經OpenRice一早訂咗位,今日中午12點幾打嚟,confirm咗板前,兩個鐘之後,下午2點幾打嚟,話睇錯,板前冇位,得返普通枱。我冇講太多,我話咁你幫我cancel個booking啦。訂位呢樣野,誠信好緊要,同埋係相互嘅,你都唔鍾意啲客訂咗位no show啦,係咪?呢間餐廳之前幫襯過幾次,印象都一直唔錯,算係一分錢一分貨。食物質素冇乜問題。好多人同之前個師傅比較,話差好遠,我覺得還好啦,食物唔差嘅。不過今次服務態度真係差,所以俾個差評

很喜歡吃壽司的我特別喜歡這餐廳因為我食量不是太大每次在外吃其他鮨店的omakase餐也覺難受因為吃到一半最愛的海膽還未出場已經飽到上心口而且並且不是每一款壽司也是合我口味因為我不吃的也不少所以在這𥚃我喜歡什麼就點什麼吃實在是太爽而且這裡的服務很貼心大家也很親切有種像在日本傳統壽司店感覺沒有奢華不實的門面打咭元素一切都是實實在在的所以就算偶爾會在其他鮨店試吃但最後最終會想來這𥚃吃Ps 炸物也炸得很好唯一缺點昰我嗅覺非常敏感比新式有裝潢的鮨店店內魚腥味略嫌重了一點另外不知道為什麼帶子的質量回不到以前所以最近也沒有點了

很喜歡吃壽司的我
特別喜歡這餐廳
因為我食量不是太大
每次在外吃其他鮨店的omakase餐
也覺難受
因為吃到一半
最愛的海膽還未出場已經飽到上心口
而且並且不是每一款壽司也是合我口味
因為我不吃的也不少
所以在這𥚃
我喜歡什麼就點什麼吃
實在是太爽
而且這裡的服務很貼心
大家也很親切
有種像在日本傳統壽司店感覺
沒有奢華不實的門面打咭元素
一切都是實實在在的
所以就算偶爾會在其他鮨店試吃
但最後最終會想來這𥚃吃

Ps 炸物也炸得很好

唯一缺點昰
我嗅覺非常敏感
比新式有裝潢的鮨店
店內魚腥味略嫌重了一點

另外不知道為什麼帶子的質量回不到以前
所以最近也沒有點了

叫左自選壽司8件,我太太一啖咬落去,其中一件壽司入面有勁大魚骨,好彩冇即刻吞,如果唔係實啃骨要去醫院急症。雖然員工有講唔好意思,我哋亦原本諗住算數,但返去再諗呢個情況真係好危險,都係寫一寫等大家知道食物嘅質素。畢竟間嘢收得已經唔平(成$300一個午餐再加一),大家都抱住期望去,唔會諗到竟然有呢啲低級錯誤。事後諗返真係好恐怖,佢十分好彩當時冇吞到,如果吞左啃骨真係冇仇報。大家睇下仲去唔去呢間嘢。如果去,食壽司魚生時小心啲唔好咁大啖咬落去。

食物質素可以,但服務質素未見過喺日本餐出現過有咁差 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻有兩個稍為年青的女侍應,鞋口鞋面,好似校長咁同你講嘢,好似佢識嘢你唔識嘢,倒啤酒倒到成枱都濕晒,滴埋落我哋兩個隻手同腳,我攞枱面塊白毛巾抹,佢話係食色壽司用!係咪黐線㗎?😡😡我有把短傘擺喺枱面(我坐喺壽司吧近牆邊,唔會阻到其他人),佢話可以放喺枱下邊,我話我驚唔記得,佢話我哋會提你,一樣係機械人對答 😒😒壽司師傅仲騎呢!我問有冇赤鹿,佢答有,跟住西面咁問我兩次,壽司定刺身?如果講明唔招呼有腦霧或反應遲1秒嘅客人,應該寫喺門口話唔招呼 👊👊👊唔好講價錢平與貴;劉德華話齋,呢啲服務質素絕對係趕客 🙁🙁🙁呢度平均千二個頭,我哋一行六人。如果會再嚟一定係被虐狂 😳😳😳

我有把短傘擺喺枱面(我坐喺壽司吧近牆邊,唔會阻到其他人),佢話可以放喺枱下邊,我話我驚唔記得,佢話我哋會提你,一樣係機械人對答 😒😒

廚師發板刺身都係會用店舖 時令精選海鮮類,唔會用係三文魚呢一類,所以服務員拎上台時,每一種都會好有心機咁介紹。

每一款都非常新鮮, 跟以前築地魚市場的sushi店相比 絕對過之而無不及( 當然有一個說法係講築地專賣魚檔拎淨嘅物資)。 好好食淨係呢一碟都二千。。。 價錢有少少


建議如果食廚師發板( 特別係人哋請客),必需要定價錢上限。
