話說,上週來到這間裝潢設計很有特色又摩登的中菜餐館吃飯,位於中環近地鐵站,挺方便。我們當天閒日較早的時候到達,可以坐到靠近窗的位置,可以邊吃飯邊欣賞夜景啊~餐廳供應的食物種類多,除了小菜及燒味外,晚市仍然有點心😍!我們首先吃了黑豚肉叉燒皇 (例牌 $188),被送上來賣相很吸引,一排熱辣辣半肥瘦叉燒,還有小蠟燭保持溫度,好貼心。夾起來可見到肉質算不錯,吃下去嚐到蜜汁及肉味~特別的是,這裡的例牌叉燒像吃片皮鴨,配麵粉皮及蔬菜絲,這樣吃叉燒別有一番風味啊~點心來說,我們吃了香檳金蝦餃及蟹籽黑豚肉燒賣(各$52)。蝦餃好美,粉紅和金色超吸睛,餃皮沒特別的味道,但蝦都大隻,肉質爽口的。至於蔬菜,我們點的欖菜肉鬆四季豆 ($108),比想像中高質,炒得有鑊氣,而且四季豆夠嫩,完全無根,份量也很多,不錯!最後我們沒有要白飯,反而點了炸饅頭,饅頭炸得高質,每隻都非常脆身,然後沾上大量煉奶,好吃!另外值得一提,店員服務態度很好,禮貌好客,經常主動幫我們添茶水。

Don’t bother trying this restaurant. The service was extremely poor. The waitress was serving our food and was trying to squeeze in between our chairs (which were side by side with no space in between due to the size of the table). She then looked at us and threw down the plate of food in between our plates and said “where am I supposed to put this? Here?”. She continued to tell us off for lack of space when we were unable to move to make way for her as our chairs were already side by side. I am

這個香檳金蝦餃 外皮加了紅菜頭汁染成美美的粉紅色 再加以金箔裝飾 賣相特別漂亮!
至於味道呢 其實就跟平時的蝦餃一樣啦~ 蝦餃皮挺有咬口的 但略顯厚了一點點 裡頭的蝦鮮味彈牙 整體還可以吧☺️

燒鵝燒得剛好 外皮很薄 帶微脆 而且一點多餘脂肪也沒有 雖然肉質硬了一點不夠嫩滑 但還好鵝味很濃郁😚
撈麵味道上就沒特別 但勝在口感也不錯的 軟硬適中 挺爽口的~

Highlight of the night‼️
泡飯湯底以鴨骨熬製 再加入大量鴨肉絲 香蔥 芫茜 及芝麻炮製而成 所以味道非常濃郁非常香口 讓人回味無窮🤤🤤🤤 必點!

整體來說 紅樓的食物是不錯的 但以這個定價 就會expect更多了 (both from food and service🙈) 但我想 或許這裡單是環境也夠吸引~ 那天來看見這裡的happy hour deal很划算的 就算不來吃正餐 來點杯酒 吃點小吃 跟朋友約會 也是非常不錯的選擇喔😚

土魷肉餅蒸荷葉飯 $138
呢個蒸飯加入左大量嘅蝦肉落肉餅度,雖然令到肉餅入口更加彈牙,但卻蓋過土魷嘅味道,有啲喧賓奪主嘅感覺。


總體感覺餐廳定價略貴,點心尚算有特色,有驚喜俾到我地。以飲茶來講,餐廳環境非常賞心悅目,能夠透過差唔多落地嘅大玻璃黎欣賞中環嘅景色同埋藍藍嘅天空。
另外,佢比傳統嘅茶樓少左一份繁囂,可以更加專注同三五知己把茶談天。

至於服務方面,可能我們兩個女人衣著不夠光鮮又素顏的關係,一出 lift 走到餐廳門口都沒有店員前來招待,
 我們被安排入座後,隨即有女店員問我們要什麼茶,轉頭便送上。
 店員們有香港人及唔肯定菲律賓籍還是尼泊爾籍,入座半小時後,我們傾計、被那落地玻璃窗外的吸引環境而影相、研究食什麼好啦?!都無人主動問我們想點什麼?只見外籍在店內不停兜圈!
 以當晚店員數量,其實可以一位店員對一枱食客,直至上濃湯鴨絲泡飯,由男店員即在我們面前弄製及奉上,此刻,我們才覺得有服務!
 這點可挽回分數吧!

朋友之前黎過dinner, 話幾ok所以黎試lunch. 呢到前身既餐廳我都時不時會去,其實都幾好ga, 唔知點解執笠,呢到可以睇到個view佢lunch係有set既,個set既design係會令人好想叫semi-buffet, 因為抵d. 但我地係eatxxx book既discount唔可以用係set, 所以我地就散叫。不過結論係你係男仔好大食,如果唔係散叫應該比較抵。我地今次叫左好多野食但每個人都唔洗200蚊per head。叉燒下面係有火燒住,所以d ej4boiling咁好吸引。呢個粉紅色係蝦餃,有d金色顏料係上面,好浮誇。個荷葉飯有d流流地,好一般。呢個係蘿蔔糕,佢切左一條條,所以得勁少!overall佢既portion唔大既,味道唔係好好但又唔係差,我地都覺得美心王宮好似好味d, 不過勝在佢個有view, 而且lunch time 定dinner time 都完全唔full, 可以walk in, 中環任何其他茶樓lunch應該都冇可能咁walk in.
