前天早上跑步时,感觉到香港已经入秋,起风了非常舒服,这时候就可以来吃泰面,因为即使排队,现在的太阳晒起来非常舒服。

泰面在平日中午,可是要排上半小时,所以在夏天,我并不会来吃,会被太阳晒到头昏脑胀、食欲全消。

有一次我提早了约莫20分钟到店门口,已经有十几个人在排队,店里坚持12点才让顾客进入,所以即使我能够吃到午餐的第一轮,依然在32度的艳阳下,站了20分钟。

今天到的时候还有两张台,运气很好,结果牧之哥一坐下,就嘀嘀咕咕地说不想吃这家,跟他确认了三次真的不吃后,我点了有点辣、店里的招牌——泰式和牛浓汤河。

既然你不吃,那就不用顾忌你点个辣的呗。

大力女王先点了个店里一绝的“炸鱼皮”做开胃小菜。鱼皮偏薄,炸的又干又脆,但不是酥酥的口感,是可以感觉到有嚼劲的口感,上面洒着“你吃到就知道是泰式但是又吃不出到底是哪一种泰式”的粉末,又香又好吃但你就是无法形容这些味道是怎么融合在一起的。

所以我都叫泰面是“fushion 泰式”,而且绝对跟店里的大厨是西方人有关系。

泰式和牛浓汤河一上桌,大力女王喝了一口后,立刻说:“好喝。”

然后我想起了将太众多恩人的其中一位——“拍手小安”。能让大力女王称赞的食物,就像能让小安拍手一样稀少。

汤的颜色极深,味道也相当浓郁,但是吃后完全不会有不适感,也就是没有味精等人工香料,完全靠食材本身的味道,牛肉、牛骨味道极其浓郁,然后还是那个感觉,你吃到就知道是泰式但是又吃不出到底是哪一种泰式。

粉是金边粉,煮的透明,滑溜入口带着韧性。

牛肉丸有点硬,吃得出是手打,但是我不喜欢;牛肉片是熟的,带些油脂、滑嫩;最神奇的是牛柳塊,非常软嫩、味道浓郁,里面还有些微红色,但不是带血哪种红,是煮的恰到好处的红。

闹脾气装睡的牧之哥这时候抬起头来,我夹起另一块牛柳,跟他说:“牧之,这个牛肉很好吃,你要不要吃?”

估计闻香闻到饿了,牧之点点头。于是我毫不吝啬的给了他一大块,然后就后悔了,因为就只剩那么一大块......

牧之吃了一半,说:“还有这个牛肉吗?我还要。”
真是识货呀,不枉费你嘴上那颗贪吃痣,不过没有了,你吃的比你爹还要大块你知道嘛…………

被牛柳塊征服的牧之哥,估计了解自己之前装睡、发烂渣是对不起泰面的食物,开始有说有笑,吃着牛肉丸子、牛肉片,一边说辣一边吃的横扫一空。

你永远无法叫醒一个装睡的人,但是好吃的食物可以。

這個是我在香港食到算好食的一個,飯的黏度適中,加上有心思的脆米(應該是炸過的糯米),只是芒果真的太少,我食曬個芒果仲有一大半飯
殘念。
既然賣得咁貴,用曬成個芒果應該不過份吧。不竟我在泰國街邊檔買的都係成個芒果切,嘻嘻。

最後,我覺得餐廳係有水準的,但值不值這個價真的見仁見智。有點覺得這是比外國人食的亞洲菜

自從食過一次samsen之後,就成日心心念念想再嚟食。可惜平時太忙真係冇咁嘅時間去排隊攞位,當日其中一位朋友可以早啲去排隊攞位所以好幸運地一去到唔駛等好耐就有得食。船河嘅湯底真係好濃郁,好好味,我朋友飲晒啲湯。不過唔知點解嗰日我嗰碗唔係好熱,所以扣左分。我哋仲叫咗炸魚皮,炸蛋,芒果糯米飯,都冇令我地失望。呢碗船河真係comfort food。希望以後佢哋expand,可以接受訂位咁就唔使次次都要去排隊攞飛先有得食。

