🌟連續三年入到米芝蓮既 船麵推薦🌟💦香港出名食船麵既泰國餐廳真係唔算多🧐呢間就係其中一間-招牌泰式和牛濃湯河🐮 $138如果唔想食牛可以轉做豬🐷 但第一次就梗係試牛啦！😍😍呢到啲牛全部都係手切 食落有牛味而且又夠淋☺️☺️除左牛肉片 仲有兩舊牛腩同兩粒牛丸 仲有啲炸豬皮😂比想像中多餸～但成碗野重點一定係個湯🤤睇個樣已經見到濃到黑色咁滯 啲麵一路食一路索哂啲湯😍😍岩哂啲重口味既人！我食到尾直程係想飲哂碗湯😂．泰式虎蝦炒金邊粉🦐 $138呢個真係冇特別😂建議呢叫船河就夠😂😂-老實講其實呢到都幾貴🤨lunch平少少包杯野飲 （杯泰奶茶都幾好飲🙊）真係好掛住泰國船麵又去唔到泰國都可以嚟食下☺️☺️

This place has it all. I arrived at 6:30 pm on a weekday, despite the covid situation, there was already a queue of 6 ppl. Quick service, efficient staff, delicious food to say the least. Highly recommend the mango Salad, and wagyu beef noodle soup. A must try for all food lovers.

盡量造訪及回訪各米其林餐廳，也嘗試準米其林及衝擊米其林的餐廳，以米其林給人的感受去品嚐。星級：不適用。訂位：不設訂位。下單：服務員點單，應對還好。上菜：快速。用餐環境：稍微擁擠。洗手間：可接受。香港有兩家分店，此店位於灣仔藍屋附近，門口長期有人龍，不想等位的人士，最好錯開高峰時間光顧。 作為《米芝蓮指南香港澳門2020》必比登美食推薦之一，名符其實，有獨特之處。此店店長為外國人，食客也多是老外為主，ABC、CBC（海外華僑）也不少。招牌泰式和牛濃湯河味道一流，當然沒有了泰國地道街邊船麵的粗獷，調味變為細緻，牛湯濃郁甜而不膩，牛肉嫩滑不韌。炸豬頸肉配烤番茄辣醬，外脆不硬，能鎖上少許肉汁，香口。泰式酸辣炒粉絲（海鮮），比較一般，可能醬汁調味普通，粉絲太難咬斷。芒果糯米飯，沒有特別。2人光顧，點餐如下：SinghaPineapple & GingerS/F Glass NoodleFried PorkWagyu Beef NoodleMango Sticky Rice加一後，合共HK$574。

今期人氣泰國餐廳，當然要試吓。要排隊嘅嘢我就唔做😬所以我選擇咗平日食食午餐，我大約二點到，餐廳內有都九成客人，果然係人氣餐廳。午餐餐牌選擇不算多，我們叫咗一個小食兩款主食。招牌泰式和牛濃湯河 $138湯底濃郁，米粉非常咬口，牛肉嫩滑，仲有我嘅最愛炸豬皮😋招牌泰式蟹肉炒飯$158 店員話加咗價炒飯好多蟹肉，配上魚露青檸，十分醒神，但欠缺鑊氣炸豬頸肉配烤番茄辣醬 $68番茄辣醬👍🏻Yummy，但豬頸肉太重黑胡椒味泰奶茶，店員話無得小甜😂香港人。奶味比較重，甜度ok。女仕最愛，甜品芒果糯米飯，芒果糯米飯囉，但芒果好味，甜斑斕椰子湯圓，非常甜嘅一粒湯圓，但配上椰好，味道會中和，好香好味。等遲啲情況穩定，會再幫襯👍🏻

榮獲米芝蓮推介既泰國船麵餐廳人氣超高，門口經常都有人龍排隊等侯。一定要試呢到既招牌和牛船麵 Wagyu Beef Boat Noodle $138一試果然名不虛傳，深啡色既船麵湯底超級濃郁，飲得出係熬左好耐好濃厚既湯底，味道一試難忘。和牛好淋好重牛味，仲有牛腩同牛丸都好好食。金邊粉好彈牙，配埋上面卜卜脆既炸豬皮口感一流。泰式奶茶好濃好重奶味，好好飲。成碗麵係好好食，不過就好重口味。餐廳質素好高，雖然要排隊先有得食，但都會想去試埋其他菜式。

經過藍屋附近見到間特式小店，原來食泰國野，店內環境別具風格，高高的樓底放著動感音樂我地叫了一客 「招牌泰式和牛炒飯」，熱熱的炒得好香飯質與蛋炒得剛好，好好味呀。另外叫了「招牌泰式和牛濃湯河」濃厚味道的湯底，內有牛腩、牛丸，牛肉片，配上泰國的幼粉，味道相當唔錯及後叫了甜品 「泰式街頭椰子雪糕」主菜濃味，一定要食個甜品沖淡下，我只想講這甜品超正，不是普通椰子味雪糕，味道及咬感一流，配上花生及新鮮粟米，而且用了椰子當碗上，椰子內的椰子肉也有刨出來，yummy註：味道累濃味，食唔慣就要考慮了

Finally got to try Samsen after gym with a friend. Amid of the COVID-19 outbreak, there was still a queue outside this very popular restaurant recommended by Michelin food guide. Bookmarked 左好耐終於lunchtime有機會試! 叫左signature 嘅Wagyu beef boat noodles 都唔錯🤤 第一次見咁深啡色嘅湯底好濃郁又帶少少辣,金邊粉好煙韌 雖然牛肉唔算多但都好夠喉, 最中意上面脆卜卜嘅炸豬皮咬落好有口感🍜🤤

平時lunch 見風雨不改日日大排長龍，所以決定收工先試。晚上6:30入座，6:00已有人排隊。試左和牛船麵 炸魚皮 同埋泰式奶茶和牛船麵既和牛好高質好軟好重牛味 當中有埋牛腩及炸豬皮。湯底係非常之濃厚，麵係幼身入味既款，個人認為太重調味太濃味就不太岩我食。炸魚皮係新鮮緊即想炸 好脆但無乜味道同口感餐廳有多盤高掛既盆栽，是日有一個從高處墮下 有員工受傷送院，我望住成個情況，坐在盆栽下面都有點不安，希望之後餐廳會改曬所有裝修 唔好再有人受傷吧，而餐廳音樂太大聲亦不太適合傾偈。

The wait is still long even under the current covid-19 situation which proves how good this place is. Came here for dinner on a Saturday night, waited for around 20 minutes. We ordered a wagyu beef soup, a pork soup and Thai watercress. They sold out all the sliced pork in the pork soup and kindly compensated us with extra pork ball and an extra dish of pork cutlet - and it was delicious!Overall good food and great service! Definitely recommend!

Samsen is always the place for me when I need my comfort food. They are always my number 1 Thai resturant in HK. My usual order is always their thai milk tea, you can never miss this one. Its a little sweet but since the milk tea was already mixed, so I cannot request decrease on the sweetness for the drink ! the rich tea flavour and the creamy milk blends in perfectly ! How can I miss the best boat noodle in town ? yes it is pretty expensive boat noodle when you can get one for $12 in Thailand
