我其實成日食呢間酒樓,不過疫情中主要叫外賣,我叫左雞扎,薑汁雞包仔,菜苗餃,雞絲粉卷,瑤柱蛋白炒飯(小油鹽),味精相對比較小,但雞絲粉卷入面有骨,所以食嘢要小心,比起大酒樓,呢度有懐舊點心,環境比較一般,價值比較平,所以不能要求太高。支持下小店,夜晚有打邊爐,不過我未試過,大家可以試下。

假日人多,到處都冇位,咁啱路過新明記,平時看上去是打邊爐的,亦應該因為位置的原因,不是很多人知道這裏可以飲茶,所以有位,就一嚐。春卷,裏面有些芋頭,正常level。鹹水角,皮有啲厚,咸料可以。這個點沙律醬食,味道不錯。懷舊燒腩卷,因為不是到處都有得食所以叫了,推薦一試。招牌蝦餃王,蝦幾大粒,熱辣辣。豉汁蒸鳳爪,同樣是熱辣辣,大大隻。香芋鴨腳扎,裏面有鴨腳、豬肉、芋頭,味道正常。亦拍下了部分的餐牌參考。

自已絕少一條友去嘆茶, 成班人去飲茶, 睇怕又唔會 share 隻餃,  自已食哂成隻餃又好似好自私.....
之后, 灌湯餃好似失蹤係香港嘅酒樓.
早排家人告知大圍有間酒樓有灌湯餃同d懷舊點心, 於是放假即刻飛車去試試!
睇睇張點心紙, 除咗有灌湯餃係必點之外, 重有就係干蒸牛肉!
依家d酒樓, 只有山竹牛肉, 干蒸牛肉已經變成懷舊點心鳥.....
雞絲粉卷係另一款懷舊點心,  叫!
想叫隻糯米雞, 睇吓入面落咗咩料.
再點咗蝦餃同牛肉腸粉.
灌湯餃 :  先講個浸住隻餃嘅湯底, 味道咸咗d,  餃皮比想像中厚, 餡料有豬肉, 蝦肉同筍,  我無落醋,  食落似一隻厚皮水餃.
干蒸牛肉 :  記憶中以前嘅干蒸牛肉頂部有粒青豆,  眼前嘅當然無疾而終,  而且外表白色嘅皮都好似份量少咗,  大家都知山竹牛肉同干蒸牛肉同一個膽, 所以食落味道同口感跟山竹牛肉無太大分別.
雞絲粉卷 : 好奇怪, 外表粉皮唔多上豉油,  不過唔係壞事, 因為內餡味道重有咗d, 連粉皮食啱啱好, 餡料無偷工減料, 讚!
蝦餃 : 未食餃皮已經爆開, 扣分! 蝦肉彈牙, 接受.
牛肉腸粉 : 同雞絲粉卷一樣,  外皮唔多上色,  餡料足, 但腸粉厚咗少少唔夠滑.
最后....... 食飽飽! 糯米雞唯有打包囉......

最近真係好多同事生日,上次食完鐵板燒,今次就決定去打邊爐~有人提議試下呢間係大圍既打邊爐店,於是我地就一行人興奮出發。雖然仲係夏天,但係香港人熱愛火鍋既心真係勢不可擋,全場坐滿呀!好彩我地一早訂定位~呢間火鍋係屬於單點既,而且每碟火鍋配料份量都幾多,要睇住食量黎點,唔好眼闊肚窄浪費食物~肥牛尤其大碟,望落去色澤好深唔係特別靚,但係食落去就會發現肉質好嫩滑,好濃牛味😃牛的紋理都幾靚幾平均,唔會有過多肥膏~👍🏻不過真係太多客人啦,所以店員都忙出忙入,落單之後要等好一陣先送到過黎~好味指數:🌕🌕🌕🌖

前晚同朋友一行6個人黎左呢間新明記打邊爐,聽人講佢地嘅牛肉好食,所以試一試。老實講,所有食物質素都算唔錯,只係某d牛肉較韌。但令我地最唔滿意嘅,係佢地收費方法唔老實。首先佢第一次拎張單俾我,見到好多項目都正確,而其中一個項目[火鍋醬料]單價$10冇錯,但佢數目打左62個!只係[火鍋醬料]你收我$620!? 全張單總數$2064!? 果下我即刻叫老闆過黎,俾個落台楷佢叫佢再check清楚咩一回事。幾分鐘後佢更新張單俾我,大家睇到呢張單,如果check單時,通常會逐個項目加埋,當中某d有折扣嘅項目就減,最後會得出下面sub total,再計加10%,就會得出總額。但我計過sub total係$1284,而佢打出黎係$1345,佢計多左我$61。我就叫老闆黎一齊當面計清楚,佢見我計完一次之後,佢話我計嘅方法錯,佢話應該先將所有項目加晒,再加10%,再減返當中一d有折嘅項目價錢。好!既然佢咁講我再以佢嘅方法計多次,但最後得出佢依然收多我20幾蚊。當時我地因爲趕時間要走,所以我地冇打算再同老闆糾纏,佢見我地俾左錢準備走,佢離遠問我地條數仲有冇問題,我就喺間舖大大聲回應佢: 今晚我學到嘢,你收多我
