The beef tartare was served with a fried quail egg and homemade chips. It was refreshing without being too heavy. The bread soon came after - also homemade, lightly drizzled with olive oil and also quite the delicious starter.
I chose the codfish as the main, carefully seared and served on a bed of vegetables. It was the perfect amount and it was cooked fantastically, the fish melting in your mouth.
I went with the blood orange sorbet, almond crumb, and cheese mousse, a delectably fluffy dessert that blended together harmoniously. The entire dining experience was pleasant and concise.
Definitely a must go if you’re in the area and itching for a relatively time efficient yet classy bite!
