鮑汁鵝掌伴生麵: We ordered one serve for each of us. The serve came in a nice white plate. The鵝掌 looked very nice. It was braised thoroughly with the abalone sauce, so The Chinese noodle did not have any 鹼水味 at all, which has passed my requirement. I really hate those Chinese noodle which has strong鹼水味.

蝦餃: The蝦餃 were very fresh. The skin was very tender and thin. The shrimps were fresh and chewy and there was only shrimp and a bit of bamboo shoots inside the蝦餃. Very nice. Much better than the ordinary蝦餃 you found from local restaurants!

燒賣: I do not remember starting from when, I begin to love燒賣. The燒賣 here was particularly nice. It had some Chinese mushroom and also you could taste that the pork inside was not those simply minced meat. Perhaps they were those hand-chopped one. The燒賣 was topped with some dried conpoy, giving them a more appealing outlook. In fact, they were tasty enough.

脆皮燒腩仔: This one was hubby’s favourite. Somehow I would wonder how the Chef make such crispy skin! The skin was very very light and crispy, has got no fat at all, that was good for us who are relatively more health conscious. The 腩仔 was cut in bite size and nicely presented. Delicious!

今天是Sunday, 同老公去Timesquare飲茶, 看了評分, 以為鱼翅城好正.叫了8 個点心, 份量 細吾 緊要, 但 九成D waiter 目無表情, 送 上点心又吾出声, 通常會講 比客人知係mud, 然後多謝.... 好似 死魚 面ロ, 冇誠意, 見外 面lunch 都冇人排隊就知佢差最鬼激氣我吔有3個点心要打包, 叫waiter包起佢, 佢求其比個盒我自己入, 還將盒掉咗落地下就走開 . 有咩service?本人下星期想同家人來吃魚翅餐, 但見佢Dservice 同waiter的面ロ, 以後吾會返來, 外面service好的酒樓大把, 如果系timesquare都咁 差好難生存.個toilet又冇睇, very dirty!

前幾日, 同埋公司d 同事中午去飲茶, 覺得d 點心水準唔錯耶, 唔會好油膩之前覺得起三湘大廈既富聲好好味, 點心精緻, 不過同魚翅城比, 反而油左少少好欣賞佢個蝦餃, 所以叫左2籠.另外個荷葉飯都唔錯, 雖然d 料係少左d (只蝦同海蔘), 不過d 飯乾濕恰到好處, 不俗!5人埋單 380 , 比想像中要平!

This has always been my favourite place for yumcha. For two reasons, its food are nice and its service is good. The overall restaurant is spacious and you dont feel that it is packed with peoples.It offers a reasonable price lunch set, you can have dimsum such as 蝦餃,燒賣, some 小食 such as 素鵝,and then mainly its sharkfin soup. It offers a reasonable price lunch set, you can have dimsum such as 蝦餃,燒賣, some 小食 such as 素鵝,and then mainly its sharkfin soup. Its waitress will cook this soup right in front of you. The set lunch is under $400, for four person. I could only tell that it was reasonable. The sharkfin soup was hot and nice. It seems that it was a bit too much to have sharkfin soup for lunch, but sometimes we need to treat ourselves better. Why not?

Plus it was only 9:30 and the staff were constantly pacing around my table looking at their watches and being impatient. 三月一日- 星期六睇番自己既食評,先知原來已經大半年無嚟幫襯。碧綠菜苗餃、鮑汁叉燒飽、蜜桃鮮蝦筒、XO醬炒腸粉-OK雷沙小丸子完全唔掂,一上檯已經「漏」晒d芝麻餡,好差。唯有叫侍應換過一碟,第二碟味道不過不失,算做正常,希望今次係special case啦。每逢星期六嚟Times Square既鴻星或鐘菜飲茶都太多人等位嘞,如果唔想太嘈又想坐得舒舒服服咁,呢度絶對係不錯既選擇。

feb 24, 08, 7大1小(無食力)人來lunch,叫咗 : 1) 豉味燒汁排骨-好夠味,肉亦腍,ok 2) 白汁千絲酥-唔知入邊有嘜,但都幾好味 3) 叉燒包x 2-友人之前話好味,ok啦,正常 4) 墨魚餅-質地實淨,足料,亦有鮮味,不俗 5) 菜苗餃-內隻蝦都幾大,肉爽 6) 雞湯小籠包-ok 7) 蝦餃-無試到 8) 紅油抄手-皮厚咗d,ok 9) 魚湯米線(窩)-我個人就不太喜歡,唔知點解好似聞到陣春/冬筍嘅味,但友人們就話無,仲話好味-無所謂,佢哋食多d啦 10) 雷沙小丸子-侍應1上枱就提我哋要5分鐘之內食晒佢,否則個皮就會變硬-個糯米皮入口真喺好軟熟,內有芝麻餡 11) 蛋散-1如以往咁鬆,good 12) 杏汁撞蛋白x 3 -寫明喺堂弄-全生磨的杏汁,唔算好濃杏仁味,唔太甜-但略嫌這間的杏汁還杏汁,蛋白還蛋白,太分明-個人還是喜歡利x杏仁蛋白茶(唔知喺咪先入為主),因佢d杏仁茶個質地會被+入蛋白之後變得有少少糊糊地,所以佢只喺會出現少少的蛋白球- 本來target咗下面嗰層嘅鍾x,但太多人(又唔比book位),要等成個鐘,1於轉戰呢間(雖然無新鮮感)

-個糯米皮入口真喺好軟熟,內有芝麻餡

-1如以往咁鬆,good

12) 杏汁撞蛋白x 3
-寫明喺堂弄
-全生磨的杏汁,唔算好濃杏仁味,唔太甜
-但略嫌這間的杏汁還杏汁,蛋白還蛋白,太分明

于2月头同老婆大人(个仔话要这样专称)去了铜锣湾的食通天内的鱼翅城食晚饭,订了18:30的台,我们准时到达,台已准备好。即时点菜,点了套餐有鱼翅,吉品鲍,燕窝,套餐有2款小菜我们点了沙井蚝,竹笙上素,另加了1/2只炸子鸡。每个菜均很有水准,其中炸子鸡更是值得推介,皮香脆肉滑,更难得的是炸子鸡旁的配菜炸莲藕片亦绝不马虍。写此食评想起时口水更是直流。是晚消费1500大洋,值得再次去食,现由老婆大人组团再去。再去时会补充照片供各位参阅!

未睇餐牌已經知道價錢幾貴,不過諗住兩人傾吓計坐得舒服d就無乜所謂啦!安排咗我哋坐卡位,好大張,舒服到痺,坐咗個半鐘都唔捨得走。兩個女仔唔食太多嘢,只點咗兩個餸,瑤柱海味什菜煲同埋醋香鯊魚柳,兩樣餸都幾好味,有水準!

昨天和媽媽到此飲中午茶,叫了二人精選套餐.有點心兩款,魚翅兩盅,鮑魚盞,北菇海參, 炸雞翼, 魚湯米線兩碗,燕窩蛋撻,甜點我們選了蛋散.首先魚翅很熱,湯亦濃,不錯雞翼好味, 燕窩蛋撻就差d,蛋散雖然鬆化但係無蛋味,點心一般啦.每位$148可以再去
