厚切豚肉相當有驚喜!雖然望落好似煎得好乾,但切落去個下就知咩料!豚肉經慢煮,肉質軟嫩多汁有咬口,肥膏位一啲都唔韌,滿口油香。配埋酸中帶甜嘅玉桂蘋果粒,可以一解油膩感。薯蓉軟滑綿密,加左粒粒薯仔,令口感無咁單調,略嫌忌廉味偏重 (個人鍾意富奶香嘅薯蓉多啲)。

名字十分有心思,能顯現到良心店的元素。Cocktail 的配搭也不馬虎,橙味甜酒的味道入口香醇又不會被酒精味嗆到。蘋果汁配上檸檬汁既有蘋果的甜味亦會因為檸檬汁而增添了清新的味道。Cocktail外型十分美麗。
