湯底,聽落的確係特別,食落感覺只係清新,無咩特別既味道會令你感覺到一試難忘,所以就會比人感覺好普通!唯獨隻半熟蛋都值得一讚!所以如果要我講既話,我就只會試一次,試過就算了...另外我地仲叫咗一客餃子,餃子反而唔錯,不過價錢亦都唔平,$68/5隻,但呢個值得一試!

近日無機會去日本旅行,唯有貴為日本本國的人氣長龍店之稱既「金色不如帰」拉麵選擇唔多,主打松露蜆貝醬油拉麵、其次是豚骨拉麵。不過,今次只試白豚骨拉麵和煙熏黑椒豚骨拉麵。白豚骨拉麵方面,湯底較為清淡,配有經典拉麵選擇。黑椒豚骨拉麵湯底味道十分特別,口感層次豐富。自家製的「黑胡椒醬油」真係美味しい。服務員推介必食的塘心蛋本人認為不是太突出。餃子都比較普通。服務員態度都唔錯。真係好想去日本🇯🇵食,比較一下。

不過,今次只試白豚骨拉麵和煙熏黑椒豚骨拉麵。

白豚骨拉麵方面,湯底較為清淡,配有經典拉麵選擇。

黑椒豚骨拉麵湯底味道十分特別,口感層次豐富。
自家製的「黑胡椒醬油」真係美味しい。


服務員推介必食的塘心蛋
本人認為不是太突出。餃子都比較普通。

服務員態度都唔錯。

真係好想去日本🇯🇵食,比較一下。

星期六去又一城買聖誕禮物,四處都太多人排隊食午餐,最後我去依間新開嘅拉麵館排隊。排了大概15分鐘,就可以入座。依度嘅裝修幾好,一個人嘅位置有膠板隔開。當入坐時,服務員會同你講,唔好意思要你等咁耐希望你有個愉快的午餐。一句說話令你咁覺到嘅客戶體驗提升了。我叫咗個杯汁鹽味拉麵同餃子。個湯底唔會好油,面嘅園林度適中。只係份量較少。我叫埋個餃子,食完後感覺份量有多。建議兩個人去食兩碗面再+1個餃子share就啱啱好。今次食完之後,覺得黑松露加喺麵度嘅感覺非常之好。令到自己想買返一樽,放在家中食麵用。

總括黎講,湯底的確出色,建議如果想試佢貝汁嘅鮮味一定要叫鹽味,松露喜愛者都一定會愛上呢個湯頭,呢間亦都係我係香港第二間會飲哂湯底嘅拉麵,但整體黎講份量偏少,價錢略貴,如果以差唔多嘅價錢黎講 我會更喜歡 鯛白湯😋但any肥,作為東京米芝連一星,暫時去唔到日本,都可以係香港試試佢嘅👍🏻

今天來到樂富探望外婆之後,獨個兒來到九龍塘又一城逛街購物。原來在國際金融中心著名的拉麵店金色不如歸,也在又一城開設了新分店。差不多中午的時間,見沒有很多人排隊等候,我便快快入座,慢慢品嚐。原來這間金色不如在 2019 年及 2020 年歸榮獲了東京米芝蓮一星榮譽,也在 2010 年至 2017 年期間,榮獲日本著名食評網站 TABELOG 推介的東京拉麵百名店之一。貝汁鹽味拉麵這款拉麵是主打的拉麵之一。雙手輕輕細摸拉麵碗感受一下它的熱度,溫暖我的冰冷雙手。在喝小口金黃色的湯底,除了品嚐到濃郁的菇菌幽香,原來當中包括白松露、牛肝菌醬、香草和煙肉碎等等。還有極豐富的海鮮鮮甜味,原來還加入了大量的大蜆一同熬製湯底,味道鮮味無窮,多喝幾口也沒有油膩的感覺。拉麵麵底是用上直身麵的,原則煙韌微彈,感覺有點像蕎麥麵,實在帶點蕎麥麵的清香。溏心蛋糖心蛋是原隻另上的,原意是不想溫暖湯底的鮮味。雞蛋表面是咖啡色的,蛋白有少許結實。蛋黃是鮮紅色糖心的,吸睛誘人。雞蛋綿密細軟,蛋味豐富,醬油味恰當。自家製豚肉煎餃煎餃是自家製的,餃皮金黃香脆,厚度適中。內裏餡料的味道確有不同,鮮嫩滑溜,肉味豐富。冷泡烏龍茶冷泡

冷泡烏龍茶
冷泡的這種技術是需要用想像成的茶葉,用冷水經常時間浸透茶香。所以這杯烏龍茶色澤金黃,醇香滿溢,清理解渴,生津養生。

總括而言,環境裝潢時尚高貴,店員服務細心專業,食物出品富有心思創意,下次再和拉麵控的男朋友再來品嚐。

🐰小編好耐冇食拉麵,呢間新分店質素果然冇令我失望!拉麵湯底由蜆湯、豬骨湯同魚湯製成,小食特別得黎都幾好食✨🤤-1️⃣「貝汁醬油拉麵🍜 ($128)」-呢款係店嘅signature,湯底有鹹鮮味🐟,清而濃,松露油同牛菌嘅香味深得我心❤️🤣麵條略微唔夠掛汁,可以再硬身少少~Soyu hamaguri soup ramen-2️⃣「貝汁鹽味拉麵🧂($128)」-食落同樣有鹹鮮味🐟,但個人覺得貝汁醬油拉麵略勝一籌!但叉燒較普通Shio hamaguri soup ramen-3️⃣「白豚骨拉麵🐷($115)」-呢款豚骨味順口唔膩,但覺得可以濃d,配紫菜都唔錯,Btw糖心蛋流心呈度好好,醬油味ok,差在冇對半切開上(+$15)🙈~Tonkotsu original ramen-4️⃣「涼拌黑松露紋甲墨魚🦑($65)」-呢款好驚喜,食落開胃,墨魚腳居然一d都唔靭,仲有淡淡松露味🥒⚫️~Cuttlefish with black truffle dressing is appetising.
