乾巴巴腐皮卷~~煎得太乾啦!卷內又少材料!揾笨!揾笨!
冷冰冰炒腸粉~~雖然味道唔錯,不會太咸,也不是過油,但凍嘅

味道主打鮮甜,冇腥味又唔油,食得出材料都好新鮮。入面除左有足料gei蝦之外,上面仲有帶子粒同蝦籽,加上一小片香茜,整體配合好鮮味清甜,好睇又好食

外表普通 食落又係比普通出品高一個層次

平時食gei流沙包因為加左流沙反而偏鹹同膩口,但呢度gei流沙包唔油之餘,流沙gei味道亦較清淡,好配合鮮甜gei奶黃,值得一試!

其他點心水準都幾高,由落單起等左十分鐘左右至到,應該係即叫即蒸,服務方面都好週到,好有酒店風範。

價錢方面3位埋單近3百蚊,平均先一人一百蚊左右,相比係普通酒樓叫豐富d都要呢個價錢了,今餐感覺超值又滿足! 誠意推介俾大家!

其實除了剛才提及那3款矜貴的主打菜式外,還品嚐了焗法國睡蟹,蟹肉鮑絲柚子沙律、脆皮雞、海鮮焗飯等等,每一碟都份量十足,如果整個套餐來算每人大約$330就可以食如此許多珍饌百味,的確很難找到別的酒店級中菜廳有咁划算及真材實料的東西吃了。而甜品方面,值得推介是水晶鴛鴦包,第一眼就被精緻雕花的裝飾品吸引了,這是用紅蘿蔔雕成的一座塔,手工非常精緻,一邊吃甜品一邊欣賞這雕刻品,簡直賞心悅目,而水晶飽分別有奶黃及紅豆兩款口味,口感咬落煙韌,甜而不膩,味道清新甜美。



總括而言,我們全家人對於這個套餐都十分滿意及覺得好超值
,今次媽咪的確有好介紹。除了食物的質素、賣相、價錢外,最驚喜就是中菜廚師也會跟客人交流傾計,希望下次光臨時會再有意外驚喜帶給客人吧!

Second dish coming是半煎煮yellow flower fish with white turnip shred and chinese celery. It was a miracle dish which all ingredients such as dried mushroom, salty
soy bean…etc combined to give an excellent blend.
Then the third dish was帶子with lily bulb and清甜的瓜shred. Although we all hated
their method of pilling away all the 瓜skin, this was certainly a dish of消暑夏日佳餚!

The first came dessert was crystal buns.
They望來漂亮,吃下來卻made all of us失望 because they just looked so much similar with those we ate in japan, but turned out, much much worse than that. 煙膩的皮was比較厚and 不易穿here,

但red bean餡料的份量was豐富enough. However, the skin口感was very important because if it was too厚like these, it became so difficult to be chewed and the 芝麻inside the buns lost the sesame香.
最後, 是sweetened taro sticks反沙芋條. Their 味道was just OK, because和我想像中有D分別, 炸香了的taro sticks were not at all oily, 一咬下去,糖片便鬆散脫下, 裡頭的芋頭夠熟, 口感粉腍, 沒有起渣but I could see the shreds of taro when I ate the stick. 即使已經very full, 還是把整碟dessert全部吃掉! 不過那white糖皮真的非常厚,

黑松露鮮奶蛋白炒燕窩($188),很精緻的擺設,以一塊脆片盛著,再放在有南瓜,莓醬和青色糖膠裝飾的碟子上.鮮奶蛋白炒得滑,有點像賽螃蟹,味道清,不油膩.除了面有不少燕窩,底也有些鮮甜蟹肉,結合了數種口感.黑松露切了粒,香氣沁出,為菜色添了一分惹味,是挺成功的一道Fusion菜.脆片雖變淋了,但食味仍不錯,很不浪費的妹妹把它連同果醬和糖膠都清得一乾二淨.黑松露和燕窩都是貴格食材,這樣的價錢同時吃到兩樣也算值.

蠔皇原隻五頭澳洲鮑魚扣鵝掌($168),伴著兩棵翠綠芥菜膽,很整齊的端上.蠔皇汁色澤偏橙,味道較甜.鮑魚彈牙好咬口,煮的火喉和時間拿捏得準.鵝掌下截去了骨,方便以刀叉進食.鵝掌的皮算爽,但上截趾位卻有點黏骨難咬,處理得不夠好.芥菜膽煮得夠淋,不會有硬得咬不開的窘態.

薑汁芥蘭,不是在菜單上選的,所以也不知實價.深綠色芥蘭蠻大棵,每根都沾著薑汁.炒得香而碟子卻沒油光泛濫.菜的軟硬度適中,又沒渣.薑味來得較柔和,不是太強烈,老少咸宜.蒜味倒是挺突出,整碟香噴噴.

蒜蓉班片蒸河粉($128),侍應為我們分了才上檯.蒜香迫人,一顆顆蒜粒包在班片上,班片新鮮不腥,肉實淨,再滑一點的話就更佳了.幼河粉吸了蒜香和鮮魚汁,十分惹味,入口滑溜而未變淋變糊,吃掉一整碗也未覺不膩滯,比想像中的好吃.

