呢間餐廳長期客滿,今日11點多去到,終於不用等位。餐廳透入自然光,加上寬闊的坐位,坐得舒服。今次點了一盅六件有2粒燒賣,2粒菜苗餃,2粒粉果,質素不俗。粉果的皮因為太薄,所以容易一夾就散。而燒賣內竟然有帶子,不過就咁食就食唔出,我都是餃開一半才見到。紅米鮮蝦帶子腸粉腸粉柔滑,加上裡面包了炸薄脆和原隻蝦,口感豐富有層次,不過帶子卻冇左影。北菇滑雞盅飯米粒粒粒分明,冬菇和雞的質素都不差,屬於正常發揮。懷舊芝麻卷非常柔滑,加上濃濃的黑芝麻味,又不會過甜,食落很順口,十分值得推介。呢間店的定價算高,不過食物水準也對得住呢個價錢。

今日喺東涌行完outlet,即刻跑過嚟呢度六小館同屋企人食個快飯,因為上網見到有個活動幾有趣,叫做seafood love sake,基本上就係你嗌一個同海鮮相關嘅菜式,就會配搭好一杯日本sake比你😳✨我當然唔會錯過呢個咁好嘅機會有得品嚐一下sake嘅韻味!🤡最估唔到係,佢竟然年前坐完呢一個泡椒爽脆魚皮都包左兩杯sake😁咩名堂我就唔係好識,但都無阻佢個名霸氣外漏,月桂冠 京釀祝米大吟釀,呢款就帶有淡淡優雅嘅香氣,單純清爽,同輕盈爽口嘅前菜冷盤泡椒爽脆魚皮十分夾,減少腥味嘅同時,即刻斷咗魚皮嘅鮮味,非常開胃,味蕾係完全打開都係一個新嘅境界咁享受。

最估唔到係,佢竟然年前坐完呢一個泡椒爽脆魚皮都包左兩杯sake😁咩名堂我就唔係好識,但都無阻佢個名霸氣外漏,月桂冠 京釀祝米大吟釀,呢款就帶有淡淡優雅嘅香氣,單純清爽,同輕盈爽口嘅前菜冷盤泡椒爽脆魚皮十分夾,減少腥味嘅同時,即刻斷咗魚皮嘅鮮味,非常開胃,味蕾係完全打開都係一個新嘅境界咁享受。

另一樣我覺得已經無可挑剔的點心當屬呢個蘿蔔絲酥。坊間有好多炸得太硬,但佢呢間係鬆脆而不硬,冇炸過龍,冇油饐味,恰到好處,外觀亦大小一致,酥皮精緻好看。入面的蘿蔔絲非常熱,入口清爽,外脆內嫩,口感一流!
