芝士和蛋係好好既配搭。蛋捲非常厚身,中間配一大舊芝士,啲芝士仲多到可以拉絲。 非常滿足。


串燒 - 雞頸肉,牛蒡素肉丸串,亞波美手羽先
跟住黎既係串燒組合。手羽燒到好脆口,再加了些檸檬汁非常好味。牛蒡素都好大粒。雞頸肉都好惹味。


松露半熟牛肉他他
牛肉外面是熟的。中間燒到半熟。加上蔥,松露和柚子汁,牛肉又軟,好容易入口。我食到停唔到口。這道菜是我的推薦。


媽媽鹹蛋豚肉卷
這個都係串燒黎。一串豚肉卷上面配鹹蛋醬,非常惹味,值得一試。


蒜蓉燒室津生蠔(兩隻)
最後就是今日既主角 燒生蠔啦。好多既蒜蓉加到燒生蠔上面。啲蒜香味唔洗講都出曬黎。
