今日同朋友慶祝紀念日,一日喺OpenRice搵咗好多餐廳,最終決定試吓呢間櫻花日本料理,以佢嘅食物、環境嚟講佢嘅價錢唔算好貴可能因為我哋早到,所以冇乜人,我哋兩個人可以一間房一個鐵板,我哋每點咗一個套餐首先嚟咗幾塊餅乾,我唔記得左叫咩名呀,但係幾好味,之後就嚟咗三款前菜,包括:櫻花蝦球、水云海髮菜、芝麻蘆筍豆腐,個蝦球好好食,豆腐就好特別,另外個海髮菜,我就覺得普通左少少之後就到煎鵝肝,外脆內軟,加埋啲醬汁同埋生果,好夾好正之後每人半邊龍蝦,佢撈左啲海膽醬,帶起咗龍蝦嘅鮮味,非常出色跟住嚟咗個炸魚,呢個係我最欣賞嘅菜式,啲魚皮脆卜卜,魚肉就鮮嫩,真係回味無窮之後上咗個沙律,俾你清一清啲濃味嘅食物,跟住就上一個煎牛肉,呢個都好食,不過就較之前嘅食物普通另外再嚟一個龍蝦湯,佢係用返頭先個隻龍蝦頭煲嘅,所以好新鮮好入味最後嚟咗個炒飯同埋炒雜菜,個炒飯炒得好乾身,好好味最後有日本密瓜做甜品,呢一餐真係好豐富,而且好滿足,朋友都食得好開心

師傅話蒜片是日本貨來的,
師傅功力真的很好,蒜片十分香脆,因為是日本貨所以一點也沒有苦澀味,近江牛五成熟,煎得十分香口,肉質鬆軟,牛味濃郁,加上油脂感, 點少少旁邊的鹽,好味到唔識點形容
