鉄人大盛位於尖沙咀格蘭中心地庫、地點方便、晚市提供放題 $328/位、有兩小時好足夠。我還是第一次吃刺身跟鐵板燒的放題~飲品選擇不少、除了汽水、茶、還有韓國果汁和啤酒。服務員自動送上刺身、不用點。這個刺身盛真的嚇了我們一跳、兩人份量實在太多了吧。它有三文魚、吞拿魚、帶子、虎蝦、螺、希露魚、油甘等。比較喜歡帶子較鮮甜。不過還是建議讓食客們自己選擇下單比較好、不用浪費食物。然後到鐵板燒部份、 燒牛舌、蔥花牛肉都juicy 、燒汁好惹味。燒羊架軟嫩不錯也有必點的燒菠蘿鵝肝多士裡的鵝肝幾香、不過多士竟然唔脆。燒鰻魚和燒什菜是不過不失吧。甜品方面還有任食Haagendaz、有幾款口味可選、咖啡味實在太好吃!

友人生日,因為她是海膽fans, 我的是外行,所以睇OpenRice介紹 選好了這一間。位置算方便,位於石板街但招牌不明顯,要搵一搵。說到食物,我對海膽沒研究,但友人說還可以一早預留生日蛋糕可以自己寫字,都幾得意酒類選擇少,有啲失望食咗幾款食物,但絕對無好飽的感覺埋單發現每個人人均超過500食物質素不差但也沒有令人驚喜到值這價錢加上座位迫,坐得唔舒服500極度不值得我會寧願畀貴啲fine dining 或者畀少啲食得好味啲應該無下次

S2 Kitchen最初以十層海膽杯打響名堂,但小店卻沒有因此而滿足,最近再次光臨,發現S2已經發展了一系列的海膽菜式,由小吃、主菜到甜品都加入了海膽,海膽迷絕不能錯過。**************S2入口在石板街排檔後面,所以如不仔細找,很容易走漏眼。店內地方不大,所以座位都較擠迫。十層海膽杯($398)十層海膽杯除了主角海膽,還有海葡萄、黑魚子、三文魚籽、吞拿魚蓉、松葉蟹肉和海帶,一次過滿足多個願望。海膽鮮甜,三文魚籽鹹鮮味十足,吞拿魚蓉嫩滑,口感非常豐富!海膽燒岩蠔($98/隻)燒上蠔上放滿海膽和蟹籽,海膽冷石蠔熱,一冷一熱很大衝擊。燒蠔上有厚厚的沙律醬,非常滋味。特色海膽火焰卷($148)侍應奉上海膽卷後會在食客面前點火,不過海膽其實不會接觸到火焰,純為視覺效果。海膽卷內除了海膽,還有蟹柳、玉子和蟹籽,米飯不會過腍仍帶點彈口,味道不錯。海膽雪糕海膽雪糕是小店自家製,牛奶味十分濃郁,但如果本身不是對奶味特別鐘情,就不建議點了。總結,海膽菜式創新又特別,其中我最喜愛特色海膽火焰卷,海膽控絕對不能錯過。

S2 Kitchen最初以十層海膽杯打響名堂,但小店卻沒有因此而滿足,最近再次光臨,發現S2已經發展了一系列的海膽菜式,由小吃、主菜到甜品都加入了海膽,海膽迷絕不能錯過。

S2入口在石板街排檔後面,所以如不仔細找,很容易走漏眼。

店內地方不大,所以座位都較擠迫。

My wife told me that there is a Japanese restaurant that served several dishes with sea urchin. Since we loved sea urchin, we decided to have dinner there tonight. Sea urchin cup - This is the first time i eat few layers of sea urchin in a tall glass. It consisted of fish roe, sea urchin, toro, salmon roe, prawns and seaweed etc. Sea urchin was flavourful and soft, almost melting in my mouth. The whole combination of different ingredients make it very tasty and soft in texture.
