吞拿魚蓉一向都係無得輸, 鮮味得黎帶少少咸, 再配埋赤醋飯, 中和返兩樣野既味道, 比起其他日本餐廳食既蔥吞, 更加有變化.

之前有中醫教過, 原來壽司飯上面既薑, 就係用黎食完生冷野之後, 食D薑片, 中和返生冷既負面效果, 我估塊紫蘇葉都係咁既用途, 片薑比一般餐廳既唔辣, 好易入口, 太辣我真係會頂唔順

上次來六角已經是兩年前了。感覺以前比較新鮮好吃,又或者這樣說,這次我們人多所以要坐在2樓的閣樓,吃omakase的靈魂,其實是和廚師的交流,和欣賞他做這個食物第一時間放在你面前就放在嘴巴裏的享受。但日本料理可以有房,9個人,選擇的確不多。現在日本料理的競爭太多了,選擇很多,必須很有特色才能生存。雖然我感覺食材沒有以前的好 但不得不讚的是他們的服務真的很細心周到。一個很溫暖熱鬧開心的慶祝生日的晚上😌
