Want there for lunch, a nice place in TST, but it need to speak English or French to order food! For lunch in the weekday, it gots some set lunch cost $158 to $168 and you can add $40 for a red or white house win. This restaurant is very nice thr bread is great and the bean soup is rich. The steak is juicy and grat to have it to be done in medium rare! The seabream fillet is a bit over cooked. Overall it was a great lunch!

今午約十二時許泊了車在餐廳對面,想入餐廳午飯,選了一張二人高檯近收銀機,放好拐杖,面向着泊住咪錶位的座駕,正想呼叫侍應拿餐牌選擇菜式,怎知有位侍應看見我持着拐杖,緩慢地坐下後,叫我不能坐在那張高檯,因為已給人訂下,隨後安排我坐另一張近柱邊的高檯,我說我行動不大方便,想坐近門口及不想坐太遠的檯,提議她可掉轉那檯給訂位人仕,侍應不從,我亦不願,只好放棄在這餐廳午膳,改為往附近另一餐廳午膳。 約三十分鐘後,我午膳完畢上回座駕,看見那餐廳我之前想坐的位仍然未有人坐,到下午二時三十分我開車離開時,那座位仍然是空的,當時餐廳約只有約十人在午膳,我不知道那侍應為何不給我坐那張檯而對我說有人訂了,我希望她不是因見我行動有些不便而拒絕給我坐那近門口的檯,這或會違反她老闆的待客之道,希望有關人仕可作改善!為盼!

其中一款主菜,先將蘑菇同魚肉打碎,之後再磨成蓉,面頭再淋上龍蝦湯汁。菜式賣相唔單止精緻,味道仲好濃郁添!食得海鮮,當然又要配襯番白酒啦,同樣都係Chardonnay,不過個人認為呢杯酸度較第一杯低,更易入口。

嚟到晚宴尾聲,主廚為大家帶嚟梳芙厘做甜品,味道濃郁嘅朱古力梳芙厘,口感鬆軟輕盈,配埋雲呢拿雪糕同香檳,實屬女士們嘅至愛。

☝🏽總結,阿叔都係第一次食法式wine pairing 晚宴,唔好睇5道菜好似好少咁,但查實飲埋酒係相當飽肚😆,加上一晚飲盡白、紅酒同香檳,酒量唔太好嘅阿叔都飲到high high🫣。自問鍾意食法菜、平時又鍾意飲番一、兩杯,咁就真係快啲留意定佢哋7月做咩主題喇!🤭🤭🤭
