本身鐘意食地道馬拉嘢, 所以在openrice 見到呢檔就想去試, 兼且在深水埗高登隔鄰, 去開鴨記就去左幫襯.呢排天氣仲熱, 加上呢間的座位在巷仔冇冷氣, 所以接近三点半先去.叫了大碗 "辣死你嗎" ($30)和冬瓜龍眼茶(+$10). 乾魚仔和花生夠脆口, 椰槳飯是綠色, 第一次見. 入口有点椰香味. 其它配料不過不失, 頗接近馬拉地道風味. 隻蛋個黄較淺色 同冇乜味, 感覺麻麻.冬瓜龍眼茶的質素唔錯, 甜道剛好和有幾粒龍眼可以咬吓.食完覺得大碗和細碗飯的分别主要是多D飯, 但要俾多$10, 好似制唔過. 俾$30在街邊吃一碗無肉的齋菜飯, 抵唔抵食真是見仁見智. 如有機會下次會試其它食品, 便知呢間店是龍是鳳.

吃過了維記豬潤麵後, 一場來到深水埗, 我還想吃點其他東西, 是新的自己未吃過的, 心水是這間賣馬來西亞食品的小店「蘇媽蘇媽」, 就在維記附近, 來這叫了一個檳城福建蝦麵$35, 檸檬薏米水$10。 檸檬薏米水有煲到出味, 加入冰糖和檸檬, 味道酸酸甜甜, 解喝。 檳城福建蝦麵可以選少辣, 竟然再給我一匙辣醬, 試過辣後便放棄它, 放在一旁。 蝦麵其中一樣主菜材料是豬軟骨, 這豬軟骨是我吃過最乾硬的, 我想像不到怎麼可以做到這麼乾硬的豬軟骨, 難道做好後放太久風乾了? 通菜就幾爽嫩, 半隻蛋全熟的, 無咩特別, 普普通通。 下層有魚片, 都屬正常, 蝦仔則是空虛雪藏無味的, 而蝦湯底倒是不錯, 蠻合我口味, 有蝦味有椰香, 但不會太加工重口味(調味)那種, 加返少少分。 底下的滲滲麵, 煮到油麵和米粉上下各一方的, 要自行攪拌來吃, 我蠻喜歡滲滲, 同時吃到兩種口感的麵, 如果送來時已拌勻就更好了。 總括, 乾硬豬軟骨真的不要拿給客人食吧, 蘇媽還有進步空間, 請努力!而吃的地方在後巷, 也不是人人能接受, 我也快快吃完走人。

檳城福建蝦麵可以選少辣, 竟然再給我一匙辣醬, 試過辣後便放棄它, 放在一旁。

蝦麵其中一樣主菜材料是豬軟骨, 這豬軟骨是我吃過最乾硬的, 我想像不到怎麼可以做到這麼乾硬的豬軟骨, 難道做好後放太久風乾了?

通菜就幾爽嫩, 半隻蛋全熟的, 無咩特別, 普普通通。

下層有魚片, 都屬正常, 蝦仔則是空虛雪藏無味的, 而蝦湯底倒是不錯, 蠻合我口味, 有蝦味有椰香, 但不會太加工重口味(調味)那種, 加返少少分。

I'm so glad I found this place! Born and raised in KL, I grew up on really good Nasi Lemak. I had been in Hong Kong for a month, was really missing the food back home, and my only other experience with "Malaysian" food in Hong Kong up until this point was pretty horrible. I'm so glad I found this place! Born and raised in KL, I grew up on really good Nasi Lemak. I had been in Hong Kong for a month, was really missing the food back home, and my only other experience with "Malaysian" food in Hong Kong up until this point was pretty horrible.
I started getting excited when I saw that the menu had the actual Malay names for the dishes. I took my time making a decision since I was craving basically everything on the menu. I ended up ordering the Nasi Lemak Rendang Daging (HK$40 for the large serving - not too cool in Malaysia but pretty great for Hong Kong). It had everything a Nasi Lemak is supposed to have - the rice, cucumber slices, hardboiled egg, peanuts, ikan bilis, and then a really good sambal bawang. The beef rendang was really tender and the flavor was there, but they could have used a little more seasoning.
Also, they have a few tables with a giant fan keeping everyone cool, so it was pretty comfortable for a street stall.
I'm definitely looking forward to my next meal at Semua Semua, and I can already see myself heading out there at least once a week for the rest of my time here in Hong Kong

近日發現呢間東南亞食店。上次試過老鼠粉,好味滿足。今天再來試椰漿飯。滿心期待等外賣回家吃。看著店內的阿姐失手跌咗個外賣碗落地。係反轉跌落地。即係碗邊完完全全與地面接觸。竟然照用。更是給我的那碗椰漿飯。當阿姐給我時我堅持唔要。要碗新的。但那個跌過落地碗裝的那碗椰漿飯沒有棄掉。是給我之後的那位看不到的顧客。試問這樣的食店你會否再光顧。

對於坐街邊吃貨的日子廚娘記憶還新,想當年差不多晚晚廟街夜宵、只不過始終不習慣街邊用餐感覺總有點不潔個人反應, 所以久而久沒有更大魔力也推使我入座。。其實店子也非一般全露天至少店舖有瓦遮頭,座位就伸延於小巷內、 車水馬龍之深水埗其實也很顯眼,「八達通」行通香港這兒也可用得著,先付錢再點餐找個位置施施然等食物~~店子以馬來西亞風味作主角,咖喱、椰槳等香料當然不會少,有飯、小食、撈麵、串燒等,自己就要來一碗湯咖喱以包括(雞肉、豆卜、豆角、芽菜、薯仔) 大號價$35.標準$25.大人當然要個大號裝份量屬正常,固此標準裝應該再屬細一點,麵質有米粉、滲滲、油麵、老鼠粉(即廣東人稱之銀針粉),自己就對滲滲(油麵+米粉)興趣不大所以還是要上米粉為主,湯底深紅入口帶有椰香、而且質感濃厚, 雞肉摸勻全碗就只得一件,薯仔亦搵不到零碎豆角、三數條芽菜輕浮於湯中央 豆卜可能係全碗中有多之餸了,不過湯底湯底始終值得一讚~~環境及舒適度不能跟冷氣開放同比,但以這個湯頭就值可翻頭之一票

