身為鐵人旨花粉絲的我,得見近日鐵人旨花開了分店,本來收費動輒過千的旨花現在只要$200樓下就可,當然要試試。新店的坐位很特別地配上了座墊,很有榻榻米的風格,坐起來也比較舒適。點了一個鱈魚西京燒,配珍珠米跟湯品。湯是很傳統的魚湯底,喝起來還不錯鱈魚的件頭不大,味道咸中帶甜,口感扎實,還不錯~配上一碟以牛油炒過的椰菜,香口而味濃,很快就把附送的珍珠米全部吃完。小店還有抹茶蕨餅!吃來很煙韌有勁,甜度適中,吃2塊剛剛好~

天氣熱熱地想食d凍野,上open rice找到鐵人鮨花,叫左個壽司定食加個豬骨湯烏冬沙律有羅文生菜、粟米粒、蕃茄片加上凱撒醬好開胃豬骨湯烏冬好濃有好多椰菜、紅蘿蔔、仲有嗚門卷,個烏冬好大碗,食完都飽左一大半講下個壽司拼盤,個拼盤係放得幾靚,但d飯又大舊同乾,唔似壽司飯三文魚-好肥美帶子-帶子上面加左類似海草物體(酸酸地唔錯),但以為帶子好大個,其實得半邊油金魚-不過不失吞拿魚蓉-上面有沖花加三文魚魚籽玉子-好乾身左口魚邊-魚一夾就散,燒香d就好蝦🦐-大隻

走著走著,為了填滿假日的肚子,實不容易啊!沿著石磄咀走到火井,再走到鉄人旨花,這店舖一直是我foodlist之一。難得走到,叮叮跟我就進去了。幸好八時也有座位懸空著。一進店內,大概能容納20人。清水牆掛著各式各樣的菜式、是日推介等。也有不少冷風直立機,相信是保持食品的新鮮,所以都有點冷。這𥚃還有洗手間,不錯喔~店員迅速遞上餐牌,眼看壽司吧的師傅全心製作食品,相信食品會非常的精緻、可口。點餐後,先奉上麵豉湯。晚市定食,洋蔥滑蛋牛脷。牛脷很滑,份量也很多。由於定食會有甜品或沙律二選一,是日綠茶餅。海鮮丼。樣樣都新鮮,亮點係呑拿魚蓉,連叮叮接受唔到既吞拿魚味都覺得好吃!既要來的總會來。就像要碰到的總會遇上,慶幸有叮叮跟我,一起嚐著。就似鉄人旨花,在我們肚裏開滿花。滿足!

沿著石磄咀走到火井,再走到鉄人旨花,這店舖一直是我foodlist之一。難得走到,叮叮跟我就進去了。

薄燒鰻魚一尾定食 HKD168第一眼見到呢隻碟就覺得似曾相識,返到屋企先發現,原來呀爸平時就係用佢嚟蒸魚。原條鰻魚訓嚮眼前的確係幾吸引,加上香濃嘅蒲燒汁,令人食指大動。不過條魚都幾肥,成口油,好油膩,食到有啲滯滯地,老實講168蚊其實算貴~鐵人旨花丼 HKD388鐵人旨花嘅招牌丼賣相相當吸引,就好似將一道刺身拼盤擺咗嚮丼面咁。佢嘅用料刺身包括:牡丹蝦、三文魚、油甘魚、季節魚、帶子、拖羅、拖羅蓉、海膽、赤身、魚子、海鰻、右口魚邊。整體嚟講,刺身質素都屬中上,齋講味道嘅話的確唔錯,不過要成400一碗就認真太貴喇~唔好睇佢好似好大碗咁,其實碗口嘅面積仲細過一隻手掌攤開,而且每款刺身只係得一件,所以一啲都唔抵食。同埋佢個飯真係整得好差,飯粒好黐,質感偏爛,壓到好實一嚿咁,口感仲差過7仔飯糰,食咗兩啖就唔想再食。不過為咗唔想浪費,所以最後都局住食哂~其實醋味控制得幾好嘅,只係質感問題。

就好似將一道刺身拼盤擺咗嚮丼面咁。
佢嘅用料刺身包括:
