香港想食到最正宗既燒鵝大家一定會諗到深井燒鵝。但因為交通唔方便所以都好多年冇入過黎。前日去黃金海岸游完水,朋友建議揸車落深井食燒鵝,我當然舉腳贊成啦10分鐘左右就到深井,見到附近周圍都開左幾間燒鵝店。朋友話呢間係老字號,食過幾okay,所以就食返呢間。可能係星期五,食客比較多,全場爆滿除左馳名深井燒鵝皇外,仲有好多海鮮同中式小菜。燒鵝可以叫全隻、半隻或者例牌。仲有燒鵝海鮮套餐,或者散叫小菜,選擇好多而且價錢唔貴。我地叫左個套餐A,有半隻燒鵝、蒸海斑同埋白灼蝦。不愧係燒鵝皇,好大隻啲皮燒得好脆,肉質好香口同多汁,點小小開胃既酸梅醬,真係好好好呢種味道出面好難食到~套餐既蒸海斑一條,火候岩岩好,有大酒樓水準白灼海中蝦,幾大隻同新鮮另外再叫左3隻蒜蓉粉絲蒸大帶子蒜蓉炒小白菜啲餸都幾大碟,我地都食到好飽伙記仲話晚市有糖水送,今晚係蕃薯糖水呢餐真係食返好多年都冇食過既正宗燒鵝味道。除左好食之外,值得一提的是呢間餐廳有免費泊車,非常適合有揸車既人士。

好耐冇食過燒鵝,見得閒咪入去深井食啲出名嘅燒鵝。裕記依家貴價燒鵝太普通,所以揀左間平平地,一樣咁出名嘅陳記燒鵝,試下平野係咪都有正野,結果真係冇揀錯。第一道招牌菜係招牌燒鵝,薄薄脆脆嘅皮,鎖住濃濃嘅肉汁,嫩嫩嘅肉質就係構成完美燒鵝嘅材料,陳記作為主打燒鵝嘅餐廳,果然冇令我失望!唔洗多講,睇圖就知正。之後黎左個薑葱肉蟹煲,雖然唔係當造,但好明顯炒得好夠火喉,蟹肉都入哂味。好好食。之後上嘅蒸魚都做得唔錯,味道夠之餘魚質嫩滑。冬瓜盅好足料,好夠味,清涼解暑。糯米飯同腐乳通菜都係中上水平,不過不失。最後仲叫左個五頭網鮑扣鵝掌,喺酒樓食到啲咁高級嘅菜式,實屬難得。最後講下依間餐嘅服務。侍應點菜上菜時非常殷勤,不時幫我地倒水同問我地有乜需要,所以服務上我俾滿分!價錢黎講我地四個人食左大概一千五百蚊。以咁高質素嘅食物黎講算係物超所值。所以整體黎講我對今餐嘅評分係9分!
