最近發現天后都有唔少嘢食,呢間居酒屋有露天座位,感覺都幾chill,佢哋嘅食物選擇算多,前菜、串燒、壽司🍣刺身、鍋物、麵食同飯🍚都有,咩都嗌啲試吓先下面三款前菜都冇食過,試新嘢都幾有驚喜三文魚冰頭漬喺店員推介下決定試下,佢話係凍食同埋係三文魚的頭鼻位。口感呢似係咬緊啲軟骨咁,呈透明狀,網上仲話有高膠原蛋白極高。冇任何嘅腥臭味,或者令到人覺得唔舒服嘅味道,又幾好食海葡萄海藻沙律🥗 除咗有海葡萄仲有雜錦海草同埋日本酸汁撈埋一齊食👍🏻 咁就可以中和返本身海葡萄個鹹味。個沙律幾特別京都絹豆腐個豆腐上面淋左日式醬汁、蒜同香蔥。個日式醬汁有少少少少辣但係幾惹味☺️ 刺身嗌咗三款左口魚➡️ 一客有八片,係薄切嘅吞拿魚腦天➡️ 第一次食喎👍🏻👍🏻 問一問先知原來係吞拿魚頭頂個肉而且仲係稀有部位😱 食落個口感好正,因為冇咩筋油分重,同大呑有得揮赤貝➡️餐廳係賣活赤貝所以好新鮮爽口火炙煙燻蠔手卷呢個口感好豐富,蠔上面仲有少少海膽☺️嗌咗三個串燒,分別係墨魚香腸、厚切牛舌同埋燒羊腿肉。大推牛舌,食落有咬口仲充滿肉汁,唔錯👍🏻 墨魚腸同埋羊腿肉就正常發揮已經七成飽左右,食埋少少碳水就差唔多豚骨叉燒拉麵🍜 入面有半隻流心

神秘炒飯🍚 估唔到炒飯都有Omakase,店員介紹話呢個炒飯打開蓋嘅時候先至知道有啲咩料係入面🤣 呢個炒飯好有鑊氣!入面有五花腩肉、蔥、蘿蔔等等☝🏻好惹味,用上日本🇯🇵米去炒更好食🤤
