今日同女朋友興祝生日,當然唔慳得啦,之前聽朋友介紹過一間高級日本菜,叫做「S2 kitchen」,價錢都ok唔算話好貴,就決定打電話去訂枱食返餐好嘢,去到中環行上一條舊式的石屎樓梯右手邊就到,其實平時行過都唔會留意,今次特登去先發現到,入到去感覺冷氣非常足夠,大熱天時都覺得很涼快,服務員招呼周到 馬上送上玄米茶。來到這裡當然要點十层海胆杯啦✓,無得輸,超級新鮮鮮甜海膽味,外觀都無敵啦,一層一層色彩繽紛,剩係睇都值回票價。還有點了這個刺身併盤加海腦,店員拿出來時出煙,應該是放了乾冰,很有卓頭,可以保持魚生新鮮,都幾特別。味道方面一定正啦,魚生新鮮美味入口即溶,特別的是海腦,第一次食很珍貴的,原來是吞拿魚的頭部,一條魚只有兩舊。 還有點了火燙海膽壽司,芝士年糕,鰻魚汁餃子和吉列粟米餅。全部都很好吃,呢餐真係滿足了。

還有點了這個刺身併盤加海腦,店員拿出來時出煙,應該是放了乾冰,很有卓頭,可以保持魚生新鮮,都幾特別。味道方面一定正啦,魚生新鮮美味入口即溶,特別的是海腦,第一次食很珍貴的,原來是吞拿魚的頭部,一條魚只有兩舊。 還有點了火燙海膽壽司,芝士年糕,鰻魚汁餃子和吉列粟米餅。全部都很好吃,呢餐真係滿足了。

今日同朋友去到大館,諗住食埋飯先返屋企,喺OpenRice見到呢間餐廳,位置大概喺擺花街同埋石板街,不過就比較難搵啦, 我哋都大概搵左差唔多10分鐘先搵到 。一入到去店面係細細地嘅,比較似日本溫馨家庭式餐廳咁,我哋坐咗吧枱位,可以睇住師傅整嘢食。叫咗個10層嘅海膽杯 $398 , 估唔到真係好多海膽,入邊有黑松露啦魚子啦三文魚啦仲有唔同嘅魚生最底果一層係海草。師傅建議我哋第一啖落肚一定要食咗海膽杯先,要試吓佢哋嘅鮮味。之後我幾鍾意食佢哋嘅芝士年糕,出邊食嘅芝士年糕通常都係炸既,呢間嘅芝士年糕唔知係用焗定係烘,感覺上比較健康。麵粉嘅味道加埋芝士食唔停口。牛舌心都唔錯,師傅仲同我地講牛舌心嘅話比起普通牛舌會嫩口啲。另外都叫咗個牛肉壽起燒,不過牛肉嘅質素唔算係好靚嘅牛肉,湯底豆腐同埋啲薯粉都OK。
