午飯時間在中環遊蕩覓食,天時暑熱,見水記不用等候便坐了下來,大排檔的風味如今買少見少,因此頂著熱氣,來個快閃午餐。水記的招牌人物林先生不見影蹤,主理人是比較年輕的壯健小哥,不知味道有否變得不同?菊花茶冰涼微甜充滿淡淡的菊花香,十分消暑。據悉這裡用的是新鮮牛雜,因為量少且處理需時,因此老闆有很多限制,上枱的牛雜河有很多牛內臟,牛肚牛腸等是有嚼勁的版本,最驚喜的是那一片牛膀是吃過最粉嫩最香的牛膀,口感如同鵝肝,令人回味。聞說辣椒醬是自家在店舖炒製,辣椒醬香氣十足,為粉麪增添靈魂。同場加映的是外賣給閨蜜的魚蛋拼牛肚米粉,水準不差,但還是回歸牛雜吧。

據悉這裡用的是新鮮牛雜,因為量少且處理需時,因此老闆有很多限制,上枱的牛雜河有很多牛內臟,牛肚牛腸等是有嚼勁的版本,最驚喜的是那一片牛膀是吃過最粉嫩最香的牛膀,口感如同鵝肝,令人回味。

雲吞皮加少少門鱔肉炸成,炸皮超薄超脆,每日限量賣晒就冇,仲要係晴天限定架☀️炸魚皮連細魚骨都炸到好酥脆,浸湯同淨食兩種風味都好食😋

食過好多牛腩名店 呢間著名的牛雜當然都要試下 第一次16點幾來全部都賣晒😅第二次14:40來都係賣晒 所以要等到15:15再煮返一煲 好彩冇跑空😌出品真係OK 湯底係可以飲嘅 呢個就已經好難得 牛雜係軟爛嘅 唔腥 腸之類的都係乾淨冇異味 食的出係新鮮貨 價錢在名店之中算好便嘅啦 如果順路真係一定回頭👍🏻

今日走咗嚟中環吉士笠街水記朝拜,正式營業前就坐滿人要排隊,我坐低等寫單都要等好一陣,既然嚟到,冇淨食都要整番一碗牛雜麵同一碗爽腩河,加罐可樂,盛惠$98蚊,了卻咗間心事。牛雜非常唔錯,夠香夠腍,麵都好爽,爽腩稍韌,河粉都OK,老字號有佢嘅生存之道,當然要多得香港喜好食牛朋友嘅支持,我諗呢排就更加係因為開關之後,內地好多自由行嚟到打卡啦!
