住依頭咁耐都未食過上海婆婆,今晚終於有機會試下,晚市時間,好在早去,愈坐愈多人,平日喎都爆場,乜料LOL....原來入面裝修都幾靚,好有風格,但咩風格又嗡唔出,自己睇啦!叫左個婆婆炒菜飯、醬燒茄子、椒鹽小黃魚、蒜泥白肉,2個人係咁上下啦=)蒜泥白肉黎先,佢同出面好唔同,佢係白肉包住舊青瓜,感覺好新鮮,好Fresh,一啖一粒,蒜泥十足,加埋佢個辣汁,係正既,青瓜既口感岩岩好中和到個辣汁既油,一啖充滿勁多層次,下次一定再叫!椒鹽小黃魚,炸到好香脆,連骨都可以吞埋,入面魚肉又保持到幼滑既感覺,可惜細條左少少。醬燒茄子,味道好濃,重口味人士一定勁鐘意,送飯一流,佢個汁個味幾特別,應該似上海風味,又有少少肉碎,連埋茄子一齊送飯,幾碗都食得落=)婆婆炒菜飯,叫得婆婆應該係招牌飯掛,份量十足,2個人絕對食到飽飽,菜量適中,粒粒都炒到好平均,夠乾身,配埋其他小配料,係幾好味既,送埋醬燒茄子D汁,2個人好快咁清晒成碟。

食上海菜,梗係要嗌津白啦,好甜呀,上海婆婆嘅津白大大碟,平時喺第二度食嘅上海菜都未見過咁大碟,真係好抵食。小籠包就皮薄涵靚,而且好多湯,肉質啱啱好,夠曬嫩滑,夾起又唔容易爛。上海年糕唔難咬,好易斷,其實平時都唔會嗌年糕,因為會咬得好辛苦,而且食到好攰,但朋友極力推介呢度嘅年糕好易咬,唔同平時食開嗰啲要咬好耐,點知一試就停唔到口。小黃魚好香,一條係煙燻小黃魚而另一條就係椒鹽小黃魚,椒鹽小黃魚好香脆,同蒜蓉好配搭,而煙燻小黃魚就非常之嫩滑,各有特色。豆沙鍋餅好香濃豆沙味,椰香糖湯圓一定要食,好柔軟,撈埋啲椰絲食一流,十級推介,超好味道,食完一份大家都覺得唔夠要再叫多份👍🏼食到大家咀䑛䑛。

又係時間食好野,又比老公捉左去食上海婆婆。今次又試左新菜,都幾好食。魚籽煙燻蛋- 煙燻蛋分半可當作前菜食,感覺好像溏心蛋,蛋黃心有流心,蛋香味濃,口味黏黏的,但煙燻味不重配上魚籽味道剛剛恰到好處。鎮江肴肉- 到上海店必點的前菜,肴肉是冷盤,口感結實,不會太硬,清爽而不膩~ 夏天必點小食,涼涼的增加胃口。西湖牛肉羹- 羹內配料多,有牛肉、鸡蛋和香菇,香菜跟牛肉實在對味配合很好, 而且羹不會太稀,口感滑溜! 可以嘗試配上白飯, 味道更佳喔!糖醋魚塊- 甜甜酸酸的魚塊,不會太甜和太酸, 甜酸味道剛剛好,配上魚塊亦好香脆,而且吃不到雪藏的味道,很開胃的上海菜式,值得一試。

忽然想食下上海野,之後夜晚就去左上海婆婆336度食野 環境好乾淨 而且刀幾闊落下 感覺幾舒服排骨擔擔麵-塊排骨中型size 外皮 金黃色 好脆身 絕對無黑蚊蚊 入面仲可以保持到肉汁  十分滿意~而擔擔麵帶有好多芝麻同香蔥,令到味道好香口!依碗擔擔麵夠晒大碗辣度夠出!至於麵質方面,吾會過硬同過軟~~好正!排骨擔擔麵依然保持到水準本人黎到上海婆婆336必叫之選!花雕醉雞-份量不少 雞皮好滑身而雞肉刀好嫩滑帶有酒香味~而且啖啖肉!吾錯!吾錯!

