朋友介紹話呢間餐廳既拉麵同沾麵好食,講左好耐,終於有時間黎試下。呢間餐廳面積細細,開放式廚房,食客可以一邊食野一邊欣賞拉麵師傅工作。我地叫左一個拉麵同一個沾麵,仲有小食同飲品。餐廳既叉燒採用低溫處理,肥瘦適中,食落好嫩滑,肉質一啲都唔會柴同乾。拉麵同沾麵既麵質都係我比較鍾意既,都有彈性,配上香濃既湯汁,滿口滋味。小食都唔錯,熱辣辣上枱,炸雞軟骨炸得好脆;蔥花牛舌都好爽脆又厚身,配上蔥花可以中和膩感。
