今天朋友生日大夥兒一同來到我們的私竇慶祝。來到這裏當然找老板輝哥豪吃一頓。前菜點了花雕鴨舌,芥末墨魚頭和韭菜豬紅,三款小食都是我的最愛,特別是花雕鴨舌酒味濃郁,佐酒簡直一流。另外點了缽仔焗魚腸,這道菜在外面很難吃得到,實在值得懷緬的一道小菜。黃金蝦也是一絕,蟹黃味濃郁,蝦肉很大,絕對是必點小菜。薑蔥霸王雞,豉油皇鵝腸,清蒸大班,花辣田螺,椒鹽九肚魚,薑蔥田雞都非常好吃,鑊氣非常足夠。不過清蒸大班的魚肉有點硬,略嫌清甜味不足。滑蛋白飯魚做法非常特別,也是一道古老的菜式。蒜蓉蒸絲瓜和豉椒炒青瓜也不錯。整體來說非常滿意。而且老闆服務非常好,人均才250元。又可以在私人包房盡情歡樂,私隱度十足。絕對是一大班人吃飯的首選地方。

今日突然之間好想食小炒,所以就約左班朋友夜晚去食大排擋。其中一個朋友提議去試吓小菜王,話佢喺深水埗係好出名,又好食嘅餐廳,最重要既係有冷氣,咁一於就試吓😁先叫左個韭菜豬紅,呢碗野真係勁足料,好大兜,好似食極都食唔完咁,豬紅又整得入味,辣度適中,唔錯唔錯👍🏻👍🏻另外就係蜆蚧鯪魚球,一碟有十幾個,粒粒都大大粒,又熱又彈牙,炸到個皮脆卜卜😬冇腥味,如果再配埋個醬汁,就更加好味😋😋仲有沙拉骨,都好好食,肉質幾林,配埋沙律醬好開胃👍🏻仲有炒蜆,勁夠鑊氣,又冇沙,好香口好惹味🥰

跟同事放工後到這裡吃飯提早做節,同事推介必食黄金蝦,我地先叫六個餸,啤酒。食完一round 又再叫,食完一round又再叫,最後叫左十一個餸,當中一個係炒飯。豬紅,味道好,不辣,細細粒,易入口,下面仲有韮菜。豉椒炒蜆,不太大隻,我覺得辣,有些有沙。蝦醬炒通菜,好味,不過蝦醬味可加強。炸墨魚餅,不油膩,但不脆,有墨魚粒,好薄,唔夠食。黄金蝦,招牌菜,味道好,有些鹹,不夠乾身,好有鹹蛋黃味,碟底仲有鹹蛋黃。金銀蛋莧菜,好大碟,好味,但皮蛋太少。牛仔骨,好淋好好味,洋蔥OK。椒鹽九肚魚,點埋喼汁就真係非常正。炸鯪魚球,蜆蚧太少,多了些葱,鯪魚球不夠彈,味道可以。沙拉肉排,好多沙律醬,肉排味道好好。鰻魚炒飯,味道好,鰻魚沒有骨,但不夠乾身,似濕炒飯。總結,食完飽到頂住。
