自己本身好鍾意食潮州粉麵,牛腩河,牛雜河果一類,趁住依排自己比較得閒咁就試下啦,呢兩張相其實係分別兩日嘅。首先試咗個牛雜河先,首先個湯頭好夠味,俾我最大嘅感覺係個牛肺同埋個牛腸非常好食,牛腸甚至係入口即溶食得出係非常新鮮。十分推薦!!!第日再去試吓個牛腩河,個人感覺就不如牛雜河咁驚喜了。可能因為自己嗰日晏左去啦,咁我就唔係好食得出其實同街邊食開普通嘅牛腩河有咩太大嘅分別呢,總括而言如果大家去水記嘅話我建議大家試下佢個牛雜河。

Shui Kee is my favorite noodle shop in HK which is focused on cooking beef entrails, the internal organs of castle including liver, stomach and lung. Furthermore, she can cook the trachea very well. While most of the beef entrails are frozen, Shui Kee uses fresh one taken from the slaughterhouse every early morning. The taste is so fresh and the texture is soft enough for you to swallow without forceful chewing. No more other flavor, what we taste is the most original flavor. You can hardly try this anywhere outside HK. Throw away the concern of hypercholesterolemia and enjoy it right now!

與一般其他餐廳的不同,水記出名用新鮮牛雜,而且係清湯。牛雜除牛膀外其他部位牛肺、牛肚、牛腸的口感都很接近很淋,無牙都食到。雲吞不好吃,而且店家堅持沒有醋供應…清湯牛腩很粗很鞋,像煲湯肉…湯雖然應該無味精(可能有雞粉),但頗咸…腩汁油菜很爽不淋不甜…份量很少。總結而言,要吃便只吃招牌牛雜好了。

態度惡劣,超級難食。一坐低開心呠呠,以為可以食啲好嘢,尤其而家天氣冷。一坐低佢話仲有15分鐘先開舖,所以我哋就坐咗喺度等。等完之後,一個態度惡劣嘅夥計/老細,走咗過嚟一句野都冇講,就揸住支探熱槍隊左落我額頭度。咁都算啦,到落單嗰陣時,我哋點左兩碗牛脆骨,佢話一台只可以叫一碗牛脆骨,之後點個牛沙瓜,個夥計就話:「頭先同隔離枱咪講咗冇牛沙瓜囉,你唔係聽唔到啊!」我真係打個突,因為真係聽唔到。但係佢態度10分惡劣,本身都打算即刻起身走,但諗吓咁遠嚟到都試吓啦,點知後悔到不得之了,因為啲牛腩好韌,超級多肥膏,牛雜超癡牙,整體上零分。我只會勸喻大家千祈唔好去。
