同事做埋今個星期就退休,諗住同佢食餐有質素嘅午餐之前已試過一次在白鮨吃午餐,感覺亦很良好所以帶同佢去試一次我經open rice訂枱,並寫上一些不能吃的食物坐低後不久,一位應該係經理級嘅男士,第一時間來同我確認不能吃的食物。心諗每次在open rice訂位時都有寫明,但只得今次呢間餐廳會有人嚟確認,實在很有heart到落order時,該名男子再次幫我確認食物有無我不能吃的東西,嗰一刻真係有賓至如歸嘅感覺白鮨除了食物質素好之外,服務態度也十分唔錯。如果香港所有食肆嘅服務員都以這種態度對待顧客,相信香港人都會很願意出街吃飯😂

今日展覽會第二日,剛好放工,走去金鐘食日本野,明明有三日假期,點知太古廣場人流唔算多,某人提議食日本野(當然唔係我比錢就無所謂)。誰知揀呢間餐廳食有些驚喜,服務員態度非常友善,而且食物質素新鮮,雖然價錢比較高一點點,但值得一試。連杯茶都好好飲,如有時間都會再試。😋😋😋

係社交媒體上面見到有人推薦尼間餐廳就即刻上open rice book位,發現係open rice訂位會有優惠,最後兩個人各叫左一份dinner set試一試。油甘魚伴酸汁水晶海帶沙律賣相唔錯,油甘魚入口即溶魚上面有少少酸汁幾開胃,個人認為同塊魚都幾夾刺身(帆立貝,牡丹蝦,三文魚,油甘魚)+海膽碎葱吞拿魚腩壽司,火炙左口魚邊壽司,帆立貝黑魚子壽司海膽同牡丹蝦好鮮甜反而刺身嘅油甘魚冇油甘魚沙律咁好食,肉質較結實。茶碗蒸茶碗蒸上有柚子皮,一上菜就聞到好大陣柚子味,食嘅時候蛋味唔出比柚子味蓋過,但食材係新鮮嘅,入面嘅蝦肉口感彈牙,冬菇都有鮮味法式芥末籽牛柳+銀鱈魚西京燒主菜加錢升級牛柳、西京燒。牛柳方面叫左5成熟,但食落都有少少靭,冇乜驚喜。反而西京燒肉質嫩滑,甜甜地幾好食日式叉燒拉麵(豬骨濃湯/醬油雞湯)不過不失嘅迷你拉麵,純粹係飽肚嘅主食,醬油雞湯篇咸,隻流心蛋有少少熟得滯,整體上都唔錯。法式焦糖焗蛋有少少薑汁係入面,平時唔中意食薑味嘅我都食得到,口感方面焗蛋口感十分細滑,加上面頭脆脆嘅焦糖配搭十分之完美。