今日回將軍澳探望母親,母親喜歡食上海菜,所以晚餐就帶她去東港城的上海婆婆食,之前我都有在其他分店食過,味道唔錯,今晚就試試呢間。上海小籠包:食上海菜必食的,皮薄、餡料鮮味濃郁,包內有很多湯汁,所以食的時候小心一點,湯汁香濃,而且很熱,小心燙嘴!上海粗炒:用料有肉絲、冬菇絲和蔬菜等,炒得夠穫氣,食時加一些豆板醬就更好味!😋清炒河蝦仁:吾好睇到好似冇乜醬汁,其實河蝦本身非常鮮甜,所以加少許調味清炒,河蝦已經爽口及鮮甜無比,令人食不停口👍生煎鍋貼:底部煎得脆脆,鮮肉錎料鮮味十足,點上豆板醬更加好味😋

家常滬菜就黎新年,去屋企附近食餐飯提早團年,搵黎搵去都係上海菜最穩陣,一於就去上海婆婆食,夠方便,價錢又ok平小籠包因為即叫即蒸的關係,時候上可能要等多陣,岩岩上台的小籠包,蒸氣飄到半空中,皮夠薄,忍忍約約都見到皮中的餡料和肉汁黃金炒飯d飯炒到粒粒分明,絕冇多餘水份,炒料非常豐富,而且好香黑醋骨排骨份量岩岩好四個人食,排骨得以保持肉汁,外層沾滿上黑醋汁及配上菠蘿去炒,好開胃,完全唔覺得好漏咸香蝦球隻隻蝦球外層都有咸蛋包住,蝦身好爽口,因為咸香味極濃,餐廳係旁邊都配有青瓜,可以中和番紅油抄手一碟有6粒,每粒都好有份量,肉汁都keep到,配合紅油幾match!

難得今日收左工約到朋友一齊去食晚飯,大家又鍾意食上海菜就去左附近商場既上海婆婆食。正值晚飯時間其實都幾多人但等位都唔算耐,一入到去就見到入面空間好大,枱與枱之間唔會太過迫,可以舒舒服受咁食餐飯:] 而且服務員態度都好好,值得一讚!花雕醉雞花雕酒份量夠,一上菜都未食就已經聞到好香既酒味雞肉好嫩滑又少骨,連我呢個唔算太食雞既人都食左好幾舊黃金炒飯炒飯炒得一粒粒都金黃色咁,賣相好好,而且非常乾身唔會油淋淋因為個炒飯有蝦仁乾,所以食落都幾可口惹味排骨擔擔麵雖然個麵煮得有少少腍,不過個排骨真係唔錯,炸得好脆雞絲粉皮每一次去親食上海菜都好鍾意叫雞絲粉皮,今日都唔例外整體黎講不過不失,個醬整得都幾好食唔會太甜豆沙窩餅食完正餐梗係要叫番個甜品,呢個豆沙窩餅算係驚喜之作佢岩岩煎好就上菜,熱辣辣脆卜卜咁,真係好岩冬天食本身個豆沙餡唔太甜,但係個餅上面有放到椰絲,加番少少甜味落去,成個甜度即刻平衡番,好好食總體黎講,雖然水準唔算十分之高但勝在有新意,而且環境同服務質素都幾滿意,所以下次都會繼續黎光顧~

佢岩岩煎好就上菜,熱辣辣脆卜卜咁,真係好岩冬天食

本身個豆沙餡唔太甜,但係個餅上面有放到椰絲,

加番少少甜味落去,成個甜度即刻平衡番,好好食

昨晚和朋友往東港城上海婆婆336晚膳,點了小籠包、蟹粉豆苗、雲吞湯麵、糖醋魚塊和熱豆漿, 餐廳起菜得很快。小籠包做得不錯,湯汁饀料味道鮮,皮薄餡靚,一口吃一個剛剛好。蟹粉豆苗炒得剛剛好,豆苗鮮嫩清甜,但蟹粉好濃, 好味一道菜。雲吞湯麵麵和湯很好,麵有正宗上海麵的口感,沒有梘水味,韌度適中;清湯鹹淡剛剛好,配料有紅蘿蔔絲、蛋絲、芽菜和荷蘭豆,很清爽滋味,雲吞也可口。糖醋魚塊令我有驚喜,炸得剛剛好,沒有厚厚的炸料,魚塊咬落仍是新鮮軟滑的,配料醬汁的酸甜度不會過濃,獻做得剛好,顯出真功夫。豆漿有豆香,口感不錯, 味道鮮甜。最後再來一客香蕉高力豆沙,這個甜品做得很好,首先賣相吸引,簡簡單單的有點糖霜洒在上面,四個淡淡的圓球沒有油膩的感覺,咬下去軟軟的,個讓人想再添加的甜品,如果餡料豐厚一點就更好。這頓晚飯每人消費二百多一點,不算便宜,但也值得,不錯!