吃到此時,才發現
松子瑤柱紅米炒飯($98)遲遲未有上來,追問之下,原來入單時漏了,經理和另一名員工立刻道歉,並保證十分鐘之內可預備好.等了沒多久,飯就上來了.五顏六色的煞是好看,紅白米相間的炒飯,中間有綠色的菜莖片,瑤柱碎和蛋白,面放了黃啡的松子和紫黑提子乾.材料口感有脆,有煙韌,有軟有爽,變化多端.炒飯味道清,除了材料本身的味道,只下了點鹽調味.米又炒得乾身不油,比翡翠拉麵小籠包相類似的瑤柱金勾五穀炒飯好吃多了,最後又是整碟清光.

福果芋泥($28),被福果二字吸引而叫,原來指的是白果.一層芋泥在底,上面放了數顆白果,再加上一層糖水.芋泥芋味濃且甜得很,口感軟綿.相比之下,稠身的糖水反而不太甜.素味淡的白果則主要在口感方面發揮作用,在柔軟中添了分實淨.整體來說食味不錯.

原個杏汁燉木瓜($52),送上來侍應才為我們打開木瓜,橙色的木瓜中注滿了熱氣蒸騰的白色杏汁.用銀匙挖下木瓜肉,伴著帶杏味而不腥臭的杏汁吃,很是配合.杏汁本身微甜,加上木瓜天然的甜味,甜得剛好.木瓜也選得好,沒平常吃到的苦澀味,可說是是晚最棒的甜食.另有加了燕窩的杏汁燉木瓜,索價$198,要是很想要吃燕窩的可以考慮一下.

花膠燉鮮奶($68),全晚唯一一道令人失望的食物.本以為是固體的燉奶,竟料端上來的竟是一碗飄浮著一塊花膠的熱鮮奶.喝一口,果真是毫無調味的熱鮮奶.牛乳味突出,可是無味的花膠便淪為加價之貨,除了令菜式升值,毫無作用.宜把花膠切絲,混在加了糖的燉奶中.不然就不該把它放進甜品之列,名不乎實.

鄰桌的外國客人點了一桌子的點心,果然中菜廳在酒店云云餐廳中還是對外國遊客最有吸引力的.但員工似乎需要在與外國客人溝通上下多點工夫,鄰桌就在收碟時上演了一幕因言語不通而要同桌中國客人作翻譯的尷尬場面.參考實價,以酒店級數來說不算很貴,最便宜的糖水綠豆清心丸也不過$25.服務挺好的,除了有點擺烏龍的漏了單和把鄰桌的菜送錯到我們桌之外,員工的服務態度都甚佳,有侍應還跟熟客聊天.平日晚上,入坐率也有七成,相信已是信心保證,有機會也會再來的.

媽子同阿姨佢地入沙田,發覺冇咩野食,咁,佢地就用一個最簡單既方法:去附近酒店既中菜廳。突然間收到電話問我去唔去,下,食潮州野Ga Bor.......不過試下新野都係好既,便前往了。一見到成座小山既鹵水拼盤,見係暖既食左少少,咦,太多油啦。之後既泰式砂煲翅,其實同其他地方最大既唔同既地方就係多左D芽菜同有蝦、帶子等海鮮,唔辣既,蝦係爽同彈牙,不過翅嘛......算啦,推行環保嘛@@"個蝦子海參基本上得個量,海參係完全唔入味既。至於呢兩個小菜:西芹豉油皇班球(我覺得佢用蒸魚豉油黎炸,好蒸魚既味道)同用左酒迫左醋酸出去,剩返醋香,都好下飯既鎮江排骨都好食=)之後既欖菜肉碎蒸蔬我就冇咩興趣,只覺得芥蘭幾新鮮,都係靚既部分。鮑魚絲稻亭麵上桌時,我呆左一呆:烏冬?鮑魚我就唔覺,不過見到勝瓜同幾濃既汁,自己都食左一碗。最後既杏仁茶,飲得出係自己磨同埋南杏落得重,唔算太甜,不過就欠左北杏既香......之後既星期,阿姨話又再Encore,我覺得九百幾蚊五個人食似乎唔多抵,都係算啦.......

至於呢兩個小菜:西芹豉油皇班球(我覺得佢用蒸魚豉油黎炸,好蒸魚既味道)

想同幾個朋友放工去嘆下, 見到帝玉庭有夜茶飲, 見平時假期多人排隊攞位, 心諗可以一試啩! 同d frds夜晚嘆茶都係第一次!我地四個人叫左: 蝦餃 – d蝦好新鮮,爽口, 皮薄!鮑魚燒賣皇 – 勁多蟹子, 食落口鮑魚同蟹子都好掂春卷 – 脆口, 唔油膩, 感覺上唔係好熱氣蘿蔔糕 – 煎得剛剛好, 好香口皮蛋魚片粥 – 好多料, 第一次食潮州粥雞包仔 – 我冇食,不過d frd話好味蜜汁叉燒飯 – 係我最欣賞既, 叉燒半肥瘦, 蜜汁味重, 食到唔停得口, 送飯….正!白灼菜心 ^_^呢度人手唔算多,不過一舉手就會好快有伙計招呼! 環境好舒服, 唔逼迫又有落地玻璃睇! 七點鐘個天仲未黑, 有園景睇! 點心唔洗等好耐就有得食, 熱辣辣咁上哂! 最細心既係, 我見佢地用一個座熱茶壺既東西去座熱d茶, 名副其實係 “水滾茶靚”, 睇得出佢地真係有心思!埋單都唔洗$200,晚市原來有八折架!! 值得推介!
