國慶前夕,相約了幾個朋友一齊去深井去食燒鵝。深井交通其實不算十分方便,但是我們一行幾人駕車前往亦不算費時。餐廳有戶外座位,環境挺有風味,充滿香港特色。我們這天的主角是燒鵝。遠到而來就是為了一嚐這個美味!深井燒鵝皮脆肉嫩是基本要求吧!我尤其喜歡這個梅子醬,酸度、甜度適中。燒鵝沾著這個醬汁味道尤其出色,醬汁中和了燒鵝的油膩感,所以沾著梅子醬,吃再多燒鵝都不會膩!光是品嚐這一道燒鵝,我便覺得遠道來訪是值得的!

今日天氣非常好,秋風送爽,臨近黃昏,和Honey沿著荃灣海傍一直行去深井,不到一小時便到達,沿途吹吹海風,看看日落,非常寫意。之後,便去了老字號陳記總店吃飯。此處食容超多,我們原想吃燒鵝的,可惜燒鵝已售罄,下次一定要早點來。沒有燒鵝不打緊,我們還可以吃其他的燒味,例如叉燒,又可以叫些小菜,餸下啤酒。除了叉燒,我們點了豉汁炒蜆、椒絲腐乳通菜和西蘭花炒帶子,是非常豐富的一頓晚餐。叉燒是蜜汁,半肥瘦,斬成大大件,又腍又滑,很好味。豉汁炒蜆大碟,豉汁很惹味,所以不得不叫了一碗白飯來件吃。椒絲腐乳通菜炒很青綠,吃起來感到爽脆感,腐乳汁很濃味。西蘭花炒帶子賣相很不錯。帶子非常大隻,切了一半依然很厚肉,味道鮮甜。西蘭花炒得青綠,充滿蒜香味。

放假去了最聞名食燒鵝的深井陳記,雖然該處未有地鐵直達,但其實都有巴士可以由旺角或荃灣那邊過來,沿途還可以欣賞海邊景色。燒鵝半隻燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,外皮燒至有光澤,鵝肉肉質鬆化,醃得入味。豉油皇鵝腸鵝腸份量十足,下面用了芽菜墊底,吸收了鵝腸的味道,鵝腸爽脆。秘製咕嚕肉用半肥瘦的豬肉做成的咕嚕肉,外脆內軟,加上青椒及菠蘿等配料,酸甜開胃。檸檬蒸烏頭烏頭有我前臂般長,加上醃鹹檸檬開邊蒸,檸檬味道正好提鮮又可去腥,烏頭肉雪白嫩滑,味道鮮甜。

深井比人既第一印象一定係燒鵝,今日襯住週末就梗係要走一轉深井啦。唔知係咪臨近中秋,陳記都比較多客,即使我地卜左位都需要稍等一會先可以入座。入座後我地就叫餸,今次就叫左燒鵝下庄、椒鹽鮮魷、啫啫通菜煲、招牌炒飯同埋例湯。燒鵝下庄雖然比例牌稍貴,不過就保證一定食到髀,陳記燒鵝比起出面燒味檔買到既燒鵝唔同,聞起上黎鵝肉味十足,肉與脂肪比例適中,咬落重有一陣油香,而鵝皮燒得紅紅地咬落重有啲脆口添。另一個必叫既就係啫啫通菜煲,基本上每枱都會柯打,啫啫通菜上枱已經聞到陣陣既咸魚香,咸魚茸加通菜味道香濃而不肥膩,絕對係必點推介。其餘柯打包括椒鹽鮮魷、招牌炒飯同例湯,同樣出色,不枉今次遠赴深井一趟。

今日難得星期日一家大細,入到黎深井,梗係要試吓深井最出名嘅燒鵝,因為嗰日好大雨嘅關係,見到第一間燒鵝就直接衝左入去,入到去先發現原來燒鵝叫陳記,當日比較早就已經入到去深井所以可以馬上入坐,入到去多啲事不宜遲馬上叫嘢食,首先就叫咗半隻燒鵝,燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,完全食得出係炭火燒,香脆美味,真係可以一碟餸食三餐都冇問題,然後再叫咗個椒鹽魷魚,一樣都係野味爽口,炸粉唔會太多,又食到香脆嘅魷魚味!加上佢個特製醬,真係要比100分,既然一家大細嚟到兩個餸當然唔足夠啦,跟住仲要咗個蒜蓉龍躉粉絲,龍躉彈牙肉甜,再加上嘢味既蒜蓉蒸粉絲,又係一道絕味小菜,食咗咁多肉梗係要叫返一個,蝦醬通菜啦,襯飯一流 !最後我對佢嘅蒜蓉粉絲實在回味無窮,再叫多咗一個開邊蝦蒜蓉粉絲,唔使多講,又係絕世美食!鍾意食中餐嘅一定要嚟呢度!眼見屋企一家大細都食得好開心,決定禮拜日都要嚟呢度

入到去多啲事不宜遲馬上叫嘢食,首先就叫咗半隻燒鵝,燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,完全食得出係炭火燒,香脆美味,真係可以一碟餸食三餐都冇問題,然後再叫咗個椒鹽魷魚,一樣都係野味爽口,炸粉唔會太多,又食到香脆嘅魷魚味!加上佢個特製醬,真係要比100分,既然一家大細嚟到兩個餸當然唔足夠啦,跟住仲要咗個蒜蓉龍躉粉絲,龍躉彈牙肉甜,再加上嘢味既蒜蓉蒸粉絲,又係一道絕味小菜,食咗咁多肉梗係要叫返一個,蝦醬通菜啦,襯飯一流 !最後我對佢嘅蒜蓉粉絲實在回味無窮,再叫多咗一個開邊蝦蒜蓉粉絲,唔使多講,又係絕世美食!鍾意食中餐嘅一定要嚟呢度!眼見屋企一家大細都食得好開心,決定禮拜日都要嚟呢度

這次慕名來到深井,就是要一嚐陳記燒鵝的滋味。燒鵝(例牌)燒鵝皮脆玉嫩,非常多汁juicy,即使是例牌都有十多件,吃得滋味又滿足。金銀蛋莧菜莧菜嫩口兼且菜味足,伴以肉碎及皮蛋,味道很夾。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝扇貝大大隻,新鮮又有咬口,粉絲吸收了的蒜蓉味道,變得很入味。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子蟶子嫩滑得來又很煙韌,蒸得恰到好處。豉汁炒蜆蜆肉很大粒,清爽又無沙,炒得香口,火喉又十足,完美無暇的一道菜。可樂食燒鵝當然要喝一罐可樂,才可加倍滿足
