The pork collar is a must order here not only for good taste but also for its price. Just $68 for a plateful of it. Dip it in the chilli sauce with the basil leaf is a bomb🧨

當日係星期六晨就1350到餐廳,已經見到條龍有成廿人,長到轉左個彎,排左差唔多9個字終於入到。基本上假日去食一定要排隊,如果唔想排就要佢開鋪姐係12點到去做第一批客人。店員會問定你order D咩,就會係紙圈定比廚房,同時會比返張紙你對下order左D咩。唔接受訂位,所以如果要試就要排隊,唔想排咁耐就要開門就到。

雖然價錢偏貴但係配料多而且質素對得住價錢,個湯好飲到可以飲晒成碗所以食完會好飽肚。
呢碗和牛湯河除左有幾塊和牛之外,仲有牛腩、牛丸、泰式豬皮、通菜同埋好多傳統方法會用既泰式香料好似芫荽、玉桂、八角、蒜頭、南薑、辣椒、香茅同羅勒等。
和牛同牛腩食落好淋身好有牛味,和牛特別係用澳洲和牛,所以肉味特別濃,又唔會過肥,灼到啱啱好熟,食落幾嫩滑,牛腩有兩舊,好軟腍好入味,比起和牛我覺得仲好食。牛丸好彈牙好爽,而且丸入邊有牛筋粒,咬落口感豐富。泰式豬皮炸到脆卜卜,不過一浸左湯就無左脆既口味。
船麵質感偏幼,夠爽夠彈牙,非常吸湯,每條都索滿晒湯汁嘅精華。
湯底係每朝早就開始製作,經過六個鐘頭嘅熬製,非常重牛味,有牛肉嘅鮮甜味,帶少少椰子味,因為湯底加咗豬血、腐乳、豬骨等好多種食材熬製,所以色澤非常深同濃郁,呈黑啡色,飲落甜酸辣鹹嘅味道兼備,層次感豐富。
成碗船河基本上每一部份都做得好好,因為從來未飲過咁好飲嘅湯,如果要挑剔就係河粉冇得轉其他麵。

聞落香氣逼人,食落似係用茄汁炒既金邊粉,金邊粉充分吸收左醬汁,酸甜味都適中,好開胃,而且係香辣既金邊粉不過辣味唔重,因為主廚話辣只係其中味道一環而唔係全部,如果真係唔食得辣可以同店員提出。
麵條唔會話炒到痴埋一齊或者邊一條調味唔均勻,不油不膩,加上炒到夠鑊氣,夠鑊氣係泰國街頭小食既重點,呢碟食落就好似係泰國食緊既pai thai咁。
虎蝦好大隻仲要有3隻,用料唔馬虎,食落夠新鮮,唔會有雪味。
配料有豆干、芽菜、花生、青木瓜絲、蛋絲、蝦米、泰式香草、蔥、青檸,將佢地撈勻食到pai thai應有既味道,每個配料都處理得宜。

首先講吓環境,餐廳以泰國地道為裝修主題,店員亦都冇一個係香港人,係冇得去旅行嘅時候,感受一下係異鄉嘅感覺🤪 坐低左,枱墊就係佢嘅餐牌,店員都幾心急,會即刻行埋你問你食啲咩。除咗炒野同炸嘢以外,其他嘢食都來得好快,大約5分鐘就會有!

飲品方面,個人最鍾意呢兩款!芒果百香果冰 🥭芒果嘅甜中和一下百香果嘅酸味,孫甜甜幾好飲!椰子荳冰,我比較鍾意呢杯,豆奶同椰子融合得非常好,一啲都唔會太甜,加上本身好鍾意飲沙冰,每次必要的飲品




整體來說,呢間餐廳嘅價錢唔算好平,每人一碗麵一個小食一杯嘢飲加一個甜品,已經大約三百幾蚊,但係味道絕對係不能夠被取代,尤其係和牛船麵同埋甜品
Lunch食嘅話,就會包一杯飲品,感覺就會冇咁貴🤣順帶一提,食物都來得好快,店員都尚算心急,如果可以感覺慢少少嘅話就Perfect,大家就會食得relax啲

Super dense wagyu soup base, perfectly tender medium-rare sliced beef, bouncy little meatballs. What’s more, the texture of the glass noodles were “soggy” to some, but it’s exactly how it should be to absorb the essence of the soup! Well, just try it!

For snacks, we had a fried marinated pork collar with chilli and tomato sauce. A perfect crisp on the outside and tender pork, worth a try.

Another main course was wok fried rice with crab meat - generous amount of genuine crab meat with spring onions, egg and garlic. Served with a homemade spicy sauce, adding heat to the palate, exciting!

Last but not least were pandan coconut dumplings with warm salted ice cream. Really tasty that brings me back to Thailand, love those combination of flavours.

Remember to arrive early or expect a half-hour wait!

週六我們一行四人去這家餐廳吃晚餐,六點半到外面已經大排長龍。留下電話,侍應說之後會電話通知。大約8點鐘收到電話,通知我們過來,然而過來之後,前面一張枱的人還在吃,於是在門口又等了20分鐘才能夠入座。首先,進入餐廳後4人只給一個口罩袋,我們索要才給了四個,最後還連著袋收走了一人的口罩,減分。點了和牛船面,和牛炒粉,蟹肉炒飯,豬頸肉以及通菜。其中最好吃的是豬頸肉,因為是所有菜式裡面唯一不鹹的,但是都同外面的沒什麼差別。其他的菜式都極其鹹,只有鹹味而吃不到其他的味道,這碗船面相比泰國,任何一家夜市40泰銖的船面都好吃過它。我們四人吃了大概40分鐘,到了9點左右,本來飲品沒喝完,想再聊會天,侍應看見我們菜吃的差不多了,就催我們走。我可以理解想轉枱,外面都很多人排隊,但是四個人吃不到一個鐘,就趕我們走,我不認為這是一間餐廳應該做出的行為。做飢餓營銷可以,但是首先味道要做好,其次在這種情況下,侍應絕對不應該驅趕顧客離開。建議大家去吃的時候三思而後行,不要花錢買罪受,這間餐廳完全不值得排這麼長的隊。