今日搵開女朋友食lunch, 就揀左佢公司附近依間試下佢地最聞名既船麵。其實之前都有興趣係度食dinner, 但排隊既人流太誇張了。見佢opening hour係12點開始,我地已經12點15分到,但已經full house要排隊。係排隊過程中waitress已經會問你要唔要飲住野先,都算細心。先講講依個招牌菜,船麵既湯頭好濃郁,杰身,濃得黎好甘香,應該係有九層塔係度。佢上面會配有啲脆豬皮,好香口但掂到湯都好快淋,建議快食。佢既面似係粉絲個種,幼身但煙韌。反而面上既牛肉用唔用和牛我都覺得唔太重要,因為個湯同麵都夠晒加分。枱頭有啲辣椒油俾客人加,但建議唔落重好,因為落完我覺得有啲影響原湯既味,後悔落左。依個蟹肉炒飯都好夠味,蟹肉份量唔會太少,都大粒。唔落佢個dip都好夠味。但論深刻就不及個船麵。

先講講依個招牌菜,船麵既湯頭好濃郁,杰身,濃得黎好甘香,應該係有九層塔係度。佢上面會配有啲脆豬皮,好香口但掂到湯都好快淋,建議快食。佢既面似係粉絲個種,幼身但煙韌。反而面上既牛肉用唔用和牛我都覺得唔太重要,因為個湯同麵都夠晒加分。枱頭有啲辣椒油俾客人加,但建議唔落重好,因為落完我覺得有啲影響原湯既味,後悔落左。

We ordered pad Thai, wagyu beef noodle and watercress, fry pork skin. Mango passion ice. All the dishes are very very salty and rich. We can’t finish all of them and ended up wash off the sauce with water. It was horrible and we won’t come again. The drink was almost $60 dollars, basically everything was over priced. We queued for 45 minutes and the space was limited and very crowd. You might have to share table too.For less than a 45 minutes with lots of line up out there, the bill comes to $48

我不是泰式菜的粉絲,因為怕吃得辣,舌頭都麻了,又如何可以吃得出食物的味道。不過朋友卻推介這裡的船麵,說這裡也十分適合我這種不太愛吃辣的人。不過他也提醒,切記要早點來這裡排隊。晚上8點多來到這裡,店員說要等大約45分鐘,真是有夠跨張。其實來這裡之前已經search過了,這麼最有名的是招牌泰式和牛濃湯河。當然要一試究竟。和牛牛肉肉質很滑,沒有太韌,易入口,而且數量也為數不少。湯麵的精髓是湯底,這裡的湯底完全不馬虎,十分濃郁足料。這裡的麵好特別,不是港式的粗麵條質地,有點似薯粉,所以十分有口感及彈牙。如果麵底可以加底的話會更好。

每次都要排隊的船面店,今天趁平日去吃。店舖下午2:30便會關門,所以通常坐1:30關門前去吃,減低排隊的時間。招牌泰式和牛濃湯河,係我食過最好食既船麵。牛肉肉質亂畫,牛肉味濃郁。他的湯底濃郁足料,絕對不是味精湯。另外還叫了一個和牛炒飯,沒有想過炒飯也有濃郁的和牛味。另外,飯炒得乾身。如果不喜歡吃麵類,這也是一個很好的選擇。我們還點了一份泰式炒通菜,惹味小辣但不算太鹹,通才新鮮並不老。飲品方面當然要泰式凍奶茶,煉奶味濃郁,與奶茶配合得很好,雖然奶茶偏甜,但完全合我口味。

Came here for lunch on a T8 day. We ordered the wagyu noodle soup and wagyu fried rice. I was having a high expectation on the quality of the food since there are so many good review. I was disappointed because the broth was just purely saltiness and there is not depth in its tasty. Yes they gave you 2 slices of good quality wagyu but the overall taste of the noodle soup was very average and is not worth $128 for a lunch noodle soup. The staff will quickly give you the bill as soon as you finish
