睇完為食總司令去海膽養殖場, 諗住食餐美味海膽。My friends and I (total 8 people) went to 西貢糧船灣東丫村海膽養殖場 having dinner last week. We took a boat from SaiKung Pier to there over 50 mins. All of us felt very tired, but we "hoped" it is worth to spend a long time to have a delicious dinner....We ordered what 幟哥 recommended... However, 海膽刺身 - 只有海水味, 海膽春卷 - 無海膽味, 重衰過素春卷, 海膽炒飯 - ok, but 無海膽味。I don't know why 幟哥 and other 女主持 said it is "GOOD"?

影飽後,主角就出場了,海膽刺身,勁新鮮,好正,好甜。黑色的外表,給人一種冷浩的感覺,但打開底蓋,橙紅色的肉,引人入聖,而不得把一整隻也吞下肚。海膽本身一點也不刺手,拿上手,還有點動的感覺。海膽肉除了用鮮字來形容外,真係諗唔到任何形容詞了。真係鮮到不得了,只覺得....份量少了一點.......真係好正好正,好想來多客!

食飽海膽刺身,接著就是蝦,估不到居然用上我的最愛-赤米!好正的一種蝦,肉爽,味甜鮮,蝦中的極品,在我而言吧!好好食的赤米啊。今天的赤米,鮮,腸無沙,好爽,就算不用醬油,蝦的本身已經好夠味,真係讚爆!

今完蝦,到海膽春卷,無咩太特別...都係...食到紫菜味!食唔到海膽味....


再到魚,好食,好鮮呀,好有酒樓feel的做法,好好食!魚肉一點也不老,剛剛好,食到魚本身的鮮味。魚永遠都是清蒸最好味,連蒸魚的蔥也食下,滿有魚汁的鮮味,真係好好正呀!

海膽蒸蛋白,好好食,面頭係蛋白,底好多海膽呀!好正,真係好正呀,又滑,又鮮!我地食到連個碟都想食咪佢,真係正到難以形容。

在食野的過程中,大家少有地靜,可想言之....大家食到停唔到口,真係勁正!

椒鹽大尾魷,真係勁勁正!炸得一點都不硬,好鬆軟,入口即溶!好鮮!比出面食的,真係勁正勁正!最重要是,炸得一點都不硬,又唔油膩,食禁多地方,最正這裡!勁呀!!!這個值十個讚呀!話椒鹽,一點辣的感覺都沒有,連熱氣的感覺都沒有,真係食唔停口呀!

生炒骨,唔酸,好食,好大碟,不過總覺得d”骨”炸得有點硬吧!但都好好食,可以送飯啊。

豉椒炒蜆,正名為花甲也!大隻點的,不是蜆吧!好好食,好鮮。如果用真正的蜆炒,可能更有蜆味。其實細隻的蜆好難煮得好,由其是有沙這一下,唔係個個做得好,佢選上花甲,真係算聰明,因為花甲唔太多沙吧。

薑蔥焗蟹,早知問下老板娘可唔可以改菜啦,你班友都唔鐘意食蟹的,個個覺得煩唔食!但真係好好味,有膏呀,好鮮tim...我自問少食蟹的人,都勁鐘意啦!不過我本身好鐘意食海鮮的。這碟蟹,我全包晒,食到好enjoy...如果俾多d時間我,我仲食得好味呀。個汁好正,但有時會覺粉多了點,想包住肉汁,真係做得好好!

海膽炒飯,好味到爆呀,但出得有點遲...因為大家都開始飽啦!哈哈~~D飯,真係一粒粒的,好好食,但如果老人家來食,只覺他們會不覺得好食,因為硬吧!

郊外油菜,都好好食呀~~~

加咗菜,叫咗野飲,都係246一個人走,仲要包船出船入,真係抵食到爆啦,最重要係有得玩!今次真係勁好食勁開心啊。

上菜速度好快,可能唔係旺季,唔係好多人!

海膽刺身:上枱時仲係 ”旭”ga …雖然係就係好新鮮,但都幾核突…佢係即開即食,要用匙括出黎食。一隻有六片新鮮海膽。味道方面,如果你要同北海道比較的話,緊係唔好食啦…但比元祿 / 元氣呢d sushi店,呢度既海膽真係比到我地驚喜!除左季節性影響外,都睇你好唔好彩la,有d海膽一味海水味,但有d有淡淡的海膽鮮味,有d直情濃味到你唔信自己食緊$24兩隻既海膽刺身

海膽春卷:即叫即炸即食既關係,脆卜卜,熱辣辣的,咬一啖發現雖然春卷幼身,但充滿晒海膽,絕不欺場!熟左既海膽有少少似咸蛋黃味。

海膽蒸水蛋:好癡線既蒸水蛋,海膽唔洗錢甘,多到密鋪平面,呢個送飯無得頂,無奈我地食唔落白飯…美中不足既係d水蛋唔夠滑~~~

海膽炒飯:之前既已經夠晒驚喜,呢個可平伏一下高漲既情緒。海膽唔多,仲有鑊火農味!
飯炒得唔夠甘香。寧願下次唔叫呢個,叫白飯撈海膽蒸水蛋好過…

粉絲蒸扇貝:嗯…可能香港越來越多食海鮮既地方,呢個扇貝真係無咩特別,又唔係特別鮮甜,可以唔洗叫,慳返個quota叫過第二d好過!

總結而言,呢度係消磨一個下奏既好選擇,遊下船河 / 行下山,感受下寧靜既漁村生活,同三五知己談天說地,比你好relax既一個地方!海膽必然係主角!尤其係海膽春卷&海膽蒸水蛋,而店主自家製既脆魚小食又一驚喜之選~~~朋友們已經決定下年再黎一定要再encore呢兩樣!
但其他海鮮就只係配角…

對於海膽,請用made in HK既心情黎面對會有驚喜,如果用果d $600一隻既北海道海膽黎比較既話,你定必失望。希望下次去會有高水準既海膽新菜式,以及加d例如參觀古蹟,水上活動…或者船既班次密d…等等,總之唔好淨係食同食完等船走的話,一定會再吸引多d人黎~~~

1)白灼跳螺 (好細隻,一睇就知係BB,好細碟,BB都食,唔怪得買少見少啦...$100)
2)白切雞半隻(隻雞應該骨折而死,碎濕濕,d肉梅架...$100)
3)椒鹽鮮魷 (成碟野竟然無一塊鮮魷肉,全部都係魷魚蘇碎...$80)
4)蒜泥白菜 (d菜老過邵爵士,黃晒有渣,好似菜檔掉出黎果d咁...$40)
5)揚州炒飯 (個樣似ok,不過一食,d飯好硬,有胃病人任勿試...$40)
6)蒸石蚌一條(海鮮檔,居然蒸魚唔熟,不知所謂...$150)
7)清蒸盲蟹 (伙計推介招牌菜,上枱果陣真係想講粗口,竟然有咁細的蟹,可以用匙羹載住,勁離譜!個伙計放低的時候,好明顯露出尷尬神色,但仲要死撐話d蟹腳好好肉架...嘩,大家當堂O晒咀啦...$80)
8)海膽蒸蛋 (貴到無倫,痴線...$180)

原本開開心心,高高興興,諗住行完山食海鮮,貴就預左,但無諗過咁唔抵食,直頭騙案一宗!

奉勸各方友好,切勿幫襯西貢東丫村ge海膽養殖場,咁做生意法,不知所謂!!!
