快lastday了,同同事食farewell lunch. 近近的,就去小南國.一行6人叫了:1)心太軟:紅組糯米,都唔知點講,佢好特別哦.一粒紅組開邊,夾d糯米粉團入去,好似係蒸熟佢,上面再淋小小蜜汁.幾好,因為佢用的紅組係正野,好香組味.2)蔥油拌麵,又係好得,唔好睇佢好齋咁,食落,d蔥油味好香,最緊要係,佢每一條麵都好有蔥油香,好得!3)上海湯年糕k,幾好,湯底都係鮮的.仲叫0左其他野,不過都係d食開的東西,不什特別,不寫了.同事請客,謝.--------------------------------------------仲有24小時,hehheeheh @_@ 奸笑哦

我唔知其他小南國名下既餐館係咪都係一樣.....咁不知所為!!服務態度一般都算喇,被安排坐喺門口右手邊嗰啲房內,但係又唔係成日有侍應喺附近,次次都要我地自己行到老連咁遠去搵人返嚟落單,加茶.....啲食物質數亦唔見得我地要接受呢啲咁既服務囉,打電話留枱嗰陣,問嗰知客有咩菜要預訂,佢隨口'up'左十幾款出嚟(唔使咁多菜要預訂下話!!??!!??!!).好啦,喺自己聽得唔清唔楚下終於留左隻'富貴雞'(都係自己衰...) --- 試過之後真係x家富貴囉---雞肉'鞋霎霎';塞係隻雞肚入面嗰啲全部都係平價料--金針,雲耳,梅菜等等等(已經唔係好記得,因為嗰陣好慶!),仲要成差唔多二百蚊一隻--價錢就富貴,質素就'乞兒'囉!!再者,招牌菜小籠包係微暖既(兩籠都係),間房啲冷氣就開到好似喺殮房咁.....經此一役,我地一家六口唔會對呢個字號再有任何信心囉...

Had lunch here with the a few colleagues. Had usually dumpling and xiao-long-bao and a few dish with Shanghai styled fry noodles. Overall ok but really didn't eat that much. Desert however is nice.The service is just acceptable with waiters moving around and speaking weird cantonese. If you want a decent Shanghainese restaurant with good decoration this would be it, but there are better Shanghainese food than this in Central...

Dear all,I went to this place yesterday for dinner. We have oredered the 4-person set ($580) and all I can say is so-so. The food quality is average, not too bad not too impressive and the price is among the top region. And it was such a rush! The food all ready in just 5 mins since we placed the order.... There are too many better or cheaper choices around and i certainly am not too keen to go back again.

服務態度依然係咁差,雖然環境都算不錯,但其實食物質素只是一般,絕對能比得上同區較高質素的紫玉蘭,如果唔係母親節book唔到位,我都唔會再去,都未去食已經一肚氣

2/ 雞絲粉皮- 居然是辣的﹗我們都以為是麻醬﹐怎知是辣醬油﹐救命呀﹐好難食呀﹗

主菜﹕
1/ 香煎小黃魚- 一點都不小﹗不過煎的皮香肉滑﹐就算放凍了才吃都不會腥﹐一樣的有魚味﹐好正﹗
2/ 毛蟹炒年糕- 好好味﹐食到停不了﹗那些年糕好煙“un”﹐而且吸收了毛蟹的精華﹐好香好有口感。雖然現在不是大閘蟹季節﹐但是那些毛蟹都不算細隻﹐而且
好實好甜又有羔﹐正﹗
3/ 蛋黃大蝦- 不是外面的少少蛋黃炒那麼簡單﹐每人一隻蝦不過我想蛋黃的分量差不多每人有兩隻蛋黃﹗雖然吃那麼多蛋黃不是太健康﹐但是那濃郁的蛋黃香卻領
我們不期然的把那些“膽固醇”都吃下去了﹗
4/ 上湯小菠菜- 好嫩﹐不錯﹗
5/ 小籠飽- 不是太多汁﹐不過豬肉很鮮﹐算唔錯﹗

甜品
1/ 蒸八寶飯- 不會太甜﹐所以不太“漏”。是我所吃過最滿意的八寶飯﹗
2/ 桂花拉糕- 煙煙“un un”都幾得意﹐ok 啦﹗

總的來說﹐這餐飯吃得很開心﹐不單是一班朋友難得的聚會﹐食物又是那麼的美味(雞絲粉皮除外)﹐把先前怕食物不好的那種患得患失的心情一掃而空﹗這是可以再
來的好地方﹗﹗

剛剛打電話去想佢傳真d十二人既套餐過黎, 聽電話個個人剩係講左"小南國", 我講完我講既野, 佢只係講左"FAX Number?", 我講左俾佢知之後, 佢咩都冇講就收左我線! 呢d咩服務態度黎架? 簡直過份!之前同同事都去過一次, 最強烈既感覺就得好貴! 但係d野食就好一般, 唔係話好特別個d囉, 咁既價錢咁既貨色就真係好一般喇.

前兩日做冬, Lunch又黎個dept lunch熱身, 之前常聽到老細提起小南國, 未出發已先興奮!爆場是意料中事, 雖然有訂座, 也要排隊入座; 八個人, 座位的安排還有點迫, 而且很嘈雜, 場中沒有給人"高級食肆"的感覺, 同事們已吃著等了...炒豆苖- 是一般的貨色炆豆腐- 卻也好吃, 高湯的味道滲入了豆腐內, 很可口東坡肉- 是好味的行貨, 雖然不會很肥膩, 但豬皮不夠膠, 也不夠香冬茹豆腐鍋- 冬茹同豆腐完全無味, 白菜叫交到貨, 毫無驚喜的菜式松子桂花魚- 在北京"狗不理包子店"吃過好的貨色, 這裡的不行, 魚是夠新鮮的, 但獻汁過酸, 且煮很太杰, 不消數分鐘便成了漿糊生煎包- 外皮搓得不均勻, 有些地方很厚, 有些卻太薄, 不少同事一夾起來內裡的湯汁己爆了出來, 湯是夠鮮甜的, 肉餡也可以..炒年糕- 不好吃, 不講了~小籠包/ 蟹粉小籠包- 個皮都係太厚, 彈性卻不夠, 想咬穿佢飲佢的湯汁時有點固難, 以小南國的地位來講不應該做出這樣低水準的包子; 但蟹粉小籠包個餡卻抵讚, 蟹粉同肉餡的味道不會亙相太搶, 蟹粉味慢慢地滲出來, 正!炒豆條- 即豆腐津白, 一般上海菜

生煎包- 外皮搓得不均勻, 有些地方很厚, 有些卻太薄, 不少同事一夾起來內裡的湯汁己爆了出來, 湯是夠鮮甜的, 肉餡也可以..

炒年糕- 不好吃, 不講了~

小籠包/ 蟹粉小籠包- 個皮都係太厚, 彈性卻不夠, 想咬穿佢飲佢的湯汁時有點固難, 以小南國的地位來講不應該做出這樣低水準的包子; 但蟹粉小籠包個餡卻抵讚, 蟹粉同肉餡的味道不會亙相太搶, 蟹粉味慢慢地滲出來, 正!

炒豆條- 即豆腐津白, 一般上海菜館也做到的水準!
