有睇開我既朋友都知道我對乾鍋料理情有獨鍾,而六小館既乾鍋更有平時比較少見既材料供應。牛三寶包括鮮牛肉,金錢肚,鮮牛筋,全部都係本地新鮮貨,食落軟滑無渣充滿牛香,雪藏貨真係完全無得比😋。除有主材料外,仲有花椰菜,薯仔片,蓮藕片,萵筍片,大大既一兜份量十足,而且唔會太辣,麻香味香口,食得過癮,送飯一流。🔥👍

原先見個價錢好似偏貴,但又好想食中菜,呢間又未食到所以最後決定去試下😅。結果好有驚喜,食得好開心,到6點半7點左右已經入座了8成,可見餐廳係區內都有一定既人氣👍。侍應部長都好nice好有禮貌,會主重推介同埋問我地飯後感,好既餐廳真係值得大家多多支持。❤️❤️❤️🤗

🫖六小館🫖去完主題公園,通常都會去東涌嗰度食,好少行戲院嗰邊,原來嗰邊好多嘢食,沿着扶手電梯不停尋找美食周圍望吓邊啲舖頭比較特別啲,見到有間叫六小館,裝修精緻,坐得舒服,好啱帶住小朋友,座位寬敞,於是就入去試吓啦😊職員有禮,簡單介紹有啲乜嘢係出名,其實求其坐一個位都好舒服,因為裝修好特別。走新派粵菜fusion路線,墨綠色為主題感覺好舒服,清新的格調夾埋懷舊設計咁。🫖冰爽水魷魚:用獨特嘅製法,令到魷魚好爽口,另外用四川口味特調嘅醬料,唔會太過辣,恰到好處,夏天吃好開胃。🫖魚蝦蟹鍋燒豆腐:唔好以為佢平平無奇,係用魚肚,鮮蝦,蟹肉,配上炸過嘅豆腐,首先講吓個豆腐出邊炸到剛剛好,入邊係好滑,然後魚肚好索味,處理過的鮮蝦醃得好,仲有啲蟹肉伴住個汁。🫖吊銷脆皮雞:呢個係餐廳嘅主打菜式之一,店員說這個好好賣。嚟到已經香噴噴好新鮮,外皮好脆口但係完全沒有油脂,雞肉好滑。然後再介紹吓三款醬汁,黑蒜醬,薑蔥醬,四川麻辣醬,每款食落去都有唔同嘅感覺,令到個雞味提升左。

🫖吊銷脆皮雞:呢個係餐廳嘅主打菜式之一,店員說這個好好賣。嚟到已經香噴噴好新鮮,外皮好脆口但係完全沒有油脂,雞肉好滑。然後再介紹吓三款醬汁,黑蒜醬,薑蔥醬,四川麻辣醬,每款食落去都有唔同嘅感覺,令到個雞味提升左。

Honestly, the dim sum were well-seasoned and steamed well (not too hard/soggy). They all had their own favour. Just a small note: the BBQ pork buns, would have been more generous with the pork filling. Too stingy with the filling consider the price isn’t cheap there. The String beans were really nice but I guess that’s what people would expect for that price. The Sixa (6 dim sum in a basket), was slightly off from the dim sum order paper. The order paper showed that it should have 2 shrimp dumping but ended up they had replaced with mushroom and spinach dumping. Har gau with prawn would have been better? and probably cost more. Anyway, we had ordered har gau separately. They only have 3 in a basket tho. Quality is decent but portion size a bit small. Will still go back for yum cha

Wife was waiting for 10 minutes for me to arrive at 8pm and the staff pressured her to order 4 times. Last order was 8:15pm and I arrived well before that yet they constantly pressured us as they wanted to leave work early.Avoid. Terrible service, terrible attitude.Went downstairs to another restaurant which was much nicer and much better service.

呢間餐廳長期客滿,今日11點多去到,終於不用等位。餐廳透入自然光,加上寬闊的坐位,坐得舒服。今次點了一盅六件有2粒燒賣,2粒菜苗餃,2粒粉果,質素不俗。粉果的皮因為太薄,所以容易一夾就散。而燒賣內竟然有帶子,不過就咁食就食唔出,我都是餃開一半才見到。紅米鮮蝦帶子腸粉腸粉柔滑,加上裡面包了炸薄脆和原隻蝦,口感豐富有層次,不過帶子卻冇左影。北菇滑雞盅飯米粒粒粒分明,冬菇和雞的質素都不差,屬於正常發揮。懷舊芝麻卷非常柔滑,加上濃濃的黑芝麻味,又不會過甜,食落很順口,十分值得推介。呢間店的定價算高,不過食物水準也對得住呢個價錢。