前身係做串燒店都未試過,依家就轉為馬來西亞店,但位置係巷仔,冬天坐係到食就可以,夏天就真係咪攪我,所以今次買外賣返屋企慢慢食。網上好多人話椰槳飯好味,我同老公就一人一碗大既,佢要牛肉我就要雞肉,不過老公話牛肉麻麻,雞肉就ok ....伴飯料好味,唔覺唔覺食哂一碗。飲品想飲桔仔冰,點知賣哂,改要冬瓜茶,都ok唔算好甜,餐+$10就可以飲到。希望下次飲到桔仔冰喇,唔知係咪沙巴果種味道呢!!!

下雨天 ,經過深水埗桂林街, 找到這間較隱蔽的馬來食品店 ,坐下來 ,叫了一杯檸檬薏米水及牛肉乾撈麵。第一口檸檬薏米水真的叫人讚不絕口,因為檸檬味和薏米水配合得很好,不會太酸亦不會太甜 , 從店中服務員口中知道檸檬是他們用人手榨汁的,不是用罐頭檸檬水開出來的。 此外 , 牛肉乾撈麵更值得一試,因為牛肉十分稔,薯仔洋溢著咖哩的香味,分量剛好,不太飽,而且價錢實惠,每碗只售$25, 相當經濟 ,值得一試。

屋企附近開左間馬拉食店 又勾起我去完星馬既漣漪眼見價錢唔貴 附近又食到厭 就坐低左我又覺得 算係抵食 若然味道真係地道既話椰漿飯未食過 千祈唔好話去過星馬特色馬拉椰漿飯 25蚊正常size 35蚊大size我見人食大既真係好大 我諗有兩碗飯...太巨了有魚仔 薯仔 青瓜 雞 咖喱雞 蛋同花生重點係佢個參巴醬 少少辣但夠香口 帶動左成個飯椰漿味有但未算好重 顏色上比馬拉既淺色味道都比較下略為淡口啲 不過加埋其他配菜感覺又係唔錯喎!!不過25蚊 佢又值既!

從來沒想過有一天,我會坐在一條小巷中享用馬拉小食....正正開在老麵家"劉森記"的對面,這一所蘇媽馬來小食店,引來不少饕客駐足睇睇她是賣甚麼的....一如所料餐牌內提供的食物選擇並不算多,就只幾款咖喱小食、椰漿飯及乾撈麵而已。最抵死的是傳統的馬來南洋一帶的小食菜式椰漿飯竟被直譯為"辣死你嗎",由此可見這位"蘇媽"的幽默....但於我而言,一碗招牌老鼠粉才是吸引小弟來光顧的原因....老鼠粉即是我們從小吃到大的銀針粉。舖在粉面雖號稱有豬肉碎、豬肉腸及蔥但小弟吃畢一整碗後卻感到只是有肉碎加蔥而已;肉說老實是炒得過老,十分嚡口算是唯一的敗筆;最主要的調味當然是來自味極甜的黑醬油。上桌後用力將醬油與粉條搗勻,食落甜惹非常....所謂的峇拉煎亦即我們熟悉的馬拉盞。以此來將雞槌醃過後再灑上一大pat的參巴醬,肉炸得外脆內嫩,骨肉之間沒滲出血水火喉控制得甚佳。肉醃味出奇地沒有太濃,濃味當自來於集鹹、甜及辣於一身的杰稠參巴醬。其辣及aftertaste倒是相當的厲害,再加上冒著後巷的熱度及外頭炎炎的火熱陽光,小弟登時就出了一身大汗,爽矣....此時若要降溫的話,喝一口南洋之寶桔仔話梅水,酸咪咪帶甜之味

友人向來喜歡食椰香味十足的馬拉菜,故推介這間特色巷仔馬拉小店。環境不算太好!不過有數部大風扇吹著,未至於食到汗流浹背。選擇不算多。份量有分標準同大,女仔來說其實標準份量已經很夠食。同時亦有新款食物及飲品推出,保持新鮮感~仁噹牛肉椰漿飯 (標準) - 醬汁十分香濃惹味,送飯一流!牛肉肉質鬆軟入味,配上咬感煙韌十足的乾魚仔,嫩嫩稔身的薯仔及青瓜花生雞蛋,實在太美味可口。老鼠粉 (標準) - 店員送上時叮囑要拌勻食!黑醬油很香,豬肉碎份量不少而且炒得很香。豬肉腸切得薄薄一片,食落味道似臘腸。銀針粉吸收了濃濃的醬汁,彈牙有口感之餘亦不會太濕稔!峇拉煎炸雞翼 - 醬汁主要用蝦膏及蕃茄,既香濃又帶點咸。不過雞翼如果由炸轉為煎會較為合適,炸粉遇上醬汁會變得濕潤黏身,影響雞翼味道。醬汁亦難以被雞翼吸收!(左)桔仔話梅水、(右)冬瓜龍眼茶 - 炎熱天氣情況下,消暑飲品是必備的。蘇媽的飲品是沒有冰,足料之餘又原汁原味。冬瓜龍眼茶 - 飲完很清涼舒服,消暑之最佳選擇!桔仔話梅水 - 桔仔酸酸味味,話梅微咸,飲完很醒神醒胃。
