上次同好友去完一次Sake Bar就愛上了,今次搵到一間係銅鑼灣的 ,呢度空間感大坐得好舒服,除了吧枱仲有普通餐枱位置,擺放了很多清酒佈置,仲有一個好大的酒櫃可以比客人慢慢睇慢慢揀,坐吧枱氣氛很好。來到Sake Bar 當然主打清酒,今次我哋都係請唎酒師幫我地揸主意揀幾款酒試 ,佢哋都會好詳細介紹每款酒的特色。酒方面我哋試咗呢幾款:🔹江戶開城 純米吟釀 原酒🔹忠愛『海外限定』 夢ささら 純米吟釀 火入(橘) (我喜歡這杯,入口順滑,有少少甜味。)🔹一刀両斷 純米大吟釀🔹Wakaze The Classic (France )🔹Librom Lemon Grass 今次除了試左純米清酒,亦試左一啲以日本酒為基礎,再加九州水果或香草等釀造的酒,飲落好特別。飲酒當然要配啲佐酒小食、串燒等,叫左:🔸風乾火腿沙律配四川風味醬🔸香炸鰈魚🔸自家製月見免治雞肉棒🔸燒牛肉生菜包🔸串燒: 厚切牛舌、雞腎、雞髀肉、白鱔特別推介🔸香炸鰈魚🔸成條魚炸到脆卜卜連骨都可以食送酒一流,串燒方面最推介牛舌、白鱔,免治雞肉棒也是不能錯過的。很喜歡這裡氣氛很好,唎酒師跟客人可以交流,食物又好食,有機會一定會再來。
