終於和老闆來試了這一家新開的泰式餐廳。中午來到,排隊等了15分鐘就有位。招牌菜泰式濃湯和牛麵,湯頭非常濃厚而又不會過鹹,和牛片也不錯,整體是OK的,但是一點也沒有泰式的味道,價錢也偏貴。蟹肉炒飯,蟹肉份量足夠,也炒得夠乾食有鑊氣,配上旁邊的辣椒魚露汁,非常配合,好吃!豬頸肉,新鮮炸起,旁邊配的蕃茄辣椒醬非常惹味,好好吃!炒通菜,通菜夠嫩,配上炸蒜也非常香口,但是$88一小碟感覺有點overpriced. 整體來說味道是可以的,但價錢偏貴,而招牌和牛麵感覺和平時認知的泰式船麵有落差,未試過值得一試,但試過未必會再光顧。

What a big disappointment, when I used to be a big fan….Saturday I myself went to Samsen alone at 5:30pm and there are around 10people in front of me(the shop supposed to open at 6:30pm).They start letting us in at 6:15 which is quite good. I ordered a stir fried broad rice noodle with chicken, the chicken is not marinated at all😞although the fried rice flat noodle’s texture is still quite good but it clotted together and hard to break them up. I also ordered deep fried squid which is not crisp

I also ordered deep fried squid which is not crispy, mince pork salad ( dish is very small not tasty which any Thai restaurant can make better then they.) I also ordered deep fried pork’s skin which is ordered from other Thai supermarket unlike they used to make by themselves accompany by lots of deep fried garlic. Eventually my bill is hk$601.
Next time should consider some other Thai restaurant instead

招牌泰式蟹肉炒飯米飯粒粒分明、啖啖蟹肉、口感非常之豐富,再加上另配嘅小米🌶️醬汁,增加左味蕾嘅層次感。我同朋友食得都讚不絕口。招牌泰式和牛濃湯河一眼望落去就feel到湯底非常濃稠,味道一定唔差。一開始以為碗嘢淨係得和牛,點知仲有牛腩、牛丸同牛展,可以講係非常足料食物豐富,肉質美味香嫩。另外叫咗兩杯嘢飲,分別係泰式奶茶、泰式青檸茶.奶茶入口順滑甜度適中比係泰國飲嘅有少少唔同,但覺得比泰國嘅仲好飲🤣 青檸茶清新爽口,酸甜適中,可以講係解膩必備!好飲!最後叫咗三款甜品,分別:泰國紅寶石椰子刨冰無功無過嘅一款甜品,奶香比較清淡,唯一記得嘅係入面嘅紅寶石,口感比較得意食左好多粒🤣斑斕椰子湯圓碗嘢暖暖地係帶有鹹味嘅椰奶同斑斕味嘅椰子湯圓相結合,椰子肉爽脆清甜,湯圓嘅內餡鹹香可口,但食到第二粒就已經膩了。泰國街頭椰子雪糕一開始對呢個抱有太大嘅期望,係有少少失落嘅,雪糕整得係用心嘅,每一啖都可以食得出椰子粒,但唯一不足就係只有奶味,椰子味不突出。佢地主食、飲品係有驚喜嘅,甜品嘅話就中規中矩並沒有想像中嘅好食,但也不差。另外,服務態度都好nice,值得去一試!

招牌泰式和牛濃湯河
一眼望落去就feel到湯底非常濃稠,味道一定唔差。一開始以為碗嘢淨係得和牛,點知仲有牛腩、牛丸同牛展,可以講係非常足料食物豐富,肉質美味香嫩。

另外叫咗兩杯嘢飲,分別係泰式奶茶、泰式青檸茶.
奶茶入口順滑甜度適中比係泰國飲嘅有少少唔同,但覺得比泰國嘅仲好飲🤣
青檸茶清新爽口,酸甜適中,可以講係解膩必備!好飲!

最後叫咗三款甜品,分別:
泰國紅寶石椰子刨冰
無功無過嘅一款甜品,奶香比較清淡,唯一記得嘅係入面嘅紅寶石,口感比較得意食左好多粒🤣

斑斕椰子湯圓
碗嘢暖暖地係帶有鹹味嘅椰奶同斑斕味嘅椰子湯圓相結合,椰子肉爽脆清甜,湯圓嘅內餡鹹香可口,但食到第二粒就已經膩了。

一開始對呢個抱有太大嘅期望,係有少少失落嘅,雪糕整得係用心嘅,每一啖都可以食得出椰子粒,但唯一不足就係只有奶味,椰子味不突出。

這個絕對是心目中排名的No.1🏆 有絕對驚豔到我的船河
先說這個濃湯,是比較重口味一點,不過真的很好吃
上菜一刻已經嗅到香味,喝下亦完全有驚喜
據說湯底是店家每天清早就準備材料,除了牛骨精髓以外,亦根據傳統加入豬血、腐乳、豬骨等多種食材,熬製六個小時所成的牛湯精華
湯頭質地稠厚,味道偏鹹但帶有牛肉的鮮甜味和少許椰子香,色澤既深且濃郁

這碗實在好吃得一口接一口,即使感到辣,還是帶著歡笑的眼淚和鼻水追著吃!
最後我倆還把湯頭喝光光,可想而知這碗有多好吃🤤,跟朋友share一碗有點不夠喉呢!

泰式街頭椰子雪糕 $78
來這店其中一個原因,就是想品嚐店家的椰子雪糕!
以椰殼載滿椰子雪糕,賣相一流之餘亦增加口感!
吃得出來雪糕由店家親自製作,椰子味香濃,甜度適中
除了雪糕外,還加入不少椰子肉,口感爽脆,兩個截然不同的清甜味非常匹配
再加上甜品少見的花生粒跟粟米粒,令整個甜品無論味道跟口感都覺得相當出色!
再者,先來吃一個濃湯河滿口鹹香,而且天氣炎熱汗直流;吃了一口這個即時有感暑氣全消,亦將剛才吃的濃味一併帶走,解膩一流~
價錢縱然比較昂貴,但份量不少,跟友人分享就剛剛好

對我來說這是我吃過最好吃的泰國菜,兩款食品都非常出色,雖然價錢相對昂貴一點,不過食物質素絕對值得「米芝蓮必比登美食推介」的美譽
翻查資料,老闆兼任大廚是澳洲人,先後在悉尼、倫敦、曼谷、新加坡跟香港的泰國菜館做廚師,主打傳統地道的泰國菜,又堅持採購泰國當地食材同香料,超過六成的食材均由泰國當地直送到店,讓香港人可以真正嚐到地道的泰國風味
店舖面積不算大,每檯之間的空間欠奉,惟樓底高增加空間感
全店以復古風格作為裝潢主調,又以陳舊家具、古老小販檔的陳設、泰式鐵牌等,充滿泰國的懷舊風情
由開業初期直至現在仍吸引大批顧客光顧,當天我們在開業前25分鐘便來到,那時已經見到有人排隊了,所以強烈建議想來吃的話在假日早點來到做第一批客人就可以了
