這間位於東涌東薈城的【六小館】,主打廣東菜,款式甚多,而且有特色。臨近春節,餐廳有推送歲迎春團圓四人套餐,十分豐富。另外Openrice做緊66折優惠享譽午餐2位或4位的套餐,還可以加購點心優惠價,下次可以去食午餐。金銀桂花炒魚肚炒蛋、櫻花蝦、粉絲等,色澤鮮艷。陳醋小雲耳拌青筍酸甜雲耳及爽口青筍,十分開胃。養生石斛海螺燉瑤柱圃燉湯完全無味精,原汁原味,螺頭鮮甜,原粒瑤柱,鮮味十足。開運上湯生財走地雞雞皮皮下脂肪不多,肉質爽嫩,有鮮雞味。黃金銀魚仔蒸欖角龍躉斑球龍躉肉結實,肉質彈牙且鮮。花開富貴炒日本帶子帶子鮮甜無渣,配上爽脆的甜豆、雲耳及百合。熔岩沙茶原隻鮑魚豬手煲豬手帶點微辣,炆得入味,豬手膠質豐富,鮑魚新鮮夠腍。金箔黑蒜醬油炒飯炒飯飯粒分明,帶香甜黑蒜香味,十分爽口。甜品是桂花糕,十分滿足的一餐。

黃金銀魚仔蒸X角龍躉斑球 🥰 呢碟係最好食,但同樣地份量同價錢都係唔值既。一人一塊手心size既龍躉斑球,咸香岩岩好,底係有小小粉絲,份量比前菜小食既多小小,龍躉斑球好鮮甜冇骨,但真係一人一件。

功夫吊燒三味脆皮雞 🥰 惹味可口! 脆皮雞皮脆肉嫩,雞味香濃,跟3隻醬,有蒜香醬 麻辣醬 海鮮醬,同1/2隻雞可以試到3隻唔同味,但留意返,試哂3隻醬既話,D雞肉可能唔夠分。

小館薑蔥霸王雞 🥰 醬油係蒸魚時油,雞好嫩滑,份量黎講一個人都分左2件有肉既咁上下,而個醬油係好開胃好味!

熔岩沙茶原隻鮑魚豬手煲 🥰 熱辣辣原個煲上,沙茶醬非常惹味,豬手唔算好大隻,一人一件岩岩好,鮑魚同 豬手都好入味,亦都好夠淋同有咬口,真係好味既!

無花果意大利黑醋小排骨 🥰 小排骨係炸過,夾埋意大利黑醋,食起黎唔太覺小排骨既肥膩感。

招牌胡麻醬珍寶明蝦球 🙂 炸過既蝦球味道較咸,配埋胡麻醬,整體味道都係偏咸。但係唔會好油膩。

杞子圓肉桂花糕 🥰 有桂花既淡淡幽香,入口清甜美味唔死甜,好中意!

呂宋香芒凍布甸 花奶另上 🥰 兒時回憶重芒果香味,唔死甜,好食~

是橙汁,味道不錯,不會太甜


✨整體來講,食物質素都非常不錯,而且空間好大,同隔離台相距都有一段距離,唔會好逼夾,而且坐窗邊位,有陽光照射入來,感覺超舒服

今日悶悶地同老婆 BB 去東涌東薈城 outlet 睇吓有冇啲咩買,行行吓都夜啦,又有啲肚餓咁就入咗去六小館食嘢,餐廳環境寬敞明亮,裝修雅致,都唔錯都幾靚,梳化啊凳啊都幾舒服,慢慢坐都 OK,畀人一種舒適放鬆的感覺。侍應態度親切友善,笑容滿面地迎接客人,對於食物的介紹都非常熱心,去果陣時都唔算多人,可能真係聖誕新年長假期,好多人已經離開香港去咗旅行玩呀,咁變咗留喺香港消費啲人少咗,食飯都唔使點等位。睇吓個繽紛聖誕二人套餐個 Menu 真係嚇鬼死你,法式牛油烘焙軟殼蟹伴蔥油墨魚汁麵,吓前菜 ?? 不過奇怪在佢上咗乳鴿先,紅燒開邊石岐乳鴿,呢個真係唔錯喎,食得出係即燒即上皮脆肉嫩多汁好味。到前菜,食完都已經飽到想嘔咁滯,可惜冇軟殼蟹,變咗做炸魷魚鬚,不過前菜唔係牛油焗就會好啲囉。跟住個法式拆蟹鉗肉龍蝦湯,個龍蝦湯都幾濃味嘅唔錯,龍蝦鉗肉幾鮮甜,食落都爽口,個湯幾醬口嘅唔錯。再嚟巴蜀燒紐西蘭頂級羊鞍架,燒羊架都幾好味唔錯,羊肉冇羶味,不過巴蜀香料就好似擺埋落去燒就會好啲囉,跟住到鑊仔金盞紫羅和牛肉,炒牛肉都幾甜唔錯,係有少許輕微韌,配菜啲三色椒子薑菠蘿酸酸甜甜都幾好味嘅。迷迭香金湯煮龍躉斑球

最尾埋單都唔係話好貴,埋一加埋茶錢唔過千,咁多野食,價格相對合理,用餐環境舒適,適合同家人朋友一齊黎,放BB車都方便。
總結來說。如果您在東涌附近,不妨去六小館一試。

Other Info. : 有個姐姐就應該可能新來嘅,不過就快手得滯啦成日上錯嘢,佢唔係慢㗎係好快㗎佢斟酒斟得好快上得好快,不過佢就斟咗杯原價嘅容量俾我,但套餐版本嘅容量應該係少D,不過就佢都好熱心嘅,俾人鬧好慘。
