可能因為冇得去日本啦同埋食拉麵可以簡簡單單,一人一碗麵再加份餃子已經好夠。平時響屋企食飯成枱都係餸都未必係我想食,有陣時簡簡單單反而仲好。今日朋友揀咗地方食飯,咁我就喺呢個地方揀咗呢一間拉麵試吓,橫掂佢又鍾意食拉麵。又一城好多嘢食㗎,所以如果唔收窄範圍,我諗有排我諗。呢間聽過個名不過一直冇機會試,講真金色不如婦我都唔知點解。不過唔理咁多,見佢企企理理又唔使點等就入左去。好快就揀咗我嘅貝汁醬油拉麵,朋友叫咗白湯拉麵再加一份餃子🥟share。當然梗係要加一人半隻温泉蛋啦。麵條粗幼冇得揀,雖然唔係我最prefer 既「一蘭」粗幼度,不過都可以接受(未至於變咗粗面)我係想講吓佢個湯底,好大片油響面,又有啲似食黑蒜出前一丁那個包醬浮左響面頭,似乎油膩咗啲喎😵‍💫雖然佢咁樣可以保持面嘅熱度,不過⋯⋯⋯其中有一片肉(三層肉)好有肥膩感,但係我又唔好意思夾比我朋友食咗佢,(換轉以前同男朋友食一定夾咗比佢啦)所以唯有瞇埋眼123吞咗落肚,當然我相信如果鍾意食肥嘅朋友會覺得佢入口即溶嘅⋯~~😅餃子佢話係自家製嘅我都覺得係嘅。唔覺唔覺仲食得多過我朋友(男友人)

到醬油拉麵 聞落去冇咁香濃 不過食落湯底相對突出 貝汁味濃好多 都好鮮甜 不過就油左小小 我覺得唔加牛肝菌油會好味d 質感會light翻小小 不過黑松露醬都算唔小 係湯底到飲得出

湯底雖然係值得一嚐 不過個麵底就強差人意🤨 好淋 個麵擺多幾分鐘就跟加一pat嘢咁 呢個價錢本身會期望有得揀麵嘅硬度 份量方面當tea係ok

金色不如歸連續三年獲得日本東京米芝蓮一星拉麵店,今日難得好榮幸可以喺香港嘅又一城分店試一試呢個一星拉麵,真係好開心。首先講吓拉麵店嘅裝修係走高級路線,一入門口就已經有一個開放式嘅廚房,店內師傅煮麵嘅過程可以一覽無遺,再嚟就係室內以金色及木材為主嘅高雅裝修,雖然地方唔算係寬敞,但係在走高檔路線嘅拉麵店度食拉麵,感覺好特別。

2)食物質素
今日點了貝汁醬油拉麵,拉麵一上枱已經俾佢嘅湯底吸引,係完全冇做過資料搜查嘅情況下,一飲已經知道湯底由海鮮及肉類熬成,而且仲帶有好濃嘅松露味,湯底雖然顏色淺淡,但係味道非常濃郁而且有層次,另外亦都完全冇味精,呢個咁特別的味道係我第一次品嘗到,令我印象非常深刻。

其實呢個咁特別的湯底係由蜆湯,豬骨湯及魚清湯熬成。另外,拉麵更由四種不同的日本麵粉製造而成。雖然金色不如歸無得選拉麵的軟硬度,但係我覺得師傅將煮麵時間控制得好好,煮熟嘅拉麵嘅軟硬度適中,比好多有得選軟硬度嘅拉麵店有過之而無不及。可惜拉麵上的低溫叉燒完全不行,我覺得有少少un,相比麵屋丸京嫩滑到不行的慢煮叉燒,確實失色不少。可幸金色不如歸嘅三層肉非常讚,肉同埋脂肪比例層次分明,接近入口即溶嘅感覺,的確為呢個拉麵加分不少。

總括來講,金色不如歸的湯底,拉麵,額外添加嘅醬汁及部份配料都令人非常滿意,亦係市面上少見,難怪會連續三年獲得米芝蓮一星!!

金色不如歸的確帶比我一個好難忘嘅體驗,亦都非常推介俾各位!

呢間食肆有多款食物都用上白松露油,黑松露醬來提味,這樣反令到口味單一化。


九龍塘店同尖沙咀店嘅餐牌不同,原本來是想吃銀鱈魚醬油燒,一口芝士脆豚,但呢度冇 😲。


今日係周日,所以樓面侍應及廚房都俾尖沙咀店多人,但門口冇帶位員,我就依規矩攞飛仔等叫號入座,突然跑來幾家人在門口左望右望,然後有個女仔立即走出來接待,可惜佢哋只照顧家庭客,前後入了三檯 family 才到我的二人檯 😤😠😡


座位之間實在太逼夾,每張兩人枱上面仲有塊大膠板,實在太侷促 😒
