晚上到左間好正嘅#居酒屋,位於#太子 的 #Sake Bar Present #禮 ,裝修很有日式風格,食物多元化的,是跟老友聚餐好地方。食野前先食咗菜先,古早🦀蟹籽沙律, 蟹子超多的鋪滿在沙律上,沙律菜新鮮又健康,醬汁令人開胃。酒盗芝士🧀️,酒盜的咸鮮味配搭原粒芝士,跟香脆梳打餅夾埋食,味道咸香送酒一流👍。松露半熟牛肉他他,燒到半熟的牛肉,肉質軟淋可口,夾埋鋪上的黑松露同大量蔥、蒜🧄,入口有咸香又有嚼勁,肉汁多好惹味。蟹肉蟹羔甲羅燒,將附上的生雞蛋倒入蟹殻內,跟蟹籽、蟹肉、蟹羔同蔥拌勻後,夾在梳打餅食亦唔錯。蒜容燒室津生蠔🦪,用蒜🧄蓉、香蔥一併燒,調味跟熟道都剛剛好。芝士玉子燒,玉子燒得柔軟嫩滑,夾起仲有拉絲效果,正啊。日本番薯🍠,即燒熱辣辣,連皮都食埋。串燒有~媽媽鹹蛋豬肉捧、青森青提豚肉卷、亞波美手羽先、牛蒡素肉丸🍡同雞頸肉。最喜歡食青提豚肉卷,因青提清甜,夾埋肉食冇咁油膩,另外雞翼都燒得香脆可口。加$98生啤清酒放題,啱晒喜歡飲番2杯的人。

日本番薯🍠,即燒熱辣辣,連皮都食埋。

串燒有~媽媽鹹蛋豬肉捧、青森青提豚肉卷、亞波美手羽先、牛蒡素肉丸🍡同雞頸肉。
最喜歡食青提豚肉卷,因青提清甜,夾埋肉食冇咁油膩,另外雞翼都燒得香脆可口。

同朋友嚟到呢間位於太子嘅居酒屋,店舖雖然細,但幾有feel,好似身處日本咁!我哋嗌咗好多嘢食,好鍾意碟紫菜芥末八爪魚,啲芥末味好勁,八爪魚分量多,又juicy,用紫菜夾住嚟食幾特別!半熟鰹魚他他都好好食,有特製嘅醬汁,同埋好多蔥同蒜蓉喺上面,調味做得好好!清酒煮蜆有好多蜆,都好大隻同新鮮,個汁清清地,可以飲,呢個係比較清淡嘅菜式!嚟到居酒屋梗係要嗌串燒,嗌咗幾款,見到係用心製作,賣相好靚,豬大腸好肥美,雞心好爽脆!
