得知銅鑼灣開了一家日本過江龍餐廳,放工跟同事過來嚐嚐鮮。餐廳裝潢簡單,木質桌椅,貼滿食物海報。餐牌的選擇不算多,有各式牛肉丼和鐵板牛肉。我們各自點了一份套餐和一罐汽水$20。⭐️高級鐵板燒$189食物很豐富,有麵豉湯、醃菜、蛋卷、牛腩。牛肉已經預先煎過,自己再動手煎熟。牛肉挺嫩的,不過肉味稍微不夠香。最驚喜反而是這碗牛腩,味道足,牛腩偏肥,入口又香又軟,配上一口米飯,香滑的油脂融化在米飯,一口肉一口飯,若已牛腩作為招徠更勝一籌呢!⭐️和牛壽喜燒丼$198配料有軟豆腐和牛肉。牛肉醃的入味,雪花分佈平均,入口軟腍無渣,不俗。▫️餐廳的套餐價錢不算抵食,我對牛腩的印象最深刻,如果推出牛腩套餐,我會再來吃一次,哈哈!

最近銅鑼灣開左呢間專食牛丼既專門店,佢係由大阪過江龍黎而家仲做緊discount,相對地抵食少少,加上睇到圖係成座山咁高既過江龍牛丼,真心好吸引珠穆朗瑪峰丼足足有成300g既牛肉,牛係用左安格斯牛翼板肉夠吸睛之餘仲岩哂一眾大食既朋友略略數過都有成18件牛肉,牛肉雖然未去到好腍但配上自家醬汁,生洋蔥,蒜片,味道其實算係豐富富士山丼入面有兩種牛肉,一款就係黑安格斯牛肉,另一種就係似平時打邊爐既牛肉片兩款牛肉略有咬口,唔算軟嫩不過醬汁就幾惹味

話說之前係日本食過松屋,對佢嘅爆量葱牛肉飯念念不忘。好想再去食,可惜香港冇松屋,就算有其他主賣牛肉飯嘅食肆都做到松屋嘅精粹。點知竟然係公司附近開左呢間嘢。就試下佢係龍定係鳳!set lunch選擇好普通,都係滑蛋牛滑蛋豬嗰啲,諗住就算唔好食都係一次,就試下個切片牛肉飯,新張期內,送飲品。Menu話係用安格斯牛。牛肉當然係燒過先好食,燒過嘅牛啲油出哂來,因不是肥牛,油而不膩!最重要係個汁,令我搵返係日本食松屋嘅感覺!好難用文字形容!話就話係港版松屋,但價錢算偏貴,呢個飯要99元。須知道松屋係日本係窮人恩物。但感覺嘅嘢好難用錢買到。絕對好得過食吉野家!

朋友係牛魔王,當然揀得嚴謹,4款鹿兒島黑牛Fair之中,揀咗和牛鐵板3種,跟埋味噌湯,同白飯。熱辣辣鐵板上面,放咗清爽雪白嘅大根、洋蔥絲,3色雜豆,同埋3小碟調味,醬油、胡椒鹽、芥末,伴住3種唔同部位嘅嫩紅和牛,每種都有3、4片倒,切得好工整,分別有五花腩、肩肉、里脊肉,3種絶對唔同口感嘅享受,油脂比較豐富嘅五花腩,輕輕點少少鹽吊吓味,肉味濃厚甘香,肉質好滑溜,食入口簡直有種即溶嘅感覺。而肩肉,就有一種好實在嘅咬口感,肉質好有彈性。
跟住係口感細嫩嘅里脊肉,油脂比較少,一定要慢慢細嚼,感受一下呢種獨有嘅細膩牛香。

叫左兩個set一個係澳洲和牛肉don set $158一個係日本A4和牛鐵板set $268呢家牛肉飯當道,呢到個澳洲和牛don 看埋呢個價錢,係絕對可以接受既牛肉份量十足,而且每舊都非常厚,而且肉質都唔錯配埋佢本身個汁酸算地非常惹味。唯一不足既係飯量晚飯來講有小小不足,如果可以多啲啲就會更好另一個日本A4和牛set價錢貴一段本身以為只係講出來名既分別原來食落真係和牛分別真係大,口感肉味都唔同呢個個飯就係分開上,但因為和牛本身有分配酸汁同鹽,點小小食都非常好大家經過或者lum唔到食咩不妨來試下。

首先出場的就是安格斯牛排Don,飯上面的牛肉成形一座小山,當我想兜一點飯時,發現都唔係好搵到,都係肉同肉,真係肉仲多過飯,而牛肉相當嫩滑,牛味都好香,不過如果食唔慣半生肉的話,可能都會驚,因為都會有少少生,不過牛排食半生都好正常呀

最後和牛鐵板終於上黎,聽店員講有,五花腩,牛肩肉同裏肉(我唔識,可能係牛小排之類),五花腩真係好肥美,用山葵點黎食,岩岩好隔左油膩感,又可以食到牛的油肥味,而其他兩款肉,吃落都好高級,肩肉當然好咬口,而裹肉好嫩,3款和牛用黎配白飯,和朋友係狂風掃落葉咁搶住黎食
